Pizza delivery was cold complained to shop felt like I was being questioned by the gestapo overpriced poor food abysmal customer service 13 mins on phone to explain no replaced food trading standards needs involved

The inability to pay with cash is outrageous.

Fantastic, easy to order and pay online.. second time of ordering only draw back tonight was that the delivery driver mixed up house numbers.. Do the drivers not have delivery slips these days, if so why not leave them on the bags until they have delivered the food ?

The pepperoni pizza made me and my son want to die🤢🤢 and the crust was very bad quality and the pepperoni was bad quality as well as the cheese I don't recommend to anybody

Just went and collected a texas bbq pizza and they didn't put chicken on it basically just a vegetable pizza and they have took the phones of the hook so can't get through too them

Actually pretty good. The thin and crispy bases come in frozen, so you get a standard pizza every time, so I believe.

Used to love a dominos as a treat. Being lactose intolerant i was able to ask for the vegan cheese instead of normal. But now they refuse... Total shame... Other places have questioned the fact that I'm asking for meat products with alternative cheese to make sure I've not made a mistake but when they realise its a diary intolerance and a dietary requirement they are more than happy to help.

Ordered dominoes today for first time in a while came and after we ate it me and the misses both spewed our rings up now sat up all night with worst stomach cramps sickness and diahorria will never go back again !!!!

I love some dominos. Was in town and ordered click and collect was under 10 mins and was supper clean and sanitised

Made my order before they closed. They called me after to let me know they couldn’t deliver and would be refunding me. Absolutely laughable service from a company which specialises in home delivery. I guess nobody wanted to stay until the end of their shift and instead wanted to finish as early possible. Disgraceful service considering they took my money before cancelling while still during their advertised opening hours. I could be accused of being cynical but I assume they have done this as it’s “two for Tuesday”. I won’t be calling back to pay £40 pounds for a couple of pizzas tomorrow that’s for sure. You’re either open or you’re not. Terrible service.

Not sure it's worth the money but my daughter loves it.

Both pizzas made very bad topping not spread out right and slices cut at aneven sizes. Our cookies where burnt but also raw and wedges where freezing not happy!!

I am not a fan of pizza but I must admit to enjoying Domino's submission. Probably a bit more expensive than some of the other well known brands but I felt it was well worth it. As I said...not a fan of pizza but this is one I would buy again.

Took 45 mins to deliver and pizzas were lukewarm at best. Wont be back. Delivery drivers are usually fine but its the time it takes to get your food and the quality of it that's poor.

Normally dominos in Kirkintilloch is really good, but this time my food was late, when I got it it was cold, the delivery man didn’t have any change and was expecting me to give him a £7 tip it was a shocking experience but there normally really good service except from today

Poor communication, sent the order out with driver and had to wait for the order to be remade and it was cold even though it was ment to freshly cooked I think they gave me the original pizza because the delivery driver came back early and as soon as he came back the pizza was ready

Placed a order at 9:55pm Saturday online using PayPal (£46.85) only to get a call 10 minutes later asking if I could collect my order as the drivers weren't anywhere near me but was told they would try and deliver my order, 5 minutes after I hung up I was called again to be told all the drivers were finished for the night and they would issue a refund (5 working days), what the actual **** why would you send the drivers home on a Saturday night at 10pm rather than keeping one or 2 on I would of thought Saturday would of been a busy night for them but obviously not , this is my first time ordering online and it will be my last .

Boring, the box has more flavour.

Normally order of the dominos website past few times ive orders its been good, delivery came on time great pizza and stuff. only had one incident where we ordered the pizza and had the tracking on, was waiting for over two hours we where all absoultley starving And constantly looking out for it so decided to phone up about the order to them saying they delivered it when the clearly didn't, said they rang the door bell and where at the right address, where use now? Cause we have never had a door bell in our life and there was no door knocking heard. The delivery person must be blind or stupid cause I sure did put in the right address or must been acting it but cause of some mix up it's the way they dealt with it as if it was our fault saying they aren't going to deliver it out again that its cold of we want it we have to drive up there and get it? The whole point I wanted delivery is because some people have disabilities and disorders that can't handle going out or have no car to pick it up with its just inconsiderate just remember there's people that really do count on deliveries but got a pizza from some where else that day was a bit disappointing that it wasn't a domino pizza

Pizza delivered luke warm. Also ordered 2 half and half pizza which should have had tomato base but both had bbq sauce. Phoned to complain and staff were rude. Would never use this place again

After waiting 2 hours after ordering online I tried to call to see what was happening. Phone constantly rang out. They took my payment right away through PayPal but pizza never came. Currently trying to get my money back. Go in store and order in person. Don't order online. The online service is absolutely terrible.

Ordered 2 x large pizzas last night, arrived with barely a heat in them and solid crust! Advised this on my feedback email and no response, total waste of money!

Great food quick service staff are amazing

Order done online wee but hassle but got there in end. Deliver however took over 45 mins which didn't leave us much time to enjoy meal. One pizza was warm other one just slightly warm and both went cold very quickly despite keeping boxes closed in between eating slices. Sauce topping didn't seem as nice as usual and just wasn't really much flavour from it at all. Use d to really love a dominoes pizza but past 3 times I'm. Now wondering why I pay the extra for these when not really any better than anywhere else. Disappointed. Two stats are for the orderlies which was alright and the driver was OK..... Food itself means i doubt I will be back

Way over an hour delivering and they don't answer their phone. They cancel your calls so they don't have to answer too. Terrible staff.

Don't order from Dominos. They will rip you off. Tried to order 2 for 1 deal + bottle of cola they wanted to charge me 26 quid. Also they are cutting back on the cheese they put on the pizza, beware. Also their website has change, can't complain about bad service.
