Great little takeaway, always quick with my food and the food tastes delicious every time. Definitely recommend to all.

Ordered before 11 and the food never turned up until half 12pm. Phoned and was told it was on the way (was a 6 min drive away and didn't come until 20 mons after I phoned). Food is okay but you can tell hasn't just been made and defo not worth the wait. Avoid.

If I could give zero I would, ordered food which took over an hour which at first was fine, once the food arrived the large meal I ordered wasn’t correct they instead swapped it out for a kids portion. I then phoned to see if it could be replaced to which I spent 20/25 minutes having to actually debate with the person on the phone to replace it for what I actually ordered she was extremely rude and just not helpful, after saying I should pay £1 extra to have it delivered I said not an issue. I then wait over another hour since last talking to the women on the phone now two hours I call the the women again for an update to which she says the roads are busy and then ends the call, shortly after the driver phones me explaining the roads are busy he has 4 other orders and that what was wrong?, he was massively stating he wasn’t interested in delivering the food and it was clear with his tone and questions. when I asked him to just deliver after he has done his other 4 orders he still wasn’t happy and stated it would be an extra charge of 3 pound for delivery, this is now after already waiting nearly 3 hours and originally paying for this food and the delivery plus a tip for the driver. All I wanted was the food I ordered it was shocking. So after all this I phone the women back who couldn’t be any ruder and screams it’s fine just pay 1 “Dollar” so after 3 and a half hours now they can keep there food, would never order and never recommend to anyone. Worst customer service, food, attitude and everything absolutely shocking.

Was there multiple times during vacation last summer and they were lovely! Amazing soups, great prizes and they made special soups for me and my family since we have to eat glutenfree! Also had a nice chat every time! It is just a small stall but I really like it anyways! 10/10 experience, definitely will come again! ❤️

Really not much to write home about on the food front and prices are too high compared to the quality of cooking and food. I only use it because it was on the way home and open late.

The quality and quantity of food is really good. If you want to try some authentic Chinese food in the Glasgow then you should really try this option. Personally I liked spring roll and sweet chilli chicken wings.

Food is mediocre to cold dry n tasteless. Does at a pinch but for really good food ..go elsewhere.

If I could place zero stars this would be the place. Order placed at 1910hrs and order delivered at 2146hrs. The food itself the rice had stale ham. The quality of the food was the worst. I had to eat it as after a busy day I was so hungry. Learnt my lesson never to order with this place again.

Was abit sketchy about trying this place but Got a portion of chicken balls & they where absolutely up to standard and they're big for the amount you get for 10 in a bag

Waited over two hours for out delivery. Phoned the restaurant and got no explanation or apology, the guy I spoke to just sounded annoyed and said our delivery driver was 'nearly there'

This wee takeaway has an extensive menu of very, very tasty food and extremely friendly staff who are more than happy to try and accommodate your requests even if the dish is not actually on their menu

Order at 7.15pm on a Monday not delivered at 8.35pm. Called 3 times. We are a 2 min drive away. I would not recommend them at all.

I don't think I have ever had such tasty Chinese meals,ever every meal is perfect and I do look forward to ordering them for my friend and I. Can't wait for my next order.

Food was standard. Ordered from just eat, which stated that my meal would come with free prawn crackers. They didn’t come with the order. Neither did the receipt or chopsticks I asked for. I would say order from them directly. I called to ask for the things my order missed and I was refused - girl was polite but just said they were busy. She offered double prawn crackers next time but I probably won’t order from them again. :/ sorry

Food was excellent but the delivery was 2 hours late. The woman on phone was understanding. I don't know if I would order here again, because of the delivery but then again the cuisine was delicious.

Amazing food & plenty of it. Delivered on time. Chicken curry wasn't too spicy just perfect 👌 we ordered that with a large fried rice & chips between 2 but it could easily have done 3-4 people. Know what we're having for lunch tomorrow Mmm 😋 Tasty!

Food was early save they read my delivery notes. The chicken balls were cooked perfectly. Didn't like the gravy that much unfortunately but that's just preference. I'd order from here again.

Spent 25 pound on food and could barely eat anything Rice was burned and soup was just horrible phoned up and the woman’s attitude was horrible Avoid !!!

Food half an hour late. Call up. Get barked at food is preparing. No sorry. No delivery time. Call back half an hour later, get barked at again. No timeframe again. I suggest a sorry would go a long way. Get barked at ' you keep calling calling calling'. Yes we are waiting on a 30 quid order that's an hour late. She hangs up. Been going here a year. Never again. Feel sorry got staff that this woman is costing them business. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Genuinely shocked. Woman should be fired and if she's running the place she needs to not be on the phones.

