Papa Johns Pizza in South Ayrshire

Cold food and not the base we ordered. Potato tots were freezing, undercooked and lumpy. Really wasn't very appetising. I can see why not many were ordering from there and instead going to the noodle bar.

Expensive meal for 2 people, even worse though when missing a side and a dip, (my sons food) tried to contact the restaurant, 10 calls later I've given up, totally tarnished the rest of the meal.

Just order two stuffed crushed. One with bbq chicken the other was half in half one side bbq chicken other side onion black olives and mushroom and two sides of bbq wings Waited 50 minutes in the shop eventually got back to caravan the full bbq was not stuffed crushed the second half in half was cheese and ham and the bbq wings was well I don't even know what they were some kind of stuffed ball thing terribly service.

Arrived to collect our pizza meal after pre ordering. Over an hour wait for the pizza, multiple people having the same issue. Even people came to collect that had ordered for delivery over 2hours ago. The tickets, orders all messed up. The manager was great at trying to resolve the issue. Seems like they were understaffed with new staff. Young girl chopping on chew gum grinning when people are complaining isn’t a great image for the store! Multiple workers arrived to try help out. Not one person washing their hands .. massive food hygiene problem! I’ve never seen anything like it! The place had to stop taking orders due to the mess up!

Ordered the Chicken Fajitas pizzas, highly recommend, used to love the garlic butter dip that came with the pizzas now it’s garlic and herb dip.

Great pizza and friendly staff, much better than dominoes!

Expensive for 2 pizzas at a family resort, no idea how folks afford it

Order came half an hour late and was lukewarm when it arrived, also came with the wrong amount of wings and was missing one part of the chicken box. Absolutely useless.

Never bothered delivering my food which I paid for. Unable to get through on the phone.

Icelands own pizza got more flavour lol REALLY DISAPPOINTED

Wasn't anything wrong with the food or service. It was over priced and not my favourite. We waited half an hour for our food.

Best pizza in area and great service from staff and management.

Waited 45 minutes for food before being told they had “missed the order” that we placed at the till. We then had to wait a further 15 minutes. All we got was some free dips and chicken pieces. Staff were useless, slow and unhelpful. Food we got ourselves wasn’t ideal. Chicken wings were cold.

Beautiful pizza. But so expensive!

Rang for delivery but they said they dont take orders over the fone but said if we call to the shop and make the order they can deliver it 🤷‍♂️

Not easy to order from caravan when staying at craig tara.

Not my family taste we was hungry but somehow pizza wasn't tasty maybe good for some ... quite expensive 2 pizzas 30 quid but service quick and OK

Brilliant pizza and delivery to my pitch! Very happy with the overall service and staff. Large variety of pizza flavours and bases! Definitely recommend if you are on site!
