Pedí de deliveryoo y recibí una llamada para decir que no tenían un par de cosas en orden, pero ofreció alternativas y dio un par de golosinas extra gran servicio
May I begin by saying I am not an expert but a keen amateur. I have a Rancilio Sylvia classic and Rancilio Rocky Grinder and my own belief is that the type of been you need corresponds to your Grinder and setting. May I also say these coffee beans are all excellent, but I have found different results with each of them. With Papercup I have serious channelling I believe there is much more moisture in the bean andto be honest didn’t get a decent pull on any shots. Tin donkey was a great tasting coffee, but again I had to adjust my grind setting which is at zero on the rocky; despite numerous attempts at both paper cup and tindonkey I failed miserably. however I have 100% success with DearGreen on any of their beans. I don’t think there is much difference in the quality of these beans- I think it comes down to user error or capacity to pull good shots. I have learned to clean out my Grindr courtesy of Gail from Seattle coffee ha ha and I’ve owned this machine for roughly 10 years. DearGreen coffee works for me I hope you find this helpful

It is not often that a restaurant hits it off the park in all fields (quality of food, service, and experience), but this place most definitely did. The flavour profile, presentation, and quantity was above and beyond. When a place can do vegan food deliciously without having to rely heavily on processed food, I know that the non-vegan food will be absolutely amazing. That was the case for this location, as my party proceeded to demolish the food that was brought out for them.
Some comments from my party:
"Holysh*t I didn't take any pictures, I just inhaled it. "
"When the wings came out, my brain switched off. "
"Those plantains, fried to perfection. "
"I wish they were busier, they deserve to be busier. "
Only "con" would be wait time, but honestly worth it.

Overall very average gyros. We thought it will be succulent and delicious to taste. Pork or chicken gyro were really dry and bland to taste.
Service was really quick.
Overall average experience
Place absolutely slaps ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Food was brilliant, coffee was brilliant, staff were lovely and service was quick even though it was very busy. Very reasonably priced too
Grandes platos sabrosos. Platos sencillos cocinados maravillosamente. Había un ambiente cálido y acogedor encantador. También muy buena relación calidad-precio
Sadly Pavement has now closed, thank you for the lovely nights we had in here and happy retirement.
Pavement is reopening as a mexican pub/ restaurant, so I'll update when I've been in.
