Raemoir is always a treat - so many lovely things to see, and their "funcy pieces" are delicious 😋

Good food but expensive. Restaurant was full of flies when trying to eat. Need to close the doors and windows please.

Came here, with a dog, to get some lunch at the restaurant. We've been here before, multiple times, each time we've always seen a few dogs, in the restaurant area. Upon arrival, we were told that no dogs were allowed. Looking back at other reviews, 2 months ago, you were allowing dogs, 4 months ago, you weren't. Now you aren't. What is going on?

Great place to shop. And a super cafe

The cracknel is delicious 👌💕 Edit: the buttery is another delicious treat. Imagine bread and butter but in the form of a fluffy cloud under a golden crispy cast, with just the right amount of salt - 10/10 recommend ;).

Went for afternoon tea and oh my god to say it was out of this world is an understatement and everything was 1st class and so tasty. The staff could not do enough to help you either which is definitely worth adding to your visit.

Great selection for plant life you could easily spend the hole day here looking at all the shiny stuff they have, husband hold on to your wallets

The parking for the centre is very easy and the garden area for the plants has very easy access, the quality of the plants is top class and from past experience should anything go wrong they will exchange them or give you a refund .Advice is always good . The restaurant is very good and service first class always a good place for a day out .

Amazing lunch out for dad’s birthday. Service and setting both excellent. Food was super fresh and tasty. Meringues were out of this world!

Excellent, family owned local business, doing their best to provide great customer service and experience. Free loyalty programme with lots of offers and discounts throughout the year, including a complimentary cuppa and scone for your birthday. Lovely restaurant with delicious food and lots of options on the menu. Very efficient waiting staff and talented chefs. Garden centre is very well stocked and the staff are very knowledgeable about the plants, equipment and sundries on sale. Can’t speak highly enough of this place. It’s really a pleasure to shop here and support an independent local business.

Enormous place, you could spend hours here. They sell absolutely everything and great, unusual and we'll priced items. Brilliant selection of plants. And when your feet start aching, go get a coffee or a full lunch.. very tasty at reasonable prices. Knowledgeable staff are on hand to help with anything.

The food was absolutely delicious! We had smoked haddock on potato cake with rocket and poached egg. Outstanding. Dessert was the most gorgeous apple, cinnamon & toffee crumble pie! Service fantastic. Setting beautiful. Thank you from South African guests.

Garden Centre is beautiful with plenty of choices. Outside seating for a coffee if you have a dog. Just by the cafe door. Dogs allowed in the actual centre

Great garden centre with a wide range of plants/trees, garden and kitchen hardware, soil/compost, garden furniture etc. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very well stocked, high quality, food shop and very good restaurant/cafétaria for catching up with friends in a nice environment.

A fantastic garden center with everything you can think of! You can even buy whiskey there. What is unthinkable in Holland! The center is in a beautiful location just outside Banchory

A haven for garden buffs. Good café too

So many beautiful things to look at in this shop. Huge range of garden related products but also gifts and homeware. Some of the items available are unlike other items that you purchase in the local area. Great for gifts and somewhere to browse if you are looking for items for your home or garden. Staff were welcoming and attentive without being pushy. The cafe was bright and had plenty of choices. I was particularly impressed with the amount of vegan options for food and cake. I can vouch for the chocolate cake! The is a restaurant however we didn't go there. During our visit there were lovely Easter products on site and I'm guessing there will be the same at Halloween and Christmas. This is definitely somewhere that you need a couple of hours to have free for browsing and stopping for a meal or snack. It's wheelchair and child friendly. Not the cheapest of places and you'll need transport to get to the location but it's well worth a visit. Large area of toys so be prepared to spend if you've got little people with you!

Great place to visit, friendly service and nice set up.

Went for lunch and took our pug, as their Facebook page says dogs are welcome. On arrival at the garden restaurant, we were informed " dogs aren't allowed". A wasted 30 mile drive and very disappointed.

