Came late it was cold missing an item

I never received my order and wouldn’t answer the phone. Took the money out my bank!

didn't show at all. I called the restaurant multiple times and got no answer atal for hours. I had to contact just eat to ask why my order hasn't been delivered, so they contacted them and spice cube told them it won't be long.... they answered them but not me. This was on Friday night. it's Sunday night and I'm still waiting on my order.... obviously won't be ordering again.

Would love to enjoin ma food if it good delivered ya bunch a toilets

Shop forgot my juice . Kebab meat was like rubber . Chicken was bone dry. Chips were cold and soggy . Very dissatisfied and disappointing meal . Absolute waste of money

usually lovely but was all cold and tasted reheated. order was late hut marked delivered by app and when tried to contact restaurant got no response until done so through just eat

cancelled first order to alter never got refund so payed twice. orederwas then 20 mins late and wrong! Will not be back

Love this place. The food is great, it’s really good value and the portion sizes are superb. They do nice fresh tasty curry’s that aren’t too greasy. The staff are also really friendly and helpful.

Ordered an 8” mighty meat pizza with added sweetcorn, was delivered to only find out they had given me an 8” pizza with ONLY sweetcorn on it no other topping as requested. Definitely won’t be suggesting it to family and friends.

Absolutely discusting food was 40 minutes late and when it Arrived my pizza was stone cold the whole pizza was burnt and it looked like they put cheese on top to cover the monstrosity that had been made… never going to order from this place again wouldn’t feed the food i received to my dog.

I ordered 2 pizzas they turned up over 20 minutes late the cheese pizza was burnt and cold . Very bad service wouldn’t rate this place at all . The other pizza looked un cooked disgusting

It didn’t show up on the app that my food was at the door or on its way then I get a call from a random number and get scared so don’t answer then another one and I answer and they tell me they r outside with my food so I go get it but he didn’t knock and was standing for ages while my door was open so I could hear when they arrived

I paid with cash as stated on the order. when the delivery arrived I handed him a £20 note and he explained he had no change. he offered to bring it back but I thought as it was so late I said bring it tomorrow. well nobody came so I'm still waiting on my change ! I thunk this is highly deceptive and stealing! Will never order again !

Doner meat cut thin and dry, not as moist as last time... mixed pakora was really good, but no mushrooms... all in all good though

Best King Donner I've had in Ayrshire, Nan bread is tatsy and doesn't feel like leather, ribbons of donner meat moist, not dry, salad fresh and crispy and pakora sauce tasty, with jusy enough chilli, not so much your mouth goes numb... Quick delivery

The justeat app sent me a delivered notification at 19:00 but the food wasn’t delivered. I called the restaurant to be told “yes the driver must be nearly there if the app is saying delivered”. Food didn’t actually arrive until 19:40 and it was cold and required reheating!

Best takeaway in ayr food is cooked to perfection good flavour and very good service will definitely use again

Order never arrived. Apparently delivery driver was arrested. I had to call to find this out after order was 45 mins late. Was then told a new driver would deliver immediately. Called a further 35 mins later and they were yet to make the order.

Didn't get what I ordered rang them they said they would deliver missing items but it never turned up

Delivery driver went to the wrong address then had the cheek to say "you should be charged double" Very unprofessional and rude! But as always, food was good.

Ordered at 12:25, phoned at 1:30am as it was late and said delivered he said it would be leaving in “about 15 minutes “ it’s 2:50 am and still not here and no answer so I’m guessing it’s not showing up.

We received a delivery last night asked on notes to be left outside the door as my step mum has anxiety due to leaving a violent relationship and the delivery driver came round the back and was banging on the window. Set all the dogs and children off. Stuck his hand through the letterbox and nearly got bitten from the dog as the way chapping the door very aggressively. Also left food out side all night as it set off her PTSD.

Used to order from spice cubes a lot but after it’s been taken over by a rude, obnoxious man it’s seriously went downhill rapidly. I ordered a pizza meal deal tonight and the pizza was cremated and dry. Phoned the shop to see if they could replace it… he said he would which was fine. An hour later I phoned back and he said he was sending his driver out to bring it back to the shop to check it. Other words we weren’t getting a replacement until it had been back to the shop… told him we had ordered dinner more than 2 hours ago and I would appreciate it if he could send us the replacement and take the other ones back. He was rude to my partner who then got told the order was canceled and we weren’t to get anything in replacement. You’ve just lost a loyal customer spice cubes…. DONT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT UR FOOD CREMATED SPICE CUBES IS BOGGING

Ordered food at 10pm, didn’t get the delivery till 12am, phoned the shop 4/5 times. We received only half our order. Not worth the money or the 2h wait, food was delivered hot but wasn’t very nice to eat.

Absolutely disgusting experince ordered at 10pm and food arrived at 12, half of the order was missing, pizzas were soggy and cold, kane one of the workers or manager at the shop was no help at all told us the delivery was on its way and sent out at 11pm, delivery driver said he didnt get given the order until 11.50pm - delivery driver was lovely and even rang to tell the restaurant that theyd missed off our order, he tried to blame the delivery driver which is disgusting! Do not order or eat from this place, its disgusting they have 3.9/5 stars, not good enough, if kane cant handle it then he shouldnt open the takeaway unfortunately!!!!!

I ordered a pizza last night the food turned up slightly before it said it would and it tasted amazing the stuffed crust was perfect

Lamb curry spot on lamb melt in the mouth so delicious and cheese burgers spot on food arrived roastin and delivery driver was lovely best place out

salad and chicken chaat missing

Order was delivered on time considering it was a big order and it was quite a distance to Craig Tara. Food was lovely, chips soggy but to be expected with the distance travelled so no fault of the restaurant! Only thing I wouldn’t order again was the macaroni cheese, nothing ‘wrong’ with it just personal preference didn’t enjoy the cheese sauce. Thanks guys!

small error in order sorted quickly great customer service.....only issue is lamb in curry is a bit chewy...perhaps just my taste..

Half order came on time, delivery driver very helpful. The other part of order delivered and still missing items. Called restaurant and they passed the blame to other staff told them not to bother sending it out. Got a free pizza that must’ve been sitting in shop from yesterday will need to send shop dental bill as lost a few teeth eating it , not impressed.

Disappointed. Ordered a spicy pizza with jalepenos and it came without any. How difficult can it be to get pizza toppings right? The pizza was bland.

Absolutely brilliant food, curries were amazing, the chicken pakora is the best I’ve ever tasted, awesome staff and a nice new chef.

Food was promised at a time…I appreciate a late order as the time of day was very busy but the call to the place…. I was told it was ready…then leave us alone it’s on its way….then I call again (reluctantly) was told that it had just left and when I asked why because I was told it had just left previously they hung up..no answer since!! I would not have ordered if I knew it would have been this long awaiting time
