New owners started well with good food. Time will tell if it lasts.

Very quick delivery and the food was 👌👏,

Chips very poor and soggy, salt and chicken pieces was very good, satay sauce tasted creamy and watered down.

Good service. Though I find the rice tastes quite salty. Personal taste maybe.

Delivery later than estimated by over half an hour and I had included a note not to include any sauce on the rice or chips I’d ordered for my kids, but came drowned in sauce which was disappointing and meant it went to waste and wasn’t eaten.

Not sure if I got the B team tonight but everything was off. Very bland. Even the ribs were tasteless.

Don’t go! Chicken under cooked, called them up and didn’t want to know about it! Wouldn’t recommend. Meat stringy and raw. Avoid!

Sadly this wasn't up to scratch. Chicken chow mein was mega dry and noodles felt hard/chewy so I barely ate it. Fried rice had no taste to it as well. Only redeeming part was that my husband said the super starter for 2 was really good and he enjoyed it.

I received a text message to say that delivery would be late. Delivered just 15 mins after message received👌& driver apologised too. Excellent communications.

Disappointing food - shredded beef sauce was not good, tasted just like plain gravy, no flavour to it. Chicken wings were soggy. A shame, used to be much better, hopefully this was a one off.

First time I have used this place and it will definately be the last. The food was inedible, undercooked, poor quality, clearly staight from the cash and carry to the deep frier, the sauce was water-thin and with little discernable flavour the chicken chewy with an unpleasant rubbery texture. The rice was dry and clumpy and gave the impression it was reheated, certainly not freshly cooked. After one mouthful it was clear this was unacceptable, we took our meals back and got a refund. The premises appear unclean and unloved, and looked like it hasn't had a lick of paint for decades, wires and light cables hanging round the walls, all very temporary in appearance. Altogether a very poor show. The owners here need to take a good hard look at what they are doing.

Went here for takeaway. When I walked In the lady behind the counter looked at me like she had never seen anyone in the shop before. Kinda weird. So I ordered up my food. While I was waiting there is a glass panel looking into the kitchen which was slightly open and I saw the chef light up a cigarette in the kitchen after he cooked my food. I never said anything and took the food home it was 100% vile. Won’t be back

The food was early because i think it was left over cut bits off chicken never seen a breast could not eat it at all 5 small bits of the worse fat all round it was terrible. The bbq where is a gravy not bbq sauce the beef was like rubber only nice thing ws the soup. £33 and could not eat it will not be back there.

Tasty food, delivered in good time and included an extra treat of chicken wings for free. Great service, will be ordering again soon.

Has this place been took over or something? Used to love everything I got from here now it's just shocking. I've just spend over 30quid. Which by the way you're supposed to receive free items when you go over 30 excluding certain meals and delivery not once have I received them. My whole meal was tapid warm. And I know it was the first delivery how on earth can the first delivery be cold? Delivery driver was lovely but I'm on my last nerve with this place I spend a fortune here and the quality the past few times has been disgraceful

No duck with duck pancake either btw not the first time items have been missing I have even wrote in my notes in previous orders if I can receive a can of juice for mistakes and never got acknowledged. Yous are letting yourselves down and about to lose a good customer ive spent almost 100 quid last month on orders.

Surprised at the negative reviews and felt I had to write one to balance it out because I moved to the area in Sep 2021 and I have had nothing but good experiences. Good fresh food, good price, always arrives very hot and they often chuck in some free spring rolls and they always provide prawn crackers ontop of the order. The honey & garlic chicken is fantastic and the dry vegetable chow mein is quality and really enjoy the Kar Kau too. Faultless over many orders to date.

the food lacked salt, as for the beef, i'am sorry, but that was not beef !!!! beef does not turn to puree soon as you put your fork through it !!!!!

Avoid .. shocking meal . Cold and arrived very late . Dreadful waste of money

The food from this restaurant was disgusting and inedible. The food arrived early however was cold. The chicken curry sauce was so thick to disguise the chicken curry was not breast as requested. The chicken noodle soup was water with some chicken pieces. The chicken in black bean sauce was so watered down it was inedible! The order over all cost nearly £40 and was certainly no where near this value. Would advise people to avoid and I will certainly not use this restaurant again. Also being refused a refund from just eat which is atrocious!

I have ordered from here before and the food , while not exceptional has always been ok . This time the chicken was black inside and inedible. All went in the bin . Phoned restaurant and the owner did not appear to understand English. Was told someone would phone me back . Needless to say ,I never received a call back . Avoid like the plague ,for that is what you might catch . Use the other Chinese in the area which is a “local legend” for a reason . I want a refund and if not forthcoming I will be taking this matter further .

