Kebab City in East Ayrshire

Ever since I moved here from Glasgow a few years ago, I have tried other takeaways but nothing comes close to Kebab city Newmilns, it's amazing food, Fast and efficient service consistently. I would highly recommend it.

I am both absolutely gutted and appalled with the service of tonight’s dinner. As customers for many years, we have always recommended to anyone looking for a fabulous takeaway, however, tonight has reassured us that this business has lost some very reliable customers as we will not be back! Food was cold, and when contacted to inform, the owner couldn’t have been any less interested, hanging up the phone. I called back to ask if signal had been lost to be informed that in fact, the owner was far too busy to take my phone call. No replacement food was offered, no refund given, nor a free meal for the next order. £37 spent for cold food that had to be microwaved for us to even remotely enjoy. Absolutely disgusted, and will no longer recommend for food that is overpriced and cold.

Just spent over £32 on an order.Chicken Korma was disgusting. It tasted like processed chicken.The Peshwari Nan was terrible and the pizza was stodgy with hardly any cheese on it,mainly all dough..What a waste of money.

I recently moved to the Newmilns area and there's a few takeaways around when I searched, so I asked my elderly neighbour to recommend an Indian takeaway. He's used the place for over 25 years!. I phoned and placed an order as I couldn't see a couple of things on menu and they were happy to help, food was delivered hot and swiftly, and tasted amazing,and I now realise why my neighbours won't go anywhere else.

Not arrived. Called multiple times and never came. Paid over £14. Hostile phone call, called me Mr after clearly correctly SEVERAL times that I am a MISS, unclear as to why there was any confusion at all. Will not be ordering again.

Had a party last weekend & decided to order all food from kebab city. Mix of pizza's, different types of meat & pakoras. Everybody loved the food. Next day even ordered hang over food from them. kebabcity App came handy in hang over..lol Ps Kebab city you need to bring back those specials please, those burgers were amazing, cheese bites, masala fries, that cookie dough & chocolate pizza. Come on that was the best thing any shop ever did in the valley. To help anybody reading this, my mum loves their curries & kebabs. I personally love their pizzas ( specially curry pizzas) & burgers (specially mega burger & gourmet burger are my favourite). Thanks

A pubic hair in food phoned and complained and was told boss will phone you when back no m8 ant good Enuff if you cook spent less time scratching his balls custormers food wouldn't have pubic hair in it raging ant the word going health and safety tomorrow and council

Got a mixed kebab from here, it was ok but I have had better from elsewhere. I would get from there again if I needed yo though

I use this place all the time, food always taste amazing, I always go for the hottest curry on the menu and it never disappoints. Theres a reason why this business has been here ever since I was a boy, showing my age now lol. But even with all the other Indians popped up this still is the best.

It was supposed to be delivered 45 minutes ago. Phoned them multiple times and they hung up on me. Eventually my friend using another number got through (they had been ignoring calls from my number) got through and they told me it would be 10 more minutes. Still no food. Absolute time wasters. Don't bother.

I have bought from here a few times, every time I have been extremely disappointed. Only kebab shop in Newmilns is the only reason I have returned....but this will be the last. Expensive food, not worth the money. I purchased a large Kebab and there was only a small handful of dry meat stuck on top of a soggy unopened pitta bread. NOT IMPRESSED

One of the best pizzas I've ever had, their kebabs are second too none, and the owner goes out of hi way to make the customer happy, sparkling clean, never had any issues.

Have used this carry out for more years than i can recall and was generally very good. we have the same curry every time - sadly this time it was so salty with three of us commenting on it. The chicken pakora was non-existent in that it was tiny, mostly batter and what chicken there was was hard. Lastly the spicy onions were huge chunks that had been poorly cut and were inedible (never usually any left). Phoned the owner who completely dismissed our complaint saying spicy onions are supposed to be chunky (must have been doing it wrong all the other times then) and that as no-one else complained that night then there couldnt be anything wrong. So much for treating loyal customers well - wont be back.

Good general Indian/ European food, very clean and friendly staff, good service and delivery, try the Kebab, excellent.
