Disgusting customer service. Refused to refund me when the pizza sent out was wrong on 2 occasions. Maybe the recipe has changed? Who knows but when I called to resolve the issue, the Indian man on the phone started shouting at me. Been such a loyal regular customer for years and this is how they treat customers. Wont be back to Dominoes ever again. AVOID!!!!!!!

Several things were wrong with the food we got delivered. Firstly, the chicken wings had not been sealed and fell out of the box into the delivery drivers bag. The driver made no attempt to help as we had to pull the wings out. The half and half pizzas were cut terribly, meaning that people had a slice with the other person's pizza on it. The thin and crispy pizza was horrible, it was nothing like thin and crispy is supposed to be. The garlic pizza bread wasn't even cut at all, and apparently that also tasted bad.

i ordered from this doninos and was shocked at the foul language they were using over the phone, when the driver arrived at my door he put the pizza on the door step and drove off, i phone to complain about the service and was shocked at the language they were using, the pizza was undercooked and looked like it was pulled from the trash, safe to say i will not be ordering from here again

I’ve been ordering pizza from this place since the lockdowns, and they used to serve some of the best pizzas in town. Sadly, their quality has been steadily declining. The delivery experience has also worsened, with drivers often getting lost, being rude, or—like my last driver—calling to make you come downstairs to pick up your order. Today was the final straw. The driver was completely unprofessional, and the pizza was awful—tasting sour and rubbery. The toppings, whether it was the cheese or the vegetables (which looked like they’d been pulled from the trash and carelessly thrown on the dough), were clearly spoiled. I won’t be ordering from them again.

So I went in to order a pizza, already lovely fellas, unfortunately due to reason out of their control, my pizza was missing, however they were very sorry and immediately made me a new one in about 6-7 minutes with an extra set of cookies for free Super friendly staff, probably deserve a raise I bet because they were very obviously incredible at their job Very happy with my pizza and cookies too

Ordered a vegan pizza and received a non vegan dip in the box. It's a clear reflection of their disregard for their customer's dietary preference. The pizza itself looked and tasted like frozen store bought version and not what you'll expect from a company known for selling pizza.

I ordered a pizza which unfortunately arrived underbaked. Despite this, my guests and I ate a few slices before realizing the issue. When I called the store to report the problem, I overheard your staff conversing in Hindi, dismissing my concern and accusing me of attempting to deceive them for free pizza. As someone who understands Hindi, I found this behavior highly unprofessional and disrespectful. I have always enjoyed Domino's products and services, and this experience has left me quite disappointed. I hope that appropriate measures will be taken to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. And I’m pretty sure we won’t be ordering from this store anymore.

Loved.. awesome pizza experience.. We ordered 2 toppings pineapple mushroom pizza.. it was so delicious..we couldn't stop to order another large size same pizza.. thank you for this.. we are going to visit more often.

The family love domino’s, for me I’m not a fan. But what makes it better is the chocolate dough balls/cookies. For the 2nd time I’ve not received them, rang them we will resend some out….. what a joke! Ordered tonight again, let’s see if they make up for it 🤔

Ordered a pizza last night as I hadn’t eaten all day due to being mega busy all day. The only thing I actually had to eat and then I ended up with food poisoning 😅 the pizza tasted weird but I guess I was the fool to continue eating it. Do not ordered from this Domino’s in future there’s nothing but issues with them 🤡

Don’t order from this domino’s! Last time we ordered, we ordered 2 pizzas and a side of wedges. When the delivery came they never sent out the wedges. This time when we ordered, we got 2 pizzas and a side of wedges and lo and behold. Again no wedges. Delivery guy argued with my partner on the door step saying that there were no wedges ordered. Took my partner to show him out order on the app to believe him. The guy took a photo of the order and said he would come back with them. He never came back…. Also on-top of this, my partner requesting for his pizza to be made without mushrooms for he has an intolerance. It actually said on his pizza box ‘no mushrooms’. Open the lid and the pizza is covered in mushrooms! So do yourself a favour and save your money. Don’t order from this place

I am giving this rating because of the delivery. I ordered the pizza and french fries, it took one hour for the delivery guy to deliver the pizza to my location and the distance was only 1 mile. So when I got the pizza and french fries, it was no where close to hot, rather it was a bit cold and we had to eat cold pizza and fries. I reported this issue with Dominos, however they were not even bothered to respond to my issue. So would not recommend this domino's to anyone just because of pathetic delivery, better go for Papa John's or other retail pizza chains.

Are the drivers aware we can track them? Why does the delivery driver sit outside the store for 30 minutes before they even deliver the food? Awful. Always comes cold! And even had my driver forgot my drinks.

