They told us to take our business elsewhere after a 2 hour wait! Shocking customer service, they lost out on an order of almost £100! Told us if we weren't patient enough to wait then we should go elsewhere - 2 hours after placing the order we were told there was 10 orders in front of us! Very poor service! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Paid the cafe prices to sit in with kids and then spent 20 minutes surrounded by two families standing gassing - no attempt to manage the place from staff. Very uncomfortable fighting your way through non paying customers just to get to the toilet.

Excellent from ordering and to delivery
Smooth transaction, great communication from ordering to delivery, delivery driver went beyond and a very pleasant manner
Would highly recommend
Thank you
Ordered a mix kebab dinner and lamb and what I ended up with was a pitted bread with more papers and onions in it than meat and I also ordered a jack potato cheese and beans and it came with not much cheese and a spoon full on beans and the potato was like a rock . Wouldn’t recommend any one to order from this take away and to top it all off the food came 37 minutes late …
Good place to visit! We had lunch in the cafe buffalo burger, salad and haggis fries followed by buffalo ice cream. Plenty to choose from in the shop and lots of animals to look at.

Absolute terrible customer service. I placed an order to come and collect and they wanted my address. I said I was coming to collect so why did they want my address. It's policy was the answer. No one is entitled to your address if your coming to collect an order. They refused my order. I would never go back to this restaurant, worst customer service experience I have every experienced.
6 of us went in for a bar lunch today at 12:15pm, we ordered 2 tuna, mayo and mozzarella panini's, 3 steak and onion paninis, 3 coffees, soft drinks and a child's meal of macaroni cheese and chips. By 12:50 we were still waiting for the food and the coffees were finished. The child's meal arrived which was only lukewarm so was returned to be heated up. The tuna paninis eventually arrived and we were told the steak and onions was being cooked - we had finished the tuna paninis before the steak ones finally arrived. There was no mention on the menu of the steak being in a marinade and one of the ladies found it tasted vinegary plus she found a lemon pip on her steak. We finally finished our meal at 1:40 but none of us really enjoyed it because of the lengthy wait - and the way the food came in dribs and drabs. To be fair, the young man who served us was pleasant and very apologetic, he gave us refills of our coffee on the house and didn't charge for the steak and onion panini which had the lemon pip in it but the whole experience left us feeling we won't be going back
Bought a great double espresso and slice of lemon cake as a takeaway option. Always good service and the staff are very friendly. I try to stop here when I can on my way to or from Perth. The Lemon cake was lovely with just the right amount of icing and had a sweet tangy lemon jam in a delicious sponge.
Staying in hotel on a Tuesday evening and went to the restaurant at 6.20pm only to be told it was closed. Sent into public bar but left quickly as the atmosphere was really bad. Read hotel reviews for other comments about bar. Messaged hotel re restaurant who said it closed at 6.30pm and on querying this, they apologised. As with the hotel, I just aren't able to recommend this place. Better to give it all a bye.

Delicious food in a gorgeous Scottish country house and gardens. The restaurant offers a la carte or a set menu- we tried the latter. All the courses were yum- a seafood and black squid ink risotto, followed by lamb with morels and finished by the most glorious caramelised banana, salted caramel soufflé (which was the highlight). Partner had chicken liver parfait (randomly coated in white chocolate which at least looked cool), cod and rhubarb fresh from their kitchen garden.
Great place for a reliably nice dinner.
