Worst place for car wash. Very dirty . Wasted 7 pounds and no hot water for rinse. Wont come back here

I just bought 2 kinder eggs for my granddaughters, and they were out of date. Couldn't even give them to the kids as they were going all white. Disgrace. Especially as they are not cheap. Please check your stock.

Dont buy that petrol !,after using of E5 petrol from here for about 7months now ,my injections gone... In engine. Dont know what they use but petrol must be added with water.... Not recommend

A massive thank to the member of staff today a young, tall man who helped me and my dog get a taxi (Thursday 3/08) after my car had broken down. I cannot thank you enough for your help and kindness.... truly went above and beyond to help someone.... thank you!!

It definitely is quite pricey but so are most places who sell slushies and desserts. A good wide range of different sweets and treats from the US and the most selection of slushy flavours i have ever seen. There is a bit for you to sit in but the area isn't the biggest. The toilets were also spacious and immaculate which you don't expect from a garage basically. The staff seemed fine enough when i was in but i was only in and out in 5 mins. The selection of vape liquids if that's your thing also seemed to be quite varied.

First time in and won’t be back. The man behind the counter was swearing and being unprofessional when I approached the till - Moaning about working. 1 of the items I was trying to buy wouldn’t scan and he asked where I got it from. When I told him, he said I would need to buy it at the till at the back of the store ( the slush till). I told him I would just leave the item and he threw it across the counter and tutted at me. He then threw my remaining items into a bag and threw it at me across the counter.

Very friendly staff and a great overall gas pumping experience. Pumped 95 unleaded and used Discover Credit to pay.

We actively avoid going in during the daytime to post our parcels or buy our petrol anymore , as the old dark haired woman with the face tripping her on the tills is always so rude to the customers and the other younger staff members, the night time staff are so cheery and helpful- it’s literally a different atmosphere. Please, if you don’t like your job/life don’t take it out on the customers or your colleagues- it’s a bad look and you can see the other staff clearly work hard.(We would actually give the night staff 5 stars, sorry.. but this has pulled it down for us)

Would not in good conscience ever recommend this place as there has been account after account by former staff about mistreatment, withheld wages etc.

I live right across the road. When it's quiet, then it's a decent wee store, if a touch overpriced. However, there are quite often ridiculous queues along the whole side of the building as the teens get their slushy sugar fix. No social distancing during these times whatsoever. Whenever this is the case, as it was just 5 minutes ago, I give the place a body swerve and go elsewhere, so they might want to think about this queuing system as they're losing local business.

Lovely ypung staff and helpfull improving and cleaner than before altough manager told me tonight its ilegal to show price list for tobacco in scotland amd tried to sell me a tobacco for 18 pounds... its that right? The day before i wet to another shop and they ahowed me the list im a bit confused whats the law... I felt underminded but i made no comment in store because he was nice anyway and i could be wrong ...i believe in fair treatment to all ...good garage tho has everything you need there til eleven pm

Rude staff, especially older blonde woman. She looks to be manager.

Everyone watch out for the rude staff! Especially the older blonde women. She was so unhelpful and didn't even offer in helping to pack our bags. To make matters worse my card didn't work and she was so inconsiderate. She treated me and my brother like theives and was scorning at us from the moment we walked into the shop. You would think the owners of this shop would take more time in employing more helpful and better employees who have some knowledge in customer service! Never coming again.

Yes the slush puppy is expensive. But my god you have over 60 flavours to choose from. They even do sugar free and some old school bits that you can’t find anywhere. We picked up a dream bar! Oh la la! We had a great time and experience although the parking is always a hassle!

Come here if you want totally ripped off and treated like an inconvenience. The floor is always being mopped and is totally unsafe, no covid measures are implemented and the car park is horrendous.

Terrible service. All the staff at the till always have an attitude and are very rude.They never even offer to pack the bags and are too busy chatting to people at the back. This isnt a one time thing, it happens all the time you go there.The items in the shop are extremely overpriced as well. £3 for a salsa jar is a joke.

Rude & inconsiderate staff won’t be back! Sat down at a table while my kids picked a sweet as I’m heavily pregnant and was feeling a bit light headed and was told if I’m not buying anything from the cafe to get out was extremely rude.

One of the owners shouted at me when I took too long to choose what slush flavours I wanted. Infront of the kids too. Shocking. Avoid.

Slipped on a wet floor yesterday due to water from the flower display- no hazard sign. After attending hospital it turns out I have fractured my wrist. At no time did staff offer my any assistance. I asked for the accident book, which they eventually found. When filling in the incident sheet and in a lot of pain i was told to move away from the counter so they could open a second till for customers. Very poor customer care!! In fact the attitude of the staff member who I suggested they put up a hazard sign was abrupt and dismissive. Thankfully another customer did come to my assistance.

Convenient garage close to the motorway, cheap and easy to self clean motor vehicle and the slushies are fantastic.

Visited Racetrack Pitstop in Govan. Thought I’d try a smoothie, turns out they didn’t have any of the options I wanted and decided to pick a Pash n Shoot smoothie which was tasteless bare in mind I waited under 15 minutes for. Staff seemed rude and some staff members checking there phones whilst my pals and I were waiting on our drinks. Staff constantly checking back on our tables and asking what we were waiting on. WILL NOT BE BACK !!!!

Best toilet I have ever used in a services and has everything you will need in a hurry. E cigarette stuff for when you burn out your coil. And starter packs. Also more slushy than I have ever seen.

Favourite place to go for a slush, great selection of flavours for a decent price. However, based on other reviews I would recommend going elsewhere for fuel.

This is undergoing a full refurbishment inside and out its looking better every day

They sell on amazon sent goods all crushed returned no refund they keep your money and dismis your claim discusting company should be struck off amazon.

Over priced fuel, 10p more per litre than everywhere else. I guess they use the extra money to run their 30 different slushy machines. They had fans blasting on the slushy machines to keep them cool at one point, total waste of energy.

And too hide their utter embarrassment the prices are displayed on the exit! Will never be back and will pass on their lack of decency! Asda at Govan much cheaper 😊for the extra 0.5 mile. Car wash is closed but jet-wash still available. There's a parcel collection point and even a self service launderette at the back.

All the usual garage facilities. Shop has everyday needs but on the expensive side. Staff unhelpful and have a couldn't care less attitude.

Just yesterday (22/08) on my way to work, I only realised after I have put fuel in my car that I did not have my bank card with me, very embarrassing situation. To make matters worse I didn't have an ID in my car but that didn't stop the gentleman who was serving me to maintain his professional behaviour by letting me fill a form let me go so that I could pay the money the following day. I was very embarrassed but that made me feel at ease