Had ordered via the app and all the food came within 45 minutes of ordering, nice and hot, juice really cold but with an added pizza. I thought maybe my partner had ordered us a pizza each so I took them but realised it was for someone else when I opened it. Called the branch straight away to let them know we had the extra pizza and the guy on the phone was really nice and told us to keep it as they had realised their mistake and had already sent out another one to the correct receiver. So fast delivery, great food, an extra pizza and lovely customer service. Appreciated, thank you.

I by accidentally ordered my pizza wrong and called up to ask them to change it person on phone was very nice and changed it for me even though they had already made it and put it in to cook food was hot when arrived very nice I have ordered a few times and always very good

This place is very hit and miss, we have unfortunately started to boycott this place unfortunately after what happened last month. The driver unfortunately forgot our juice, no big deal, he said he would drive back and get it and will be about 10 minutes. Half an hour past and still no sign, we phoned up and we got told, he is on his way now. Another 20 minutes or so passed and we had actually finished our food by this point and still no sign, so we decided to then phone up and just cancel it and get a refund. Just as we were ringing the juice arrived and we didn't even get an apology. Worst part is, we live like 5 minutes down the road so there is no excuses really. Shame really. Also 3 stars for the food is a stretch we have had times where the potato wedges weren't hot.

Cold & soggy gluten free pizza, avoid ordering

Something is up here. It's been disasterous from November onward. 13th Nov: Cancelled my order after being told it was going to take 2 hours, maybe. 27th Nov: Pizza tracker stuck on quality control for 1hour. Phoned and said they were waiting for a driver. Pizza then arrived about 10 mins later but it was cold. Must have been sitting there. Contacting via Customer support online did not get a response. Appreciate it is busy on Saturdays and there might be staff shortages, but TELL the customer please! Orders used to be good before November 15 Oct 2022: Driver got lost and took about 10 mins to locate the street.

No pizza for over an hour. Nobodypicks up the phone. What is wrong with these guys? Several months later: I thought I would order, just in case they've improved. Haven't ordered from here in months after having to wait 2.5 hours for a delivery without any explanation late last year. Made the mistake of trying this place again last week. Delivery time was estimated to be 30mins but as usual took 1.5 hours. Pizza was cold, the toppings stuck to the top of the box (can only assume the driver had it upside down?), pizza was cold and disgusting. Don't do it to yourself, order from Pizza Hut or Oregano instead!

Telephoned for a pizza delivery. Was told that it would take over an hour, due to driver shortages. So I decided to cook a frozen pizza, with a cheesy pasta side and I was eating in 20 minutes. Saved myself £30. Thank you Dominos. You gave me the good sense to rip up your leaflet.

Been ordering delivery from these guys for years, I've never had an issue, never had to call them, can't fault it: consistent, flawless. Occasionally a smidge overdone, but never burnt. Delivery times haven't even been that bad in light of the chaos on Leith Walk.

They are not able to deliver the pizza without being flipped. They are also "too busy" to pick up phone when you want to complain about such incident. They seem too busy pretty much for anything even to hold box straight to so give them some break and do not order there.

The service is never consistent sometimes the veggie volcano pizza doesn't seem like its dominoes pizza. The way its made is badly made as the sauce is unevenly spread on the pizza making it horrible and inedible as its over powering the base. the portion of topping is stingy as if its not there. pizza was a disappoint and not as good as it usually once upon a time.

I've had good pizza from this Dominos in the past, however myself and my NHS team are working overtime at the hospital right now and presented at the leith walk dominos after it was widely publicized that they were giving a free pizza to NHS staff as a thank you. We were told that this particular Dominos was choosing to 'not participate', so we left disappointed.

Usually good service when it comes to delivery, however once after ordering (quite late hour, I gotta admit), order was cancelled after 1 hour without any explanation or anything. Money was returned, but not sure why I had to wait an hour to find out that I'm not getting any food :D Regarding pizza, is it good or anything? It's Dominos man, it's obviously awesome. We order every Saturday and the order is usually fine. My only complaint is that nobody answers the phone! I had to call about 15 times before someone answered. (Not an exaggeration).

DO NOT BUY DOMINOS HERE. We have ordered many times from this dominos and most of the time they get the order incorrect. Plus, wedges are undercooked and the customer service is terrible. Today, we ordered two pizzas but only one arrived and was incorrect. We rang back, was told two correct pizzas would be sent instead. Got a call 5 mins later from Domino's saying two return the pizza to the delivery driver. Fine. Two hours after ordering, only one pizza arrives and the other is now missing. A call to dominos to complain results in them offering us a 50% discount for one pizza delivered 2 HOURS LATE after we ordered 2?? This outlet of dominos is a sham to the name.

