Bought a great double espresso and slice of lemon cake as a takeaway option. Always good service and the staff are very friendly. I try to stop here when I can on my way to or from Perth. The Lemon cake was lovely with just the right amount of icing and had a sweet tangy lemon jam in a delicious sponge.

Asked for vegetarian breakfast. Told “we don’t do vegetarian alternatives for breakfast” but could do egg beans, potato scone!! Disappointed ☹️.

We had a quick lunch here, we have been before but usually get takeaway. The lentil and bacon soup is one of the most delicious I’ve had, and I’m a bit soup fussy. We both had the soup and toastie deal, it was tasty and great value for money. The staff were all friendly and cheery too. A great menu to choose from too, we will definitely be back

Wonderfully friendly family run cafe. Clean, quality cafe food at a decent price. Just what we wanted for a light lunch. Good fare from soup, to burgers, to home baking to ice cream.

Not vegetarian friendly unless you like your food cooked in sausage fat! No separate cooking area for vegetarian food, watched as they were about to cook a cheese toastie where seconds earlier had been cooking sausage. When asked to stop they didn't understand what they were doing wrong. Lady then explained if we'd mentioned it was for a vegetarian they would have wiped that corner of the grill!!! Zero understanding of food hygiene, can't just wipe that bit of the grill and carry on cooking sausage right next to the cheese toastie!

Dropped in for a coffee and cake. Warm welcome and dog friendly. Selection of tray bakes and cakes. Plenty of parking spaces and a few outside tables for better weather.

Way to much butter on the rolls, size of product is very small considering it's the most expensive bakers in town as well, so you pay more for less! Excellent deal for the business not so for the consumer, the taste of the food tho can't be faulted it is delicious I give them that one, even better than baynes on some items. Coffees are actually worse than Greg's and that's hard to do! As Greg's is probably the worst in all categories, we'll almost all as there coffee is actually half decent where as again fishers offers the smallest coffee cups at a higher price which taste worse 🤣🤣, all in all I visit rarely for a lovely cake or a decent pie but 9 out of 10 times il walk the extra 4 mins up the road to baynes.

Great place to dine, but additional parking charges and hideous parking signs everywhere have soured this once beautiful country house hotel.

Drinks were standard but the service was sub par. Server was hostile and attempted to make a fool of me when making a reasonable assumption about the connection with the physician next door. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.

We recently had a heigh tea which was excellent. The food was piping hot and very tasty. Service was a little slow, young friendly staff who just need a little more training. Highly recommended.
