Been a while since we have been in But went in today Really let down Coffee lukewarm and rolls really cheap and nasty with no butter on them just dry and tasteless. Ā£9.50 is also far too dear for what we got. Went into Greggs and got a hot coffee from them Would definately not go there again Used to be great but has gone downhill since last time we were there

Dry tasteless food, limited chicken in meals. Delivered cold. Worst takeaway in years. Pre ordered and still cold on delivery.

We ordered from the Flaming Wok for the very first time ever due to the fact our favorite Chinese that we have used for about 10 years are no longer doing deliveries, collection only. WHAT A HIDDEN GEM! I did not really have a huge expectation and didn't expect it to be as fantastic as our regular takeaway, but it was BETTER! Big, plump and well cooked juicy prawns in a mouth watering stir fry satay sauce, one of the nicest char siu pork chow meins of all time. My husband also ordered chips with their own curry sauce - yum, yum, yum, yum! All portion sizes were generous, arrived quite quickly and was piping hot. They are also cheaper than our regular Chinese. 10 out of 10 and we will DEFINITELY be ordering from here again.

Unbelievable Ordered dinner delivery Paid Ā£41:50 @ the door ! Recieved delivery and missing rice called the shop back to query this and the cost as sounded a lot for what we got to be told it was Ā£31:50 Told driver would be sent back out with the cash and the missing rice 45mins later he returned with the missing rice but not the money said he only recieved the Ā£31:50 to which I have ringdoor bell footage and my daughter beside me who witnessed it all ! Not the fact of the money itās getting made out a liar ! Will not be back !

Girl making coffee opened the bag of coffee beans with her teeth- really?! The free tables were all dirty, the staffs attitude was ājust canāt be botheredā! All the staff walking about looking at their mobile phones, baked potatoes were very dry- felt like they had been cooked for days in the oven, very little filling and no butter. All in all absolutely horrendous, completely unacceptable for such a large company, Tescos you should be ashamed!!!

My friend and I went here for lunch today. Didn't find the reception we got from staff member very welcoming. We ordered drinks and our food. After waiting 30 minutes we asked when we would get our food. We were told that they had run out chicken and had to go to the butchers to purchase more. I found this strange because of the amount of chicken choices on the menu. After 45min we got our food which was okay. We felt that after the wait we should have got some discount which we mentioned to staff. However when the bill came it was the full price which we paid. Won't be back here.

We booked 2 nights at the Campanile to attend an event at the SEC and have a special birthday few drinkies along the way. Hotel tired, basic and clean. Not too bad for the money and location. The restaurant however, could do with a happier and more customer focussed team. Not once did we see a smile, hear a greeting (apart from the girl at breakfast), feel any form of enthusiasm or even genuine apologetic gestures from any staff at all. It's the Boyzone weekend and yes, we are not idiots, we have worked in hospitality, bars and restaurants for many years so, do actually know what we are talking about, we get that it's busy and people need served and bookings need to be made but not once did anyone ask if we would like to make a reservation for a table to have some dinner (still hungry) for later on. All the guy said was, if you haven't reserved a table, "it's gonna be at least after 8 when you get anything to eat". No offer to take a note of our names for a table or a suggestion to maybe have a drink in the bar until a table is available or even a "sorry" for not being able to accommodate us. The 3 guys on duty look so fed up, unhappy and run off their feet it is almost embarrassing. Surely to goodness, a busy hotel constitutes a busy bar and restaurant. My words of advice would be to keep morale high, motivate and recruit people who are actually happy to work!!!! Very unimpressed. š”š

East Kilbride Shopping Centre has a vast amount of parking spaces. Perfect for lunching and shopping indoors. This is particularly useful in the dreary Scottish weather. (You can park for FREE on Saturdays for 3 hours, anything more and you need to pay. Sundays are always FREE for the full day.) I have visited this particular restaurant on various occasions. It can be easily located at the Upper Mall, Centre West. Staff are welcoming when they can be found! You often need to track one down. The seating areas are typical for this type of restaurtant-booths and small tables. The restaurant is relatively clean, could be better. Between sittings staff will give the tables a quick wipe over. At times food can be found on the floor and chairs. I tend to choose the buffet option for food as I can self select what I would like to eat. Depending on the day of the week you visit and the staff on shift, will determine how quickly the pizzas are replaced at the buffet. At times there has been a que of people hovering around waiting for fresh pizza to be served. Being vegetarian, it can sometimes be a struggle to fill your plate as meat eaters also enjoy the veggie pizza options and they disappear quickly. For the buffet options you can choose from a range of pizza, pasta, salads and dips. The pasta is always piping hot, and the salad is fresh. Drinks are unlimited so you can choose lots of different flavours from the self service machine. Over all the food is full of flavour. Unless you need help, you have peace and quiet to eat your meal without anyone rushing you. Generally there is always a table available when you go. For a cheap and cheerful lunch you can't ask for much more.

Iām on holiday with family members thought we would go to costa for a little brunch ordered our food and drinks everything was fine up until the point members of staff were taking turns holding a child behind the counter where they serve customers this is absolutely disgraceful and a matter of health and safety because the staff after holding the child then began serving people no hand washing or anything the child was running about while members of staff came out with hot drinks and nearly fell over the child wonāt be back. Photo of member of staff holding child.