Whilst the delivery driver was so nice and we received a bonus portion of spring rolls the food was awful. The sauces were tasteless and not identifiable. The spring rolls were empty which is why I guess we got them free and the smell coming off the food was rancid and everything except the prawn crackers smelled and tasted off, as if it had gone bad. Won’t be ordering again.

Food was nice, but to charge £4 for chips and powder instead of authentic salt and pepper chips that's made with onions, peppers & chillies was the only disappointment but overall food was nice

Peeking spare ribs consisted of 'bits' smaller than chunks of chicken... also, most bizarre tasting spare ribs I've tried! Mini vg spring rolls, if you like just the pastry then this is for you, cheek to call them veg! Curry Sause is also far beyond any Chinese I've tasted and not in a good way.... ordered from here a few times and unfortunately the quality and taste gets worse.... AVOID

Probably the worst looking, badly cooked very cheap ingredients, I had no choice but to throw a £20 meal in the bin.

i usually love this chinese but tonight will be my last time ordering. chicken noodle soup was awful, chicken was almost all black, soup was bland and a weird colour. salt and chilli chicken was like rubber, it was tough and cold, as were my chips and egg fried rice. the curry sauce was disgusting. it tasted like the cheap £1 mayflower curry sauce you can get out a shop. very dissapointed tonight.

It’s not often I go outside my comfort zone with Chinese food. But I tried the beef in mandarin sauce for something different, which was very nice. I would definitely have this again.

Not the best, weird satay chicken not nutty but some sort of gooey mushroom concoction.

Delivered exactly when I asked it to be (just after I got in from work) And food was piping hot, plentiful and delicious

Rice was very overcooked and mushy was close to being a desert, prawn cracker were all broken and overcooked, the ribs I wasn't expecting to be very small and the sauce was gloopy and disgusting, I understand it is the holidays right now but there is no excuse for such a disappointing meal I hope this was a one off

I am a regularly customer with Loon Hing, however , I will never place an order with them again. They made a mistake with my order, instead of chicken balls they give me a bag of chips. I phoned and explained, but they recognised the mistake and did Apologise. The shocking thing is, they asked for the bag of chips back. Unbelievable, how on earth is that a way to treat a Regular customer. I will never be a customer of theirs again. So don’t waste you money with these people they cannot run a business or treat their customers with respect, they should of left the bag of chips and keep a customer., they don’t care about keeping their regular customers. One word for this service DISGUSTING..

The noodles tasted & looked like they were yesterdays - scraping the bottom of the pot serving. The Salt & Pepper shrimp were HOT Chili not s & p.

The sweet and sour was unfortunately only sour. The duck and prawns were actually quite good.

Satay sauce was lovely, the chips were dried out and cold . The beef was gooey and tasteless. The only good dish was the ribs . I will not be ordering from this place again. 2 out of 10 for me.👎

Super quick delivery, food nice and hot. Some dishes are a bit sub par (wonton noodle soup for me specifically. The broth and noodles are very nice but the dumplings were eh) and other dishes are simply outstanding! We also got free chicken which was honestly one of the best ones I've had. Definitely will order again!

Wonton soup was just noodles and wontons, the soup had escaped/spilled into the bag. The gravy on my fried rice and chicken balls was tastless and it appeared to have been mixed through my rice rather than just put on top making it very stodgy. Chicken balls were sent seperately and were ok, not sure i would return based on what i received.

Food was great and tasted wonderful although i ordered sweet and sour with my rice and chicken balls and got curry instead. i wanted both sauces as i had already ordered chips and curry too

Order from here quite a lot, even after having a bad experience with there sweet n sour sauce I still have them a chance but last night we ordered crab claws and they were freezing, as if they had been in the fridge.

Terrible absolutely shocking. Ordered Szechuan beef an looked like beef stirred with noodles. No sauce, literally just beef and noodles. Tasteless and bland. Wont be ordering again

Food is consistently awful!! I have lived locally for 20+ years and this take away has ALWAYS been one to avoid. Dishes are bland and tasteless, please don’t waste your money! Any one of the other Bearsden/Milngavie/Anniesland Chinese Restaurants would be a much better choice.

Wonton soup was worst I’ve ever had. No vegetables just horrible bland noodles floating in water. No broth or seasoning. Other food was bland and chow me in was horrible.

Spectacularly good food, delivered on time and the ability to flex the individual dishes is a great add-on.

Elastic band in chowmein, did not realise until the person was eating it, causing them to choke. Elastic band had been cooked with food as had gone hard. All other food was good but this ruined it.
