A great place to sit and eat while waiting for a plane. The coffees are great and the food is good. The sausages are so good and fried krispy outside. The server was friendly and helpful.

I have no idea who this Davie is that keeps getting referenced in the reviews however he certainly wasn`t serving me. The first impression was how expensive it is for breakfast ( we couldn`t get into Wetherspoons as it was so busy ) My friend ordered a bacon roll and I ordered eggs benedict. I had nipped out of the restaurant, after ordering the food and coffee, to pick up something from the shops and when I came back, the coffees were waiting. I went to sit down and because the table was so `shoogly`, it spilt the coffees. Rather than the waiter coming over to immediately clean it up ( he saw it happen ), we had to call him over. He was so abrupt and obviously it was a bother for him to deal with the situation. My friend started to apologise to him, driven by his poor attitude making her feel it was our fault, however I pointed out it was him who should be apologising for the poor condition of their furniture. Only then did he change his attitude and actually smile, apologise and blame the furniture ! Next, out came the eggs benedict and bacon roll. The whites of the eggs were still transparent, not cooked and inedible. By this time, we couldn`t have the dish replaced as our flight was being called. They did take the eggs off the bill however only after I said I wouldn`t be paying for them. I overhead the staff asking customers, when paying their bill, to add a review saying how great the place is......... strangely they didn`t ask me, I wonder why !

Davie was very attentive, hospitable, and acommodating... He sorted everything for us...

Slow service. 5 or 6 staff wandering around aimlessly. Only focussed on putting bums on seats. Claim 15 minutes from ordering to food on table but we were sat 15 minutes before giving up and going across to spoons for the same price and quicker service. Probably same quality food too.

5am - asked for full breakfast - no mushrooms, no cubed potatoes, no Lorne sausage. No croissants, no pain au chocolate - don’t waste your time in q to get in here as very very limited ingredients!!

Unspeakable, bad food and service... worse

Tardé tanto en tomar nuestro pedido y luego también entregar nuestros rollos de desayuno que nuestra puerta fue anunciada y tuve que preguntar a la camarera dónde estaba nuestra comida. Mi rollo llegó unos minutos más tarde, pero no había señales del rollo de mi hijo y ahora la junta dijo que el vuelo estaba abordando, así que realmente tuvimos que irnos. La camarera se ofreció a envolver nuestros rollos, pero sentí que ahora no había tiempo en absoluto - todavía teníamos que caminar a nuestra puerta y estaba en pánico. A pesar de que solo habíamos tomado dos bebidas (una naranja fresca y un té helado) y sin comida, la camarera todavía me cobró £ 27. Eso parecía excesivo para dos bebidas y dos rollos de todos modos, pero el hecho de que no teníamos la comida y todavía nos cobraron por ella realmente me irritaba bastante. Fue una pena comenzar un viaje así: sentirnos totalmente estafados, estresados por llegar a la puerta a tiempo y luego tener hambre durante las siguientes horas mientras estábamos en el vuelo. Nunca más volveré aquí cuando use este aeropuerto.

There was one very friendly guy who took my order but a less friendly lady when I pointed out my solid fried egg - she just pointed to the picture . I said that doesn’t look like mine and she walked away For the size of the portions - disappointed!

(The staff were lovely). I understand airports don't always have lots of options and that prices will be higher...but this is just really poor food. We got a chicken and pulled beef burger, and they were so underwhelming. Honestly, would rather have had a boots meal deal if I'd realised what was coming.

Davie is an absolute gem and best and most professional server I've had the pleasure of meeting. He is a ray of sunshine and an asset to Hudson Grill! Keep smiling, Davie!

No one showed up for 15 min to take my order so I left. Cafe Nero served me in 3 min so I recommend that instead.

No te dejes engañar por el tiempo promedio de servicio de 9 minutos. Tomó 30 minutos desde el momento de la orden para dos hamburguesas en un momento bastante tranquilo. No es genial cuando se anticipan tiempos de servicio rápidos en un aeropuerto.

Param era un excelente servidor. Como soy celíaco repasó las opciones dietéticas disponibles. La comida era deliciosa y llegó sorprendentemente rápido. Particularmente me gustó el aderezo de miel en mi ensalada.

Breakfast adverised for price but bill comes at almost double the price. Advertised at £14.50 for breakfast with a hot or cold drink but bill shows additional charges for both hot and cold drink. Expected to pay around £29 , ended up paying £44

Pedí dos pintas de sidra Aspall ambas eran planas. Pedí dos pintas frescas para ser vertido que no cayó bien con el problema grosero “gerente” finalmente resuelto por el personal de espera muy agradable. No es una gran manera de comenzar sus vacaciones con un chico gruñón detrás de la barra.

