Great food and customer service 10/10

Great purpose build restaurant with lively rustic decor. Visited on week day morning, it was quiet and peaceful. Staff were brilliant and cake choices were obviously perfect and oh so very delicious.

Fabulous scones! And pancakes! And anything else on the menu!! Great place, great staff and great food

I really hate to leave a negative review for any business or service but on this occasion I have no choice. We normally go to a different Chinese restaurant in ayr that we love and have really enjoyed in the past but we thought we would try somewhere different to see how it was. Myself my wife and 2 kids went to Ruby 7 days on a Friday evening for a family dinner out that we were looking forward to. The atmosphere in the restaurant was flat and very empty. The food arrived quickly but was not nice and some of Most of it was cold. We sent the cold food back only for it to be brought back out a few minutes later after clearly being being put in a microwave. My wife asked for a white wine at £7 per glass and it was served warm. The restaurant was nearly empty on a Friday evening. All in we didn't enjoy the food or experience. We unfortunately won't be going back .

Really nice here, had a sharing Platter which was excellent, real value for money and very tasty

Nice quiet pub on Saturday afternoon. Draft beer were decently priced.

Only ever been punched once. Midget who punched like girl. Didn't put me off. Great pub.

Delivery time good. Food not. No cheese, sauce or salad on burger as ordered. Undercooked chips on both orders and inedible. No answer when repeatedly called.

Food was really good, delivery service is great always on time and staff and drivers are very helpful. They always go the extra mile.

Local pub full of characters. Friendly and unassuming. Cash and card now. Lovely pint of Guinness poured correctly and always consistent. Jules the bar person, top knotch 👌

Food perfect as always..but you may need to be aware the new JE website was indicating you were closed closed until tomorrow morning and has your 10 items bfast headed as only 7.You still get the full 10 choices but is misleading. Not the 1st issue
