Visiting Scotland from Quebec Canada, what a wonderful meal & restaurant! Some of the best chips/fries I've ever had. Seeing the loaded chips/fries flavours, they could try making a poutine style one! A Scotland Poutine, Halloumi cheese cut up in pieces with a nice hot brown gravy poured over it! Anyways, thanks for the lovely meal!

A glorious open-plan dining area with glazed frontage set the atmosphere for what was to be a pleasurable and tasteful gastronomic evening. I was not familiar with Indian food. Iqbal suggested that he guide me. I am glad that I agreed as he produced a succession of first class palate-pleasing dishes. The sea bass was sublime partnered with a lovely bottle of Gavi wine. Iqbal remained attentive throughout. I whole-heartedly recommend this restaurant.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've been in! Beauty rooms, they all have a connection to the hotel's unique character and colours, stunning decoration and big spaces! The view is incredible and the food absolutely mouthwatering. I was there for a business event with dinner and am already planning a weekend family lunch in the outdoor bit!

Now that fish and chips were worth the 160 mile travel for.

Lovely place with really good food and excellent service.

Have been to farmer browns before for the ice cream which is always good. However, this time we called in for a light bite. Ordered a panini and a sausage and egg cob. The panini was OK but the sausage and egg cob was unbelievably poor. It came out with 1 sausage cut in half and a fried egg. That's it. For £5! What a rip off that was. Won't be wasting our time there again.

Excellent value for money and food was spot on. Great selection from their festive menus as well as their normal one. They had 2 large groups in but that did not impact on our meal at all.

Had a copy beer in this very comfy pub. Great atmosphere.
