We have had the occasional takeaway from here a few times in the past sometimes been a bit hit and miss, but last night we had the set meal for 4. What a mountain of food!!! Food quality was very good and very tasty. We will certainly be back more often.

Very poor takeaway. Order was Butter Chicken, Pilau rice and 1 Poppadom went to pickup and received rice and poppa no Butter Chicken. Then to be told cash only and had to go to cashline. Then got to home to find I had been given chicken korma.

Amazing meal tonight and great value for money, defo be back again. 😀

Can't fault food. Everything was absolutely delicious.

Lovely meal here with 4 friends, BYOB. Food was delicious and the service was really friendly and welcoming. Nice to have such a wee local gem and long may it stay open!

Not been for a few years so had hoped it was better. Love pakora so ordered 4 portions for 3. Horrible and greasy and I’ve never had flat pakora- resemble more like onion bajee but had an awful taste. I checked they came with a yoghurt sauce but only one of the 4pots was yoghurt- the other three was some thick brown goo. Most of them went in the bin. Their chicken pathia was ok but for some strange reason we were given 3/4 of a poppadom??? They still insist on cash which is crazy- not only that he expected us to have the correct money as he had to scrape together change. £36.45. Ridiculous that they won’t take cards. Wouldn’t like to sit in for a meal with a sizeable bill. Hence there was nobody eating in. Won’t be back.

Great food at very affordable price. We got a meat main, 2 sides of veg, rice, nan and spicy onions with poppadoms for under £25. It was delicious.

We often order takeaway from the Rannaghor and to be honest, we are always happy with the food. We decided to "sit in" recently for the first time. Needless to say, the food was excellent. Staff were very friendly and courteous. We will continue to order takeaway but we will 100% eat there again. It's a BYOB restaurant, however they do sell soft drinks. Excellent local Indian food.

Always get a good meal with a large portion..they always remember you and you find a little extra in the bag...reasonable prices....

Very disappointed in this place as to how unprofessional and very rude they are. I placed an order through the scofable app and got an email from scofable saying they wouldn't processes my order. Both scofable and myself contacted them to ask why and were were both told they won't take any orders and hung up without any reason. Needless to say I won't ever use them again.

Food was average but very rude staff. They don't treat paying customers with respect. I would never suggest this restaurant.

Shocking excuse for a resteraunt... it opens and shuts when ever they please.. they dont stick to the times they have set online... they have a delivery driver maybe once a week... you have a puddle of water on your plate even when you ask them to make the sauce thicker... bad telephone manner ... it would be better off closed down so people didnt have to experience such a shoddy establishment.

I have been going here for a few years and found staff service and food quite nice. 3 weeks ago my husband picked up a meal of tandoori king prawn and the dish only contained 4 prawns I phoned to complain and was told that they would give a free dinner. I returned tonight and explained and the staff prepared a new king prawn dish which to be fair is quite pleasant. But you can imagine my dismay at returning home to find the chicken pakora I had ordered and paid for was not in the bag. This has now led to me never ever want to return to this restaurant ever again. Sorry guys poor poor show. One unhappy disgruntled shopper.

What a lovely restaurant with really great tasty food and very good portion sizes. It has a nice cosy feel. The waiter was really funny and very attentive. We were the last people there at the end of the night and weren't rushed out the door or anything. It's bring your own bottle aswell which is always a plus! Definitely recommend!

I love going there the waiter has an incredible sence of humour very clever bloke. The Food is delicious Ive offered my services as a Landscape gardener to spruce up the surroundings. Never Judge a book by its cover, The manager Meto is a lovely guy and is trying his hardest despite the normal difficulties that a small business experiences. This little restaurant for quality food puts others totally out of the Game. Support them and tell them there food is great. I love it, Be patient if the service is a bit slower they cant predict when they will be busy or not.

Food is amazing. Especially the potato pakoras. Don't let the appearance of the restaurant fool you :) Also quite a nice view of the sunset if you get there at the right time.

A genuine hidden gem with great flavour throughout their menu. Don't be put off by the outside area, which is not the prettiest, the food is just lovely and I have found the staff to be very friendly. Best curry in West Edinburgh in my opinion.

Very tasty food and great for us as it's so local.

Service was appalling. Waiter was rude. Meal was rushed and felt under pressure to finish. No coffee was offered. Table was cleared before meal was finished. Door was opened before our coats were on or drinks finished. Won’t be back

Most unfriendly staff on phone! Their menu can’t be found anywhere online and their staff seemed irritated at helping me with the prices and items. Told me to come in and get a copy of their menu...why would I bother calling for a home delivery if I wanted to walk in their restaurant! Ended up not ordering....being a Bengali I expected more than such shoddy service.

Food was lovely. Waiter attentive however perhaps could have made more of an effort & at times a little on the Cheeky side Toilets in need of a Makeover.

Great food bursting with flavours, Restaurant great friendly service can't do enough to make sure your experience there is enjoyable,, deliveries food always hot and a courteous service, but don't believe me try it for yourself.

A simple restaurant with a strong focus on flavour. The staff are friendly and helpful and I've had takeaway many times before but this was the first time to sit in. We had an excellent, fresh tasting Rogan Josh and after some indecision, the waiters special secret dish for my Wife. Still don't really quite know what it was but it was good.
