Bad experience while taking order, guy name - Tariq whose taking order, he made wait 10 mins while taking on the phone, and he came he didn't even spoke single word took the order, and he charged me extra and I was asking him and he shouting at me that I don't know and didn't even care explain. That was really a bad experience. I didn't all the way to face this situation.

Ordered two pizzas from here, didn’t even come with a sauce tub for either of them, ordered a pepperoni pizza WITH burger sauce on top and they hadn’t even done that, the pizza wasn’t cut properly either with it being impossible to grab the slices nor was it centered and it looks like my toppings have been set up to make phallic shapes. Delivery driver was alright but got lost and took an hour after being baked to deliver to my flat which is a 7 minute drive from the shop

Although staff saw me come in they continued having a conversation while glancing at me, usually love a domino’s but came to a different store than usual and the pizza itself wasn’t great either unfortunately 👎

Minimal toppings, poor service. I selected pork meatballS. How is 1 pork meatball per slice acceptable? Barely any cheese on my girlfriends Hawaiian pizza

Good pizza as always, just the service and workers did not seem happy to be there.

After the move, easy to park and collect. Service is great. The only thing to note is - if you buy margherita, stick to medium. Don't do large.

Pizza is standard domino’s, can’t complain, but I would really appreciate if the drivers seem to struggle using Google Maps and reading the delivery notes…

Absolute disgraceful food portions. A so called LARGE pizza is actually a medium everywhere else. Big chunks of onions to disguise lack of toppings. No cheese in sight. Greedy food chain mak8ng more profit on cutback. Pic is of 'LARGE' might meaty...joke.

The pizza we had here was the best Domino's Pizza we have had in all the many Domino's we have visited across the UK. Excellent quality. Excellent attention to detail. Delicious.

Used to be on St John’s road and never any problems, in their new place had to walk up the road to find a lost driver who had no idea where they were going. Never again

We always go for the Texas barbecue. It's really nice we have never had to wait in line and when we order online, it arrives fast and hot.

We ordered online for a delivery. After 10 minutes, the tracking link said our order was on its way. After 1.30h we still hadn’t received anything. We called several times and Thai told us to wait. We called again since we still hadn’t got our food, and they told us it was probably delivered at the wrong address. Long story short: we never received our food. Stay away from this place

Xmas eve dinner. Received an undercooked pizza which the staff member refused to replace for fear of “being laughed at” by their colleagues. Would rather eat Rudolph’s vomit than order from these cowards. No no no. Soggy Christmas

Nice food and deals with nice welcoming staff

Ordered on 20-35min delivery and after well over an hour still no sign of pizzas. Initially told us the driver was “five minutes away” (this was 35 minutes ago) and then ignored calls afterwards, picking up but hanging up immediately.

After hearing at work that pizza order got cancelled for another team close to their Xmas lunch I thought best to order and collect myself which worked out great

Never order here. We decided out of the blue to order from here (heard good thing an about the vegan pizza). One hour after i ordered I get a call saying the delivery is another 2hrs wait. Cancelled the order. Never ordering here again.

The pizza was delicious which you always get from Dominos. Nice staff. The manager was so nice when I last visited. I had a great time. He gave me a good deal and a lot of options to choose from. Good location as well.

Took ages and then they gave it to the wrong house

Won't be using this domino's again. I've ordered twice in the last month. Last time I ordered it took over 2 hours to get to my flat and was stone cold. Tonight, I stupidly ordered again, it's been over an hour, app says foods been delivered and I've had a text asking to tip the driver, yet I still have no pizza. I called the shop, the guy who answered the phone was super rude but said the driver would be with me in 5 minutes... That was 20 minutes ago.

Friendly staff, looks sooo busy, and like hard work. Great tasting pizza, collection deals are great and veggie/vegan toppings are great. If you work here, thanks :)

The staff are very friendly and they do their best to do whatever they can. I ordered 2 large pizzas. One was the thin crust margherita and one thin crust vegetarian and both were very impressive. Will come back again for sure

I ordered a pizza for delivery from Corstorphine and after an hour delay and no delivery I contacted branch. I contacted them several times and received phone calls from delivery driver who was unable to find us!!!! I was about to give up and cancel order however John stepped in and got a new pizza ordered to us very swiftly. He also refunded the cost of pizza due to inconvenience so this company definitely deserves to be supported!!! The pizza was the freshest and best I have tasted in a long time !!!! My daughter agrees!!!! Thank you to John and all at Dominoes pizza and the delivery driver …. Delivery driver was too swift to accept a tip … Next time !!!

