order took 1 hr 45 mins for 2 mac n cheese and 2 milkshakes, called & the woman didn't even apologise, said they have 30 orders with 1 driver - stop accepting orders then that's not on me?? he finally arrived & it was the wrong food, called again & again no apology and blamed the driver. driver came back and took the wrong order off me (not supposed to do this when it's been opened) then said the workers mixed up the orders, he then came back again with the food and it's rotten, feel sorry for the driver. food was inedible and Cold. Will never go here again and warn everyone not to.

Fantastic little roll shop, I'm glad they rebuilt it. Food is always fresh and cooked to order. My daughter loves the pulled pork burgers. The breakfast de mamma is a bargain and tasty. The ladies are very friendly and helpful. Definitely my go to when I'm up and about early.

Food was amazing and the staff are very friendly, not to mention the prices are really good value too, will defo be back... just wish there was somewhere like that down my way, it's not often places like that surprise me but I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food, and open plan kitchen too, great selection and ice cream which kept the kids happy too :)

Tasty food, but the delivery time is too long, ordered food and it took around 2 hours to arrive.

There was more salad than should have got a plain salad roll with no cheese.... NOT RECOMMENDED

Absolutely stinkin paid 15pound for soup that was watery chips reheated swimming in curry sauce tuna melt baggette with no cheese and had to RECOOK my "toastie" as it was soggy place should be shut down. Waste of money

Extremely dissatisfied with the service. Order is an hour late with no updates. Its ridiculous its taking that long as my order only consisted of a breakfast wrap, hot roll and a toastie. Will definitely not order here again as clearly not reliable.

Chips qere cold and tasted stake like they'd been reheated, burger was soggy and stodgy, had grated cheese flung on mot even melted and a big chewwy bit of bacon

Ordered through Justeat but didn't deliver food and calls keep coming up as incorrect dial.

The reason i gave one star is because i have phoned for a couple of days now and there is no answer have they changed numbers or something because it is saying they are opened but they are still not answering there phone

First time ordering from here, I specified no coleslaw on my burger as I have an egg intolerance bit came with it anyway and would not answer the phone when I tried to call. Also order 2 caramel cakes and they did not come with the order. Disappointed.

Worst experience ever, cancelled my order via justeat 15 minutes after it was made. As I did not check the reviews and decided to go elsewhere. However they turned up at my door after the order was cancelled and we had to pay £15 for this disgusting food. The toastie wasn't a toastie it was as flat a potato scone and my cheese roll wasn't a cheese roll it was a roll of melted mush. The wrap had a funny smell and overall was disgusting. Tried to contact the restaurant to complain but not answer. Avoid absolutely diabolical. Food binned waste of money.

Around five times I have had orders cancelled without any explanation. Give up and will never try again.

Guys.... Really, the gloves you wear are to stop cross contamination of foods and other items, such as coins and waste. Stop wearing one set of gloves which you touch uncooked food, then cooked meats and salad. Then you take payments such as card, or worse well handled coins and notes wearing the same gloves. You do not replace them and go straight into food again. Seriously, you have to review your food handling practice.

Placed order at 1100 o'clock was to b delivered by 1205 called and told it was in next delivery ,still waiting at 1255 that nearly 2 hours

Lentil soup was more like asdas savers out of a tin! Chucked the soup away on the way up the road! Hot rolls were cold! So they also went in the bin. Service was hardly with a smile more like a growl and get out the shop as quick as possible will not be back most unpleasant service and disgusting food I've ever had from any deli in my life..

Omg waited 25mins for soup,it came out and was cold,girl took it back to heat it up,and wen it came bk out it had been watered down,I tossed my cup and so did boy with me,absolutely stinking

Staff working in this place dont give me the impression they want to be there,also few months bk i walked in and staff had there fret on the tables,the owner ought to read these reviews and do something about it
