Ordered two quadrupole burgers with chips. Very disappointed won’t be going back. The burger was wet with the cheese and the chips where tasteless.

We ordered two Burgers they were both burnt to a crisp and dry and the it looked like someone scrambled an egg on my chips won’t be ordering again very disappointed.

3C St. Quivox Road, Prestwick KA9 1LJ ScotlandLarge chips....well small sweet bag full... pretty poor show for 8.00 with an unbattrted sausage, not a hot dog or a saveloy . I don't usually do bad write ups as usually just don't go again but that was seriously disgusting.....oh and not chip shop chops either

2 Dalhowan StreetMy friend and I went here for lunch today. Didn't find the reception we got from staff member very welcoming. We ordered drinks and our food. After waiting 30 minutes we asked when we would get our food. We were told that they had run out chicken and had to go to the butchers to purchase more. I found this strange because of the amount of chicken choices on the menu. After 45min we got our food which was okay. We felt that after the wait we should have got some discount which we mentioned to staff. However when the bill came it was the full price which we paid. Won't be back here.
