Food was really good, delivery service is great always on time and staff and drivers are very helpful. They always go the extra mile.

The best mixed kebab in the world

Been coming to spice lounge since i was 13 im 25 now and since then ive never been to other takeaway. The service is amazing, id come in here just to chat to the staff and then the food is even better, always fredha always tasty if i could gove 6 star if i could.

Seriously the best kebab shop in Ayr! But not just kebabs- the biggest menu I’ve ever seen and all cooked fresh! Incredible value given the portion sizes are big!!

The pizza was ok, but lacking in toppings for the price.

Ordered a meat box, options included pakora and salad, don’t receive any. When called they said it didn’t come through their be d despite it’s on my receipt. Meat box was mainly kebab meat, very little chicken. Kebab and chips really dry, would never order from this takeaway again.

Haven’t had a bad meal, large mixed kebab amazing but so are pizzas and curries! Never had a bad meal and service always fast and friendly. Can’t rate it highly enough, give them a try you won’t be disappointed .

absolute delicious, their south indian garlic chilli hoggie is amazing and their tikka chasni hoggie and for the price theres loads for 8.50 each, each hoggie is more than enough to feed 2 by a mile, comes with a nan in a pizza box, quality of the food is amazing and the price well worth it 👍🔥

Purchased Ham,Pinaple pizza. It was the worst pizza I have ever had. Looked dried up, bit burnt. As for the taste there was no taste.. could not taste. Tomato. Cheese. Ham was smoked. As for pinaple. I could see tiny tiny bits But could not taste. It was a complete waste if money. Went in the Bin

Delicious chicken tikka bbq kebab. Fresh salad. South Indian garlic chicken curry. Lovely flavour nice and hot with chilli as it should be.

Rude staff and horrible food.. they claim to have fresh grilled burgers, but sent us frozen and fried burgers. When complained, they started misbehaving. AVOID AVOID AVOID especially their burgers,, scam

Great food ,lovely staff ,very helpful , the delivery speed is second to none with the food always fresh and very hot , favourite take away for me and my friends, highly recommend it to any potential customers. Bad reviews must be from the competitors as we have used Spice Lounge for 10 plus years spending a small fortune and have never been let down , they are truly head and shoulders above the competition. 5 STARS only because 10 wasn't available.

Got a takeaway delivery, all good, food was not good though, popadoms, mixed pakora smelled like a 16th century oil painting, obviously cooked in old oil, dared to have one bite and was put off, don't know if the curry was any good, 4 hours later I still have the after taste of old burnt cooking oil. Noticed the lamb bhuna had loads of chunky onions in it too, first time I've ever seen this in a lamb bhuna, made me doubt the care put into the food as the onions seem to over power the flavour, along with the burnt oil after taste from the pakora, no idea how this has 4 star ratings, fake, alcohol fuelled or folk who are used to really bad curries elsewhere to find this good.

Ordered mid week takeaway due to decorating so couldn't cook. Wish I'd made a sandwich instead. Poppadoms and pakora were inedible. Cooked in old oil and smelled weird. Didn't taste nice either. In fact the pakora was rank. In the bin they went. Veg bhuna was OK but not much flavour. Lamb bhuna again was OK. Only moved here from Glasgow very recently and am surprised at the poor quality of the food here but with good reviews? Did get a nice curry from 3 idiots a few weeks ago but they were closed today. 😕

Rude staff, wrong order, hair in pizza didnt get a chance to say about it. Told to go on just eat for refund lol. Good luck

Absolutely beautiful best korma chips and cheese and chicken pakora wee have ever tried 😋also very cheap price wise, great quality food definitely be back was recommended to come to your shop through a friend and me and my partner drove from Galston to try it. Three words .....Chicken Chasni express. Honestly outstanding and no need to buy rice, I get this with the Jumbo mixed platter, the chicken tikka and chicken chat is superb. Best takeaway in the area.

Me & my partner stopped off in Ayr for a quick takeaway on our way home from Dundee and it was the first time we’ve ever tried this and it was absolutely AMAZING one of the BEST Indian takeaways we’ve ever had. Thanks! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re passing!

I ordered a Chicken Korma with Mushroom rice, mixed Pakora, Popadoms and a Chicken Madras yesterday the 5th of January 2022. The food arrived in an hour, so we were looking forward to not cooking. We never buy takeaways as we are always bitterly disappointed in what we have ordered. This meal was absolutely disgusting.! The Pakora was hard and uneatable, the Korma had hard lumps of chicken, and the Madras was hot but with no flavour or taste. It is now the 7th of January, and I still have Diarrhoea. This has to be the worst meal I have ever ordered, and some of these five star ratings are plainly false and manufactured. I will never ever order from these jokers again. To have a stomach complaint now for two days is appalling. I can only think their Hygiene conditions must be lousy.....AVOID.!!

Really good food so good that I travel 80miles round trip once a month for it I only knocked a star off because I keep asking for a tub of garlic sauce but they always put it straight on the kabab.

Kebab was terrible full off salt and cold,nan bread was cold and soggy same as chips ,and mixed pakora was cold ,thought I would give this shop a try ,but I definitely won't be back !!!!!

Had food delivered many times. Love the chicken and lamb kebabs. Currys are nice too. Need more salad on their kebabs but that's it.
