Should be Zero stars as it would fail a health inspection, and the owner is constantly screaming at customers. The owner is disgusting and fought with my Aunt after putting frozen mouldy cheese on her chips. Guys a melt

No love in their food, ordered chicken kebab for £10, was very poor, wet and sloppy.

Was 15 mins late and food wasn’t great

Very very strangely nasty service and the price for very average food at tea time expected fresh great white pudding but it was only warm same for the chips and savory sausage over £12 i was charged including a drink. It was suggested i was trying to leave with out paying drinks are self service i placed it in front of the lady on the counter paid £10.40 for the above tried to leave only to be told you havnt paid!!!!!

Order was late, nearly half an hour. Fish tasted ok but had shrunk in its batter. Chips were hard and soggy and squashed together in a clump. Extremely disappointing disappointing to say the least!

Waited 2 hours for two kids meals, stay 5 mins along the road. I called 1 hour 30 mins into waiting too ask how long, they told me the driver was on his way, 30mins later he turned up. Rude on the phone and food was freezing cold. Never ordering from here again.

Freshly cooked special fish and chips. Hot, nicely cooked and tasty, as good as it gets! Spotted homemade ice cream while in shop and it was equally delicious.

Cold. Miss my kids meal. Just alround not good

there was no ham in the calzone basically a veggie calzone it was ordered specifically as it had ham in it also the crust on the mince pie was burnt and rock hard not great at all

Unfortunately this was an absolute let down. The garlic pizza is in the bin , it was like a brick, donner meat cold, garlic mayo should be sent to a lab that tasted strange. If you are going to take people's money at least serve edible food. Chips were good. Not fussed about it being late but 80% inedible is unacceptable. Never again.

The food is normally great, but this time not so good! The pizza was undercooked unfortunately.

Pizzas are hit and miss here. Today was a definite miss. Invisible mushrooms, too much sweetcorn, the photo shows olives but it doesn’t come with olives, and there is no taste of pizza sauce, and greasy. (Veggie pizza)

When I ordered they estimated 19:05. Then they changed it to 19:35 but its now 19:40 and still not arrived. Unhappy.

Fantastic food. Excellent pizza and kebab.

The imported wine was lovely as ever, Driver was nice but the Munchy box was luke warm so therefore - terrible. A mix of food like the Munchy box needs to hot on arrival. I’d stick to the fried food or pizza as individual items.

Super takeaway, I'd recommend both the fish supper and the haggis supper. They're my favourite choices here. Thank you 😊👍

Didn't get chips with an order, was refusing to do anything at first basically called a liar. I mean come on why would I lie over chips. What good is a supper with no chips. Spent£30 on order. Eventually got new order but had to demand it. Lost my custom

Took about 3 orders to get my whole order as pizza was missing. Rude staff. Terrible greasy food, burnt pizza which was an extra 1 hour and 30 mins later then all the food. Wouldn’t refund it. Won’t be returning

Oh I hate leaving negatives but restaurant wasn’t as good as usual tonight fish just didn’t taste fresh and batter could of been cooked longer but still ok. Will always use the takeaway just not fish supper

The Pizza Crunch was soggy, far from what I expected and to think that it was highly recommended by my girlfriend. Now I have to force myself to eat it so she won’t be emotional.

Ordered through this takeaway only because delivery stated was fastest 35-50 mins - food turned up after 1 hour 50 mins - this is a Wednesday night - surely not peak time?

My husband ordered the smoke sausage pizza and despite it being 16” he has eat it all and ice cream for dessert

We ordered 1x spicy haggis supper and 1x jumbo sausage supper. We received 2x spicy haggis suppers. When trying to call the restaurant it was engaged for a long time and we were not able to get through so had to eat the haggis which I didn't enjoy. I had been looking forward to the sausage all week so was disappointed. This hasn't happened before.

Delivery times are becoming annoying used to be 30 mins now it’s more like 1 hour 45. Food is good quality though but will probably try other takeaways n coming months

Really disappointed with the Pentland Fry. Have been coming for a long time and never really had too many problems, only the occasional one now and again. This time the order was wrong and pizza’s were undercooked and had minimal chicken. They were really soggy and not enjoyable. Phoned up and the customer service was appalling. They told me that they are busy and didn’t have time for this. They offered 0 solutions and hung up the phone. Eventually after hassle I got a refund, but only because I went back to the shop at my expense. Went elsewhere and won’t be back.

Food was cold and the kebab meet was left off the pizza. Got told it would be delivered and it never turned up.. this is our local pizza shop and we use regularly but after tonight and a few previous take outs that weren’t so good wont use again.

Food was late and cold when it arrived at 21:55, restaurant closed at 10pm so little chance of any rectification.

Fish was amazing and daughter loved the scampi the chips weren’t that good though

The Pentland fry is amazing, the mixed wrap is absolutely delicious, no grease and its the best ice had I would highly recommend giving it a try

Took 2 hours from placing order to being delivered. Food was discusting and cold. Most of the food went into the bin. Further to my last posting: after what I did eat has all now came back up again and down the toilet. I have taken out the food that I binned and will take to food hygiene environmental services 1st thing on Monday morning to be investigated. Never in my life have I felt this ill after a takeaway.

From ordering to delivery took 2 hours. Most of the food went into the bin as it was discussing and cold.

I always ordered from here and usually satisfied but tonight it was terrible. Pizza not cooked properly and stuck to box. Chips hard and not cooked. Took ages to deliver and the bag with the chips was ripped and box with the Pizza was all smashed. It was that bad, I won't order again unless refunded.

Normally good however this pizza was not edible. Burnt and cold

We ordered food in advance to be delivered at 1830 app said on its way at 1810. Arrives at 1910 cold and wrong !

They have got my order wrong 3 times now! I put a notes in for them to remember the chilli sauce and on 2 occasions they didn’t but this time they gave me 3 but did not put in salad sauce.I feel it was done on purpose .The last 3 orders made they have only put one sauce in despite me ordering 2 . The meal is not the same with only one. I phoned them once and got a shocking reaction from them, saying there was nothing they could do. The manager was so rude!!!

9.30 on a Saturday and nothing fresh and no pizza getting cooked. Hours say 11.00 on a Saturday. Maybe for just eat orders,not for local, long loyal customers. One less now

Keep getting my order wrong. When you get a kebab it should come with salad sauce and chilli sauce. Last 2 times I did not get chilli sauce even when adding a note on Just Eat, this time I got 3 and no salad sauce. Rubbish! Will not be ordering again!!

Cold food delivered late. Pizza base doughy like a very thick slice of bread covered with melted cheese that had been allowed to set again. Not good & binned in favour of a couple of slices of toast,

Usually love these pizzas and recommend them however delivered late and lukewarm. Wasn't as good as usual with doughy base. Maybe different pizza chef? Will go back and try agsin though as our favourite up to now.

Absolutely shocking customer service! After giving me the wrong order they told me they weren't delivering my items and told me to not call the shop again ! What disgusting customer service !!

Service and delivery was great. Fish and chips were average due to lack of sauce. There was literally a splash of sauce on it. Very dry.

Shame didn’t put salt & sauce on the chips as requested!
