this pub has a comprehensive menu which would meet most peoples tastes, a friendly welcome awaits you and a wide range of beers and spirits would tempt any pallet. We both enjoyed sausage and steak i had potatoes ,where my wife had chips. Being regular patrons eating elsewhere doe not happen often. five stars score is the order of the day.

Christmas lunch was delicious and very good value.

Well, so far not great because I can't even get a table booked! Called at 10:45am to book a table for 2, I was hung up on as soon as I said that. Tried to call back, went straight to voice mail. Called a few minutes later and the call was hung up again after a couple of seconds of silence (restaurant background noise could be heard). Oh well, I guess you don't even want customers in the door!

Absolutely delicious , fish was beautifully made and the chips were fantastic 😋 Haggis fritters were decent but not needed lol 😆

Great curry, we always get the Chicken Tikka Masala, and then pick at least one more, and they never disappoint. We also love the poppadoms, samosas and the pakora as staters. We don't live in the area but come back every year and always make sure to eat here.

Quick visit on a busy Thursday night. Staff are good and decor is nice. Good menu and kids menu. Wide selection of drinks. Margherita pizza was simple and tasty. Pasta alla Puttenesca was very good but a measly portion, could have done with same amount of spaghetti again. Very expensive garlic bread with cheese: five thin slices of ciabatta priced and £5.50?! Very poor. Also both pizza and pasta were hot but served on very cold plates. Could be better with a few small touches. Pints of Peroni well pulled and good value.

Couldnt taste a thing me and the Mrs were left scunnered with a tasteless diner . Actually sitting here pissed off ,hungry and even the dugs walked by it .

Popped in for a quick pint while waiting on the bus back to the ferry. The pub was quiet but looked to have their regulars in for lunch and the large portions of food looked delicious.

Great pizzas and other dishes. The aroma of the shopfills the main street where it's located at.

Stayed one night the staff especially on reception are terrific.

This was simply amazing. I was in very close to opening so quite quiet and the service was ready to go. Fabulous setting and ambience inside. Staff are wonderful, attentive but not imposing and the breakfast, well, it's worth a very long drive to enjoy. Simply wonderful. Great place

Went in, and girls ran off their feet, and had a sausage supper, and a half standard/half special fish supper. Girls were lovely, and the food was outstanding. Best chippy in Largs by a mile. It's a bit chaotic, as all good traditional Italian chippys should be. Wouldn't go anywhere else. 5 star from us.