Just got a spicy beef chow main and a mix starter there is no flavour or sauce on the chow main and the mix starter is worse definitely will not be ordering from these idiots again

The worst ever! They didn’t deliver my food because they said my phone my engaged when they called to confirm, why? I live main door house and they have delivered to me for 4 years no issues, maybe new owners I don’t know and the women in the phone laughed at me when I asked why my order didn’t arrive, I asked to speak to the owner and she refused. I waited over 2 hours and nothing ! Don’t order

Hi. So I placed an order with ‘The Quay China Garden’ For roughly £19 tonight. The delivery driver delivered the order to someone else instead of me, who obviously pretended the order was for them or something, I really don’t know what happened. But the bottom line is I absolutely did not get the order. I then phoned the Chinese and after 3 calls over the space of about 5 minutes, was told another order was on its way soon and would be about 30 minutes (this was at 9.30pm, 20 minutes after the delivery had been ‘delivered’) I waited 30 mins and called back to see where the SECOND attempt at delivery was, to be told that they weren’t sending anything else and basically did not believe that the driver had delivered to the wrong person, and accused me of lying. This is after us waiting 30 minutes for the second order, now 10pm at night. They are refusing to take any responsibility, and I went into the Chinese to ask them about this all and they refused to give anything back in compensation and told me to contact just eat, or the police. I understand people see bad reviews all the time, but cannot stress enough to everyone to stay away from this Chinese as what is the most annoying thing is the customer service experience I have had, which has been a strong 0/10 at best. I am currently £19 down for a Chinese that I did not get, and it seems I can’t get a refund as they are refusing to cooperate. PLEASE. STAY. CLEAR. G

Best Chinese takeaway ive ever had. Ordered to the Premier Inn on George Square. Good customer service and speedy delivery. Also impressed by the lack of plastic packaging. Huge portions for a small price and it's still good quality (:

Called for a delivery to the Ronald Mcdonald house at the Queen Elizabeth hospital at 11.50 pm tonight (saturday) called back to check if it was on its way at 12.50am and the lady didn't even give me a chance to tell her where the delivery was coming too before snapping that it was 'on its way' and hung up on me. We are now sat at 1.30am and there is no sign of any delivery and now no one is answering the phone as the place is closed. Very dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received on the phone and very much disappointed that we didn't receive our order. I would be giving this a ZERO STAR RATING if I had the option !!!!!!!!! One very hungry and very angry EX CUSTOMER!!!

Ordered food at 6.40pm and arrived at 8.35pm (almost a 2 hour wait), with me having to phone up twice about its lateness. Poor service, and have lost a customer.

DO NOT RECOMMEND DELIVERY Ordered from here off of just eat yesterday to our hotel in Glasgow. We ordered our food at 11:30pm and it said it would come by 12:45am which was good as we wanted to get to sleep bc we needed to check out the next day. It came to 12:45am and there was no sign of our order after reading the reviews we decided to phone the take away at 1:00am the women answered and told us our food was still cooking (1 hour and 30 mins later) and said it should come by 1:30am. It came to 1:30am still not sign of the food we waited until 1:45am to phone up again. The women answered and I barely got a chance to speak before she rudely said “your food is on it way” before hanging up. We waited and it finally came by 2:30am 3 hours after we placed the order!! This is ridiculous especially as it was so late at night. The man that came to the door didn’t even give an apology for being so late. The food was average however it definitely wasn’t worth the 3 hour wait and would have preferred if it didn’t come atall.

Ordered from just eat at 19.51 now 21.48 still no food. Food left shop which is 5 mins away 40 mins ago and still not arrived. Shop refused refund. So no order and no refund do not order from here. So I have paid £11 for nothing to arrive

For what it is I'm really shocked at the the price, £10 almost for rice. Decor is poor and drinks were overpriced for a flat drink that should be fizzy.

If I could give 0 stars I would! We ordered via just eat at 11.30pm tonight, a Wednesday, it's currently 1.16am and still NO food. Called them at 00.45 and told driver was on his way before they hung up, now they're closed and not answering the phone. No refund received. Absolutely ridiculous.

went 3 nights in a row. everything is freshly cooked . we enjoyed all our dishes especially those spring rolls. they are amazing...friendly staff and wasn't expensive...cant wait to return...my only suggestion would be to use fresh chillies instead of dried ones..thanks guys....lovely food...

Ordered from The Quay China Garden at 7.45 just received order 21.38. I called Restaurant at 21.05 approx and the girl was very matter of fact no apologies at beginning of call. Told me the driver is on way back I thought she meant from my house back to restaurant but no back from town to pick up my meal to still be delivered. I told her it wasnt acceptable and was told not her fault driver was held back it busy I still said it wasnt acceptable and she said well its only 9.10 I then said so 9.10 driver not back from town still to pick up meal how long. She then said we are just going to cook it so THAT SAYS IT ALL I was then told we cook from fresh she has no customer service skills a customer is keeping them in business but their attitutde was then well its a new driver. I then called Just Eat told them her manner the service both diplorable i want compensation. Restaurant told Just Eat they not authorised to give compensation Just Eat said we offer £5 I said I will accept more not less and have got £10. Will never got through this restaurant again. Just Eat were very helpful and called me back.

Not very good the food isn't that we'll cooked.

Having complained about order without onions arriving with onions was advised to hand back uneaten food to very apologetic delivery man. Replacement was ALSO full of onions. Very poor will not use again.

Great buffet options even for a veggie. Bit souless but given the fact it's part of the quay that is no surprise. Great wee out door seating area

AWFUL: THis has to be the worst place i have ever ordered from. The food was so bad i threw it up 10 mins later. Having reported it to HH they called restaurant and they wouldnt give me a refund because i threw it away, sadly when you through something up it end up in the toilet. DO not buy from here, unless you want to be sick
