Delicious farm-grown food and meat. We were picked up at the bus stop and dropped back. Cozy, intimate bar and dining room. I would thoroughly recommend a visit

We stayed in Balerno for a week and visited this place 3 times and had excellent fish suppers every time. Best fish & chips we've had in years. Big portions, great value, and the staff were friendly. Fish was well cooked and the batter crispy . Sign at the counter says 'cash only' but you can pay by card by ordering using the touch screen on the adjacent wall. We look forward to visiting again the next time we're in the area.

Probably the worst Chinese food I have had in a long time. Not sure what beef is used in the curry but it was almost powder like texture, three random half mushrooms and tonnes of onions. Very poor. The duck was not shredded duck as advertised and portion size was small for the price. The munchy box came in a tray and is very small compared to other take aways. Would not use again.

We have had the occasional takeaway from here a few times in the past sometimes been a bit hit and miss, but last night we had the set meal for 4. What a mountain of food!!! Food quality was very good and very tasty. We will certainly be back more often.

Been there several.times in the past and always been good food and brilliant service but last time I went was 29/08/15 was very disappointing food was just mediocre wouldn't go back if had choice

Very disappointed. Came in at 11:45 for some lunch with young children and despite it being less than half full it took nearly 20 mins for so to take our order then after waiting 45 minutes we were informed our food hadn’t even been started. I had to leave after being there over an hour and get food from co op for my starving children. There was obviously an issue in the kitchen and these things happen but the complete lack of communication from the staff was unacceptable and the entire experience was very frustrating

On our way to our hotel after attending a wedding we decided to call and get something to eat it had been a long day and we were hungry. We had seen Bocca Bona the day before so called in, they were preparing to close but they insisted on making a pizza for us. The pizza was delicious and we can’t thank them enough for their kindness. We would highly recommend this pizzeria for their super service and delicious pizza.

great food, great atmosphere, great service, acceptable prices, AMAZING music, just overall good vibes! fairly cheap for a good quality carvery although their meals are a little more expensive than for example wetherspoons, but i think the atmosphere makes up for it guitars all over the walls, feels like a 60’s-70’s american diner them with many classic songs playing, banish artwork on canvas prints around the walls just a great place to go out for a wee meal or drink

Came for the quiz. It was brilliant. John the quiz master was ace. Dunno what the boy Dave is on about. He couldn’t be further from the truth. Dave sounds like a c@*#t

Should be Zero stars as it would fail a health inspection, and the owner is constantly screaming at customers. The owner is disgusting and fought with my Aunt after putting frozen mouldy cheese on her chips. Guys a melt

Not trained staff. They don’t know anything about customer satisfaction.They ignore not to give second pizza buy one get one deal.

Been using them for years, never had a problem with them. Food isn't outstanding but quite acceptable.
