Really disappointed in this restaurant. First time trying here with friends and the service started off ok but then went down hill. There was no table checks done once we were given our first drink, sar for ages and had to keep trying to grab someone's attention. Food was nice but desserts pricey for what it was. The main reason we won't be back was because we felt the older woman who seemed to be in charge was quite rude to us. She came over and put the cheque on the table and said you will all need to go your tables booked out but slapped a £22 service charge on the bill. There's ways and means of asking for the table back as we understood there were people waiting it would have been no issues. My friends felt slightly Embarrassed by her behaviour so we reluctantly paid the service charge and left. Since going here I found others were in the same position

Quite quiet but we are in fairly early. Food is lovely. Cocktail is fab! And people are very friendly

Solía adorar este lugar. Ahora es muy desagradable - caro y el café está lejos de ser decente. Aunque la antipatía del personal es el principal problema. Triste triste.

Desayunamos aquí el sábado, el lugar estaba bien, la decoración era agradable y casual! ¡Personal agradable! Disfrutamos del huevo revuelto y tostadas y el té / café muy gd! Precios buenos - 2 x bebida caliente , huevo revuelto / tocino y tostadas , 1 bollo y una lata de irn bru - £ 22 ¡Ambiente y mucha gente disfrutando del desayuno! Volvería

Gracias por su estancia. Fue encantador poder sentarse afuera bajo el sol fuera de nuestra cápsula. No podríamos haber elegido un día mejor. El personal es muy amable y acogedor y, sin embargo, de nuevo la comida era increíble y la vaina estaba inmaculada y para terminar una gran noche de sueño. Definitivamente regresaré.

I literally live down the street on kelvinghaugh street to kudos. I am frequent here it used to be a good place. I visited just yesterday and the service has dropped massively. To start with we were waiting for a table for 2 it was ready. The waitress did not inform the guy at the coffee counter and he did not know we were left staring at each other about 10 mins till he realised it was ready. Then we were seated ordered, all ok until my order arrived I ordered fried eggs ahoy got scrambled eggs on toast turned out the waitress had messed up my order. They also got us 2 extra potato scones when we ordered one each. One of the other waitress was able to get my correct order but I did not expect such a basic mistake. They did not have anything else to offer inspite of messing orders up and we waiting there. Also there is limited seating and tables are really akwardly set up, albeit the food did not taste the same. For the breakfast drinks I did not order coffee they had no semi skimmed milk, my partner ordered breakfast tea it was not brewed and very light. Time to pay when we went at the billing counter no receipt was given and just an adhoc amount to pay . There is plenty of service training needed for the staff that is for sure. I believe the kitchen staff has also changed as the taste has.

Amazing meal here at the new restaurant Faim. Very stylish interior with very chill vibes. All food excellent and a very well balanced menu of flavours. Will be back. Thanks again

My fiancée and I came here after a day out for my birthday for some tea, snacks and desserts. We were looked after by a young lady called Jennifer who was absolutely marvellous. I lead Client Service strategy for a living and I can say that the provision of service from Jennifer was the gold standard, it is genuinely an illustration of the personification of client service excellence - attentive and responsive and her care led to my fiancée and I having an incredible time. We cannot speak highly enough of Jennifer and her service - it is another example of great service here. 10/10 and we will be back.

1 clase de calle. Fui a cenar temprano con mi esposa e hijo. El personal era amable y la comida era excelente. Tenía surf y césped y creo que nunca me he sentado a un mejor plato de comida. Absolutamente excelente.

¡Vengo aquí de vez en cuando cuando cuando cuando estoy esperando un tren o simplemente quiero algún lugar de la ciudad que venda una olla decente de té! Suelo conseguir un rollo de tocino vegano ( ja ja ) con mantequilla vegana ( si lo tienen ) o si no, uno de esos pastelitos veganos ( tartas portuguesas de algún tipo ) De todos modos, la comida es genial, fresca y el servicio es rápido . . pero es realmente el servicio lo que se destaca . . hay una chica encantadora que trabaja aquí ( ella está aquí la mayor parte del tiempo que entro, usa gafas y las cuelga en su camiseta cuando no las usa y su cabello es una especie de rubio atado hacia atrás en una cola de caballo ) siempre sonriente y alegre . . si otras personas en la industria de servicios sacaron una hoja de su libro todos estarían felices . . . solo diciendo . . . mantener el gran trabajo ! M. ☆

Bombaywalla - basic street food kitchen, but don't let this put you off! Food was lovely, we had the fixed 2-course menu (from a Groupon voucher), and we were able to BYOB. That made for a great deal all round. Very friendly lady who appeared to be very busy with cooking, serving & phone orders. The fact that the phone was constantly ringing, and the Just-Eat boys were in and out, tells you that we're not the only ones who rate the value for money served by this particular Bombaywalla!

Había estado trabajando en la zona durante unos días, y Summit Café fue recomendado como un gran lugar para el almuerzo. Este es uno de los mejores cafés pequeños que he estado! El servicio es increíble, es tan increíblemente brillante que volví cada hora del almuerzo sin falta! Una de las Lois del equipo que es un alma absolutamente maravillosa, te hace sentir súper especial, nunca dejando de darte una cálida y maravillosa bienvenida. Servicio excepcional y comida excepcional! Me encanta! Por cierto, soy vegana, y Lois entendió mis necesidades desde el principio! Un gran lugar para todos, pero especialmente veganos y vegetarianos. Gracias Lois - sin duda volveremos pronto!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Had always gone for a pastry and coffee and tried their dinner service on Thursday and it was AMAZING!!! The staff, the food and overall experience was great and very enjoyable. I had experienced the same welcoming nature as I do in the day-time, would recommend 100%
