Food was cold half the stuff was missing

this was the worse experience i have ever had a restraint, staff was rude and ignored us the whole time and rude. waited an hour for drinks

The desserts are good, but the service is poor. Staff were dismissive and unwelcoming throughout the visit. With plenty of places in Glasgow offering similar sweets and better customer service, it’s not worth returning.

I went here with my friends for a lovely get together. In fairness the waitress was very efficient. We chose our meals from the lunch time menu as it was before 5pm. All but one of us chose simply Chicken. I chose this because it sounded quite tasty but when it arrived it was bland and boring. The jacket potato was like rubber and the chicken certainly wasn't proper chicken breast and was processed. One of my friends chose to just have veg with hers and I couldn't believe it when it came as it consisted of loads of peas infact looked like they had used a bag of peas on her meal. There was no taste at all to this meal and two of my friends actually didn't eat their chicken at all. Definitely won't be returning there as poor value and quality. The only upside was we had a great catchup.

Their pizza was amazing. Tasted so fresh and light. We particularly loved the garlic sauce that came with the pizza. Our new favourite for pizza 🍕

Didn’t listen when ordering messed up my order and when this was noticed when I got home and called they didn’t want to know totally ruined dinner for us will never use again don’t care about their customers or service they offer

Please educate yourselfs on what a roll and chips is before advertising it on your menu! Chippy based in glasgow a roll and chips should be a basic roll and chips with loads of salt and vinegar not a shitty seeded burger bun, with vile weird looking chips.

Great little takeaway, always quick with my food and the food tastes delicious every time. Definitely recommend to all.

I have card bp for point i get 1 tank fuel every 2 days. Some guys is good some guys is not They don’t like make it scan my bp car. Im just confused. If you dont want to do it they you give it bp cart. I feel shit

order took 1 hr 45 mins for 2 mac n cheese and 2 milkshakes, called & the woman didn't even apologise, said they have 30 orders with 1 driver - stop accepting orders then that's not on me?? he finally arrived & it was the wrong food, called again & again no apology and blamed the driver. driver came back and took the wrong order off me (not supposed to do this when it's been opened) then said the workers mixed up the orders, he then came back again with the food and it's rotten, feel sorry for the driver. food was inedible and Cold. Will never go here again and warn everyone not to.

Mi pareja y yo hemos estado aquí varias veces. Pero hoy, después de esperar a recibir el desayuno Monty completo, nos fuimos decepcionados. La comida estaba demasiado cocinada y el capuchino era tibio. Nosotros no volveremos. Ha ido directamente cuesta abajo pasando por algunas otras críticas sobre este lugar.

Otra comida fantástica en Six by Nico. El personal era genial y el servicio era un poco mejor esta vez. La comida en sí era excelente (de temática italiana) al igual que el vino.

Wouldn't recommend anyone eat here. The food really lets the hotel down. The menu is so limited with a poor choice of tasteless fast food. Surely they can do better than this!
