We had cocktails on the terrace watching the sunset. Great atmosphere. Nice service. The cocktails were very nice. I was on mojitos and can recommend it. My friends were also impressed with their choices.

Lovely situation....staff very friendly and helpful....menu I felt for me a bit restricted.....lot of spicy food....I had fish and chips it was good....recommend

Popped in for an afternoon cuppa and saw the menu. Irresistible, very nice and well presented and the car parking is now free. Since it changed hands. Lovely decor.

Let's just say the decor is a cut above the food. Nothing wrong with the food, but nothing special which the decor and service would suggest. Would I go back? Yes... food was very nice but expectations were much higher. If you like your standard gastro pub type menu such as a steak or beer battered fish and chips, with a side of mac 'n' cheese, then this is the place for you and don't let the fancy glass decor fool you into thinking it is a high end affair. Gorgeous view across the water 👍

Huge variety on the menu. We had toasted sandwiches which were very tasty indeed. We had a great time here!

Service very slow. Had coffee and scones but scones were inedible, very stale and hard.

Went there for lunch today. First time at this restaurant but it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and efficient. The menu was good and well priced. The food was excellent so will definitely be back again.

Went for lunch between Christmas and New Year, slow but friendly service (despite being near empty). Burger was a disappointment as it seemed like a frozen burger and not a fresh patty.

In for coffee and scone had to wait 25min before order taken coffee half finished before scone came.scone was inedible

Good two course menu, with generous portions, well-cooked. Lack of vegetables, or salad to go with fish and chips.

The food was very good and great table looking over the water. The two girls who served us were friendly and efficient but kept very busy. Took awhile to get our bill at the end. Would go back again though.

Complained about starter and nothing was done about it, main course was tasteless. My father in law got soup and this was also tasteless. Been here before and it was lovely, maybe different chef? Or to busy to pay attention to the quality of the food.

Great place for a quite drink and reasonably priced

We were staying at the Brisbane House Hotel for a couple of nights and used Oscars for our Evening meal and breakfast. Place was spotless, nice view across the Firth of Clyde. Good food, good choice on the Menu. Good selection of beets. GREAT Breakfast. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Seemed Popular with the Locals. Would definitely go back.

Quite pleasant although service a bit slow.

Please be careful with parking we were fined £100 pounds for parking in their car park while in using their facilities , there were signs but Hotel never made us aware of parking restrictions

Nice place to go chilled out place food good worth a visit

Staff very helpful. Room basic, shower wasn't great and bed terrible, very soft nearly fell out of it. Breakfast was good 👍
