Papa John's Pizza in East Dunbartonshire

Disgusting inedible stone cold pizza and potato tots delivered by Uber eats after that shop had shut when order should have been cancelled when a driver couldn’t be found!

The base was thin as paper. The crust was super thick and felt like it was the only thing I was eating. There were barely any vegan cheese on my pizza, just a few blobs here and there. They gave significantly much less toppings than other branches I’ve been to. I’m completely dissatisfied. They say they’re under new management, but nothing has changed or improved (I’ve been to this branch once before a few years ago and it was exactly the same as I described. I hoped “being under new management” would have improved their pizzas but nope). Will not be returning.

Google needs to start letting us use minus stars for reviews. Mine would be -10 Full order was cold, wrong and ingredients missing. Food was disgusting and a total waste of money.will never buy from them again

I placed an order for two pizzas with Papa John's Bishopbriggs. My order took an astounding 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive. Upon its eventual arrival, I was dismayed to find that the pizza was extremely cold and unappetizing. Naturally, I called Papa John's Bishopbriggs to raise my concerns about the quality of the food I had received. However, to my surprise, the representative who answered the phone advised that nothing could be done about it. As a paying customer, I find this level of customer service and product quality unacceptable. It is not unreasonable to expect a timely delivery and hot food, and I am extremely disappointed that Papa John's Bishopbriggs failed to meet these basic expectations.

Great food, about the same as Dominos in price and selection but I think this is tastier, especially the pizza sauce. The only issue is that as of 23/09/22 the map marker for the Bishopbriggs store is wrong, it's further east along Auchinairn Rd past the Co-Op and William Hill, it's the unit right next to Warrior Fitness. I ended up having to phone to shop to find out where they were because Maps had the marker on someone's house! Have submitted the correct location to Google.

Wayyyy too much BBQ sauce, the whole pizza is soaking in the sauce taste really horrible. Whoever made this pizza needs a proper training again. Really disgusting!

Even though Papa John has made some unfortunate comments on the radio I'll still enjoy his pizza.

Honestly absolutely horrible. Garlic bread burnt , pizza was dry and the dip with the pizza is vile basically just a tub of butter . Will be sticking with dominoes from now

I order from here all the time and usually it’s spot on, but my order tonight was anything but. I live a 5 minute drive from the store (if that) and not only did my order take over an hour and a half to get to me, but the pizza was cold by the time it arrived as well. Annoying waste of money and time tonight.

East to order and quick to arrive but the pizza was terrible. Like a poor copy of dominoes. Toppings scarce and barely recognisable.

Don’t deliver 5 mile down the road it take a maximum of 12 minutes

Every week I've got to correct them about how much they're charging me. They always overcharge. I don't think it's intentional, they get confused about what deals are available.

Didn't visit papp johns pizza did visit Chinese and chippy that is next to this Chippy is good but depends on the person who is cooking chips amazing at times Monday I went in got chips only live just a couple of minuets from this place didn't get vinager on them got into the house chips were luke warm not good at all this is the second time this has hapend since this has opened usually chips are amazing

Delivery staff are always polite, it takes roughly just under an hour to get food from order, but ultimately lacks the personal touch of a local takeaway. Nothing special flavour-wise. Lack consistency in quality of their pizzas too with regard to heat, presentation, topping distribution and how cooked it is. Hopefully over in time it can improve. Update: 1 year or so on, nothing's improved unfortunately. Down to a 1 star. 👎🏼

store never delivered my pizza There was no e mail telling me the store was closed and I only found out it was closed when my wife drove me up to the store.The offer of 50 percent off a pizza is not acceptable as I can get this myself online and is a joke considering all the hassle I had to go through to find out myself that the store was closed.I will be posting a review in all sites that are bishopbriggs related about my experience on my first and only order from papa johns and also the reply I received from yourself.There was no one in the shop to answer my calls no recorded message and no email sent to my account after the order was accepted. Which is poor management and I will raise this at a higher level within your company as your reply and offer is an insult to me considering the position I was put in. Mr William walker I have had no reply to date regarding my second complaint which falls in line with my first order as i recieved no email regarding the shop being closed.

First time trying Papa Johns and since it is now right on my doorstep i talked myself in to getting one. Got the Sausage & Pepperoni and my god it was worth it - The Garlic dip was disgusting though bu t the pizza was that good i still give it 5 stars!

Just had my first Papa John’s Pizza, delicious. Toppings were more than generous, very filling too. The base was nice and crispy unlike Domino’s. No more Domino’s. I’ll be recommending Papa John’s if they’re looking for a pizza place.