Liars!! I ordered pizza for delivery- they called me to cancelled my order due to long delays 2-3h. I supposed to receive money within 3-5 working days. Called them few days to double check if everything is fine because I didn’t received my refund…They told me they done everything fine etc and the problem is with my bank… Liars! After calling them 6 times!!! They finally gave me a number to customer service and the guy there told me that no one even done that refund! He done this on the phone with me and after just hours I finally received my refunds… And say sorry for them to lied to me… Really poor service in that restaurant!

Waited 1.5 hours for the order. We phoned them and they said it will be another 1.5 hour before it arrives. We cancelled the order but we have not received any cancellation email, but they have taken the money.

Extremely rude and poor service. They send me wrong pizza and upon complaining the store manager said can't do anything about it. I tried to call them straight away but they did not picked up the phone. Had to goto head office and when after 2 hours the store called they treated me with rude behaviour. Surprisingly it was the store manager who was a complete no sense. Never ordering again from them. Don't deserve such service after orders an expensive pizza

Although confirmed for collection, my online order was missed and not prepared at all so had to wait the same time again to recieve it. Somewhat inconvenient but got my order eventually and food was good.

Pizza was fresh. We ordered into hotel. Driver even texted that he will be in few minutes. Great service and great pizza's!

First time ever at this particular branch service quick and easy parking a bit on the hard side its a very busy road so you take your chances. The pizza was nice and hot when we got back to the hotel 10 mins away by car when next in edinburgh this will be the place go for my pizza fix thank you all

My partners pizza has been ready for 10 mins in the shop, mine is taking ages, its ham and pineapple it doesnt take that long, dont recommend this dominos.

We live 5 minutes in the car away, but I cannot order online, it directs me to Dalry Road miles away and nobody picks up when I tried calling even when it says online they are open

Had one a few weeks ago it was great! Tonights one was a different experience. Toppings were frugal and toppings were stuck to top of box so bare middle to pizza.

Basically no cheese, tasted alright- staff couldn't care less about you

I remembered tonight why I do t do dominoes, 1.5 hrs after order still no pizza.they out quantity over quality with ours when we called the shop, stated driver had 4 runs! No way any pizza is still fresh and hot after 45 mins of being in a car, we cancelled order to then go collect it fresh, guy apologised and wished me a hood night! Went home to my hungry kids at 7:30pm with their dinner. Won't be using again, absolutely shambollock!

Ordered a pizza at 4.30pm and I requested delivery at 6.30pm. I don't live far from it so at 6.40 when I haven't received it yet, I started thinking the worse. But I still stayed outside waiting for it like an idiot for another 10 min. In the end I didn't get my pizza. No call no nothing. A pure disgrace. Now I'm starving thanks to you guys. I won't even consider going there in the future. You lost a potential regular customer.

Order it a 22:10 at work. said it take 20mins phoned at 22:50 to find out where it was since the tracker didn't work and no answer. Shuts at 23:00. Must have said to themselves screw that. Worst run dominos i know.

I would never use this Domino's again. I ordered later at night due to work reasons but relied on the effective and convenient delivery of Domino's to save the day. I had trouble understanding the person on the phone when I was ordering, but we got there in the end. I sat waiting for the delivery and after an hour it became obvious that something wasn't right. I called the shop and was told that the driver had been to the hotel, called me and texted me. Needless to say, no missed calls and no text on my phone! Turns out that he had the wrong number and hadn't the sense to call the shop and find out of there was a problem with the number. My food bill was refunded....which was a kind offer and I was assured that it WOULD be hot upon it's re-delivery. However, the food was barely luke warm and not good enough to eat. So now I'm stuck with no dinner! I called to point this out and then rude manager ended up offering to make a fresh order.....but I had to point out that it would be gone 11pm before it even arrived. Not acceptable. A terrible experience after past good experiences with other Domino's. Never using this shop again.

I ordered pizza for my son and his friends, the pizza that was delivered was wrong. I spoke to the manager and advised him of that and he argued with me on the phone. Then to turn around and tell me to go f**k myself. Disgrace of a service and I didn't even get an apology. The pizzas were thrown in the bin as the refused to eat the pizza! Stay clear of this place.
