It's a pub, only does nuts and crisps.

Only in to see escapade the band ,place was too warm ,no fans or air conditioning. Bar staff weren't the friendliest. Prices quite expensive .have been in before during covid and same again ,if your not a regular you don't feel welcome .

Didn't get a chance to eat but an absolutely lovely bar with fab staff. Thoroughly recommend

Decided to go in when everywhere else looked dead and glad I did. Barman was nice, as were the other customers. Pints were good, glasses were clean too. Would go back.

Shocking tonight. The bar person man/woman was really rude with several groups in the bar who were refused service. Even a group of teachers too. Not sure why she was having a bad night, but was bad mouthing them to all others in the bar. If this had been in a hospital discussing a patient, it would be getting its P45. We normally come here as you can drink after hours when all pubs are closed. Not normally this bad, but you do find powder on the sinks & have found a needle hidden in the toilet roll holder in the bathroom. Typical of some other bars in the area, but not a fan anymore. The owner needs to seriously have a word with the bar person.

Horrendous attitude from one of the staff ( think she was in charge) I understand on Christmas Eve it can be busy and stressful but that's no excuse for bad manners. Only getting one star because other assistant was ok. Will never be back.