Domino’s Leith Walk 121 Leith Walk, Edinburgh, EH6 8NP Shocking service, lack of manners, lack of managerial experience. Never once have we received the correct order from these guys but of course we give them the benefit of the doubt. We found hair BAKED in the pizza. (This isn’t the first time this has happened) Called up and we were told a note would be placed on the customer record and will give us a pizza on our next order... Low and behold we called up a month later and the note has not been left on the customer record. Excuses were read out like a script and proves that they just use the same excuse over and over fooling all their customers even when there is a genuine problem. Managers do whatever it takes to push away their responsibility and blame pranks. What a joke. We will never be ordering from these guys again. Go buy Dominos elsewhere. AVOID

I've ordered from them many times and for the most part they're really decent. There's just one driver who always manages to not find my doorbell because it "doesn't have my name on it" and keeps complaining to me about it to deflect from himself being late. Told him multiple times that he can just count the doorbells since he knows my flat number but he doesn't (want to?) understand... :)

Hello all, I ordered my pizza and sides and still waiting for it. Been waiting for more than an hour. No apologies whatsoever, the guy on the phone was sorry to say but dumb, who didn't know how to even take an order. When I tried to call them they don't even pick up the phone.

How is this place even still open? Ordered food and it never turned up, phoned and then told to ask for a refund in the morning??? Not impressed and will never order from this shop again.

This branch is very disappointing. The last few times I ordered here there were all kind of issues. Long waiting times, about 90 minutes for a repeated order. No apologies for the late delivery, just brought it even if it was cold. I had to chuck it in the bin right away. Then I had to chase them for a refund. After speaking to the manager I managed to get my money back. Still no apologies or even a compensation. Very poor customer service. Not sure how they arw allowed to operate. I have been always relatively satisfy with dominoes. Most revent order I decided to give it one more try. They send me chicken nuggets in place of wings. Didnt even bothered complaining. Its a shame that I cannot order from another branch. Will have to either pick it up myself because they cannot be trusted. Headquarters please do something about this branch!!!!

Pizza initaially said it would be 16 mins. This increased to 17 mins after 5 mins of waiting. Been waiting in the store for over 30 mins now. Pizza still got 12 mins before finished. Got bored and checked online to see reviews on Google. Apparently people usually spend between 15 mins to 1hr here! Think I'm in for the long haul. If I hadn't already paid I would be long gone to Papa John's down the street. Papa bless

Waited more than hour and half. And gave up then. After 1.45 from order time, delivery showed up. Said to take it back. Went to store my self as it was only less than 10min drive. And there manager had a descent attitude and apologiesied and offered freshly baked pizza and some extras. But most of the time you can't get them through phone. Better to get there yourself.

Extremely disappointing. Poor service. Two previous orders mucked up, was offered the bottle of irn bru and dips that didn’t show last time free next time... but er.. I’ve already paid for them? Gave it a third go, on the promise of a free pizza this time and mucked up again and charged us full on delivery. Tried calling 6 times and couldn’t get through. Will not be using you again.

Placed an order 1 hour ago... Finally shows up, Hawaiian pizza around the world has always been ham and pineapple. Not what I received. Tried calling back and no answer as they are now closed. Save yourself the grief and find something else. Also, FYI to tourists... They do not bring debit machines with them nor do they tell you on the phone despite knowing they are delivering to a hotel.

Terrible, absolutely terrible. Worst customer service ever. Even a self checkout machine has more personal skills than the staff and manager here. Kept interupting my friend on the phone and put us on hold 5 times and hung up on us once. Got one of our pizzas wrong and had hair baked into the other. Called up and wouldn't admit it was their fault that they got it wrong even though we have the confirmation email of the order. After over 5 minutes on the phone of them saying they are too busy to talk to us they agreed to replace our pizzas but after 1 hour. Honestly making us wait longer for their mistake. The manager has absolutely no shame. If you can't manage anything then don't be a manager.

Recently, this Domino's had casual staff out in force around the capital, dressed as pizza boxes to advertise their latest offer of £6.99 for a pizza of any size. It was an innovative campaign, sadly undermined because the casuals dressed as pizza boxes, when quizzed, knew little about the offer itself, and in the main had no particular loyalty to the brand (although the cheerful girl who waved incessantly at passerbys on Leith Walk deserves a medal). All told, this is a pretty average outlet - but if they could get all their casuals to jump up and down with enthusiasm, it would be worth at least one more star.

I was really looking forward to my dominos pizza as were my kids. I orderd Two pizzas a large pepparoni ,a small gluten free pizza 20 chicken wings and some Dough balls. Unfortunately I realised the dough balls had not come and phoned back to see where they were they said they would send them out as soon as possible after 30 minutes waiing for my dessert i phoned back to which they told me it was on its way and would be 15 minutes we live 5 minutes from the shop so clearly the delivery driver was not on his way.The man on the phone contiued to lie about it.when the delivery eventually came the dilevery guy was very nice and appologetic unfortunately the desert was cold So i sent it back. The customers service was terrible especially to be lied to and have my intelligence insulted. I will not be going back to dominoes LIETH WAlK.
