This Hotel advertised that it has a restaurant, but on arrival discovered that there is no restaurant, so no evening meals or bar available. Only self service continental breakfast in the rooms with uht milk. Very disappointed.

Always great food and service, they’ve really turned the place around from a cafe to a restaurant. Going to give the steak night a try next!

Delicious brunch! Really tasty and flavourful. Lovely, attentive and friendly staff. Shame well behaved Dogs aren’t allowed inside but the outside area is as nice a setting as you could ask for :-)

My partner and I stopped in last night for dinner and were pleasantly surprised. Given the price point, we expected standard pub fare, but the food exceeded our expectations. I had the chef’s special chicken with vegetables, the chicken was cooked perfectly, not dry at all, which is impressive considering how quickly it was served. Kudos to the kitchen for managing that so well. My partner chose the slow-cooked steak, and after trying a bite, I can confirm it was incredibly tender. For starters, mains, drinks, and coffees, the total was under £55 excellent value for the quality. Overall, a great experience, and we’d definitely return.

Great wee pub got pool table and very friendly staff was at my friend's 49ty suprise catch up 10/10 for staff.

Our first visit and won’t be our last. Welcomed by the amazing Wendy who showed us to our table. She was so friendly and attentive during our visit. She is a great ambassador for the company. Menu is varied and caters for all tastes. Great atmosphere and we will be back soon. A must visit location when in the area.

At that time of day and good meal in quiet yet pleasant surroundings. Also able to see the table advert for dinner and dances with over night accommodation at readinable prices.

So pleased we found this place. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had our small dog with us. The food arrived very fresh, piping hot and plentiful. Extensive menu to choose from. We will definitely be back next time we are in girvan.

We always order from here for collection, never disappoints, food is always tasty, they have the order ready very quick and staff are super lovely!

So thought we would pop in for food at 8 pm , it was quiet , got table no bother - but the place was cold , but I had heard the food was good . The service was poor , , food was mediocre the samosa was solid , nan bread was not fresh and £5.80 for a 330 ml bottle of lager ... Really ? The table next to us left as it was so cold Many much better Indian restaurants nearby

Took my daughter here for a quick burger after a day out. Supposedly didn't have any kids cranberry juice that was on the menu (or in fact any other of the kids drinks, orange juice, apple juice or fruit shoots), but had the adult orange juice (a glass of from concentrate orange juice) for £4.45. Served up chips with no condiments, and then looked extremely put out when I asked for some ketchup. A thimble sized portion then appeared. Been wanting to try this place for a while, but definitely won't be back. Doesn't matter about the quality of the food if the service leaves a sour taste in the mouth.

The women behind the counter is fantastic and the guys are brilliant, great service and food 😀

Having stayed at rote 74 pretty much every week the staff are great food i love you have lots of space to park the truck which i park you pay 40 to park say you get a meal voucher for 9 pounds whats not to like