Perfect spot for breakfast at the airport. Nice and tucked away from the main strip of the airport. Service from Kirsty was great and efficient despite being busy. Food was also great and very quick. We had the full Scottish and would highly recommend.

La reserva del código QR tomó una edad, pero pidió 2 lotes de tostadas de masa madre y 2 cafés. 10 minutos después, llegaron 2 rebanadas de tostadas con cafés. 5 minutos después, logramos marcar a alguien para preguntarle si era 1 porción o 2. Parecía desinteresada, pero confirmó que era solo 1. Se ofreció a perseguirlo, pero cuando mi amiga señaló que teníamos prisa, dijo: "Oh, bueno" y se fue. £ 15 por 2 rebanadas de tostadas y 2 cafés medio bebidos que no se podían llevar porque tenían "tazas pero no tapas. " Un servicio impactante aparentemente funciona sobre la base de que dependen de los viajeros que pasan y que no regresan.

Served it's purpose for a quick meal before our flight. The staff found out we had recently got engaged and they couldn't have been nicer

Baked salmon arrived fried, the broccoli was undercooked, salad was drenched in an appalling sweet dressing and the spicy mayo formed a sizeable pool underneath everything, almost inedible...I blame Fringe Fatigue but inexplicably I ordered a NY cheesecake which took 20 mins to arrive and was covered in what looked like the contents of a nappy, I sent it back and complained about the salmon....they offered me 10% discount on my mains, I was beyond exhausted...I paid and left...never again. Begone foul Hudson St. Grill, may I never darken your doors again......

This is an airport so presumably they're used to delivering orders quickly ans efficiently. Apparently they're not. I waited 30m and then was informed that the meal I had selected was not available. The waiter had to be prompted twice and brought my side dishes, telling me the main was on its way. No cutlery or napkins were brought to accompany the dry, stale fries. By the time I was finally told my order couldn't be completed my flight had been called. Very poor.

Not a great experience. First they got my drink wrong and it took a while to arrive. I then asked for my fries to be upgraded to loaded fries. Received ordinary fries, but there was no check back so couldn’t ask for a replacement. Also, when my food arrived I ordered another drink, which never arrived. Once I finished my drink I just paid and left.

Had a great breakfast today . Davie was excellent he went above and beyond and was really friendly and funny.

Can’t knock the food as was as expected, but the service on the day was very sad. Mainly because I was charged once, then told it had not gone through even though I had a receipt and showed them my phone payment, and was not allowed to leave until I paid again. I agreed on the proviso that I could get in contact in case both payments went through (which they did). The number and email I was provided by the Manager is not in use, and I have been charged. It has been two weeks and no one has responded. Shocking service, and still no clearer on whether I can get the money back, as no one has responded to emails for two weeks. Added to this the Manager was also rude to her own staff member who was newly training who took the original payment right next to our payment.

I was here this morning and had a wonderful breakfast I didn’t get the Cooks name however I did get Amy macdonalds name she was a wonderful welcoming young lady and made my experience 10x better , would 100% recommend this place to friends in the future

An unforgettable experience, we were seated very quickly by the host, who politely chatted to us, asking where we were going. He sat us by the window so our children could watch the planes, which if you have kids will know made their holiday, they havnt stopped talking about it! The food came out very quickly, as did the drinks, presented well and very tasty! We had the half chicken, the salmon, some pizzas for the kids, sides and Dessert. The staff were lovely and made our holiday. Thanks for a great experience.

Dog food - nachos were almost inedible and beer was okay but lacked fiz. As everything is done via code interaction no existent. Seriously terrible food. Left 2/3rds of it as was a chunk of piled together ingredients. Hated it and so do guts.

Overpriced "full" breakfast. Delivered to the table cold! Absolutely appalling. It seems that Edinburgh and Glasgow airports are unable or unwilling to provide decent food at a decent price. Also in Edinburgh £8.00 for a Lorne sausage roll! They really are taking the Michael.

Very very long wait, people who arrived after us were served before. Not much of the map is available. Annoying, rubbish.

Completely horrible. We waited a looong time just to be seated, then no one got our orders and the best part was that at the end the waiters were confused about all the orders and they said we should wait even more, so we had to leave without eating anything!! I will never come here again, not recommended at all!

Albin was a very pleasant waiter. Food was well cooked, perfect poached egg, good quality link sausage however both the morning grill and latte were not hot enough.

Seems to have been the go to last couple of times have been at the airport. Did state up front that there would be a 30 min wait due to how busy it was however both food and drinks were served fairly quickly and well under this time. Service was excellent with special mention to Chris who was a fantastic and attentive server!
