well well wish i'd found this place a lot earlier I had haddock and chips and probably the best I've ever tasted and believe me i've had a few fist tea's over the years and my friend had the scallops and said the the same best she has tasted in a very long time and can't wait to return

Best soup I’ve ever had. The homemade soup here is incredible. I had the lentil and my friend had the mushroom and we both took another pot home with us! The breakfast rolls look lovely and the staff are so nice. Thanks and see you again!!

After learning on arrival that the restaurant we had booked for brunch only serves drinks on a Monday, we found ourselves in ViVi’s. The team were great and accommodated our needs….dog friendly and able to make adjustments on the menus to need coeliac / gluten free needs - I would note this could be improved by actually highlighting on the main menu rather than having to ask. Either way the food was delicious….i highly recommend the French Toast with bacon and fig! All others were equally pleased with their food and the pup certainly enjoyed her very own pup cup.

I was very disappointed with my lunch. I had a seniors macaroni and chips. The macaroni was just covered with melted cheese as opposed to being in a cheese sauce. Then i had caramel apple betty which was o k but the ice cream was watery and tasteless. Not value for money.

Ordered a half and half pizza with sides. The pizza was extremely poor quality as it was missing items that was ordered such as burger sauce and the pizza was square-ish and cut by a blunt butter knife!. Pathetic was an understatement!. Did call the store to complain and we did get a new order which was as ordered initially. The pizza was an actual pizza the second time around. This pizza shop has been poor for a while but that pizza sent as in the picture was rotten. As you see the picture of the pizza shows the “Quality” checks are not very well carried out!.

Disappointing experience, we have now visited twice and left without actually being served, waited 15 minutes each time, no menus, not acknowledged, on the second occasion we went up to the counter and felt we were inconveniencing the staff and still no one came to take an order. We have been coming here for years, it’s such a beautiful location and dog friendly. Ironically on the way out a staff member asked if they could help us, explained we were leaving due to no service, they said thank you and turned around! We also have friends with recent similar experiences.

New owners started well with good food. Time will tell if it lasts.

Disgusting inedible stone cold pizza and potato tots delivered by Uber eats after that shop had shut when order should have been cancelled when a driver couldn’t be found!