Very nice coffee shop & nice, but expensive shop with good variety of goods

Met up with group for lunch. Most had the fish and chips. Superbly cooked, well presented. Staff were very polite and attentive. No muzak to ruin the art of conversation though the venue might benefit acoustically if there were some soft furnishing , carpeting or wall coverings to deaden the rather echoey room. We wandered around the shop after lunch. Mostly post Christmas clearance items. Pleasant and well appointed displays that must have taken some effort to design and lay out.

I would rate this higher, however I've been seriously disappointed with staff on several occasions (unhelpfull and on occasion rude). Pretty convinced now to shop at drum Garden Centre or Ben Reid going forwards.

The shop is fantastic at Christmas, the animatronic bears and dogs were great for the kids and it has a good amount of things on offer. Was at the cafe at Xmas eve so can't say if it is normal food and drink offerings but the selection was okay. A good amount of seating though so being able to get a sit down during a busy period is a big plus.

Shame this place sells a lot of tat now. Used to be great but overpriced and not great ranges of decent products

Garden Centre was lovely, nice helpful staff. Had something to eat in the cafe, service was woeful !!! Girls were getting mixed up with customers trays. Just totally disorganised , possible weekend staff !!!! Need more training. Helps to write orders down. Would return to garden centre, not to cafe unfortunately ☹️☹️

Staff are friendly and prices are decent enough. Good selection of flowers plant etc. The cafe is good and restaurant is decent. They sell ice cream that is ok and have a little deli for sausage rolls etc that are good. Play park is great to keep the kids entertained.

The service for food was chaotic and slow with no obvious place to queue. They appeared under staffed. The food was average. I would not rush back.

A large garden centre full of lovely things. A great place to buy gifts of every sort. 2 good cafes which both have delicious food.

Great for a wander through especially when you need inspiration for a special occasion. Resteraunt is lovely too.

Have always enjoyed Raemoir at this time of year! They always do such a great job with the Christmas decorations, trees, lights etc. The polar bears and Santa are out, the kids love the colours and all the toys, books and more that are there. Restaurant and cafe are still as good as ever. There is nothing I don't like about this place!

Excelent food great shop beutiful location

Always a Christmas fav, displays/books ornaments are always purchased at Christmas. Also offers clothing and kitchen items. Another purchase every year is the candles they have. Staff are always happy to help. Parking at busy times can be a problem as its a popular location.

Nice Garden Centre fairly standard. Restaurant was good varied menu food was hot which is usual these days in most cafes and restaurants

Hadn't visited Raemoir for quite a few years. It is an Amazing Garden Centre. Vast selection of all things garden. It's so much more than that. Absolutely stacked with everything one could possibly think of. Plus a cafe AND a Restaurant.

We find this to be a good garden centre. Plenty of parking. However we love the restaurant as the food is excellent, fresh and professionally prepared. We have found that other eateries struggle to meet the same standard. Great for b/ fast & Lunch. You will not be hungry afterwards. Good access and toilets. Prices seem reasonable for the quality and for the area. We are tourists but love to pop in for lunch and buy the one thing we can not get at home.

Lovely place,had to give 2 stars as employees did not seem very welcoming,especially the young girl who served us in the cafe,no smile,when paid and card declined,just grunted to me loudly that your card declined,all needed done was for me to put my number in,maybe they all were having a bad day,Following day we went to another garden centre and the employees were lovely and welcoming

Love this place. Many lovely things to buy. Great variety, not cheap though, but we'll worth it. Always find something there. The garden restaurant is a nice addition to the indoor restaurant. Nice Latte Macchiato and I had a scone with butter and jam. Scone was big and crumbly. Loved it. Hubby had a carrot cake, also big slice and very tasty.

Spoiled for choice as there's so much to see. Had a meal in the garden restaurant, soup and a sandwich 🥪, very busy but managed to get a table.
