Awful service, good food, unreasonable prices

The food was incredible! Speed of service between our starter and main was very slow although they could see us waiting for the main I suppose this is a clever restaurant trick! Would highly recommend this restaurant!

I had a family meal here and it was not great. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable, the price of one juice is absolutely appalling and the food itself was a complete letdown for us. The sauce for the chicken was off, they didn’t know the difference between between balsamic and malt vinegar for the fish so it ruined the food and when we said we weren’t happy they just ignored us and stared at us the whole time. Tried to complain on the phone afterwards and they were extremely rude then put the phone down. Won’t be back, there’s many other better establishments in Kirkcaldy to go to if you want a good family meal where you feel welcome.

First visit and impressed with the decor, service and the food. Good size portions. Very friendly staff. The food was well presented. Recommend.

For £18 plus £3 delivery this is the amount of food I received, it was missing one item and the food was cold. When I phoned to complain the lady said they were too busy to deal with my complaint. Very disappointing especially when you are paying so much. Would not recommend this business.

My friend and I visited on a Tuesday night and we were the only people there, which is not surprising at 6pm. We both had a chicken wrap and chips, which was lovely and freshly cooked. The waitress was very nice and we were even served Turkish tea on the house, which was delicious. I will definitely go back and try something different

Spectacular! It is my first try this restaurant and good choice. I suggest to taste the Turkish food prepared by Fuat.

I had some delicious Turkish lamb dish and chicken mushroom last week. 10/10 to chef! Also, from now on I am going there every month to celebrate my wage day. 😎🧡 Love this place!!

Don't know what happened but the service was dreadfully slow on a Saturday night. Took over an hour to get served and we skipped starters for that reason. There were other customers who appeared to have a longer wait than us. It was when we said we were leaving that things started moving. Not sure if this was caused by some disagreement in the kitchen. We were told they were short staffed but to be honest once the kitchen got it's act in order food came out pretty rapidly for all customers. Food was delicious but not sure I want to take the risk of losing so much time sitting around doing nothing and feeling like nothing was going to happen.

Kirkcaldy overall is pretty poor for takeaways however this place is one of better options generally but could be a little more generous with their meal portion size esp given the prices they charge. Have ordered a few times now and feel they are skimpy on chips when you order a meal. Burger and falafel burger quite good though.

We love coming here for a selection of the starters, the babaganus is always a favourite. The mains look good too but they're too big for us!

Ho gradito davvero tanto l'arrosto misto di carne, molto gustoso e delizioso, ho mangiato tutte cose tipiche turche, il proprietario e il resto dello staff sono persone molto accoglienti, mi sono sentito a casa, possibilità di portare vino da casa pagando un piccolissimo supplemento. Prezzo-qualità ottimo. Locale pulitissimo.

So called posh. They took 45 mins to serve food and by that time my children were bored and irritated. The food was just average. Nothing special. The fish smelled like it was not cleaned properly and it was totally tasteless. The prices are totally ridiculous. In the end they took a service charge of 10% It was a total waste of money and food. Don’t try it. Better buy from Tony’s next next door. Far cheaper and greater

Popped up with my husband to have dinner and boy it was an experience…and not the best if I might add. The service was ok,no complaints for them but we had to wait for our food for about 50 minutes without the restaurant being busy ( 3 tables in ) so it was quite unpleasant. The waiter apologised several times and offered us some turkish tea on the house but I think they should change the kitchen staff instead, he told us that they’re short staffed in the kitchen and that’s why it’s taking so long but we could see the chef scrolling on his phone while we were waiting for our food. We weren’t impatient ‘cause i used to work in hospitality but it’s mad having to wait an hour for some meat, salad and chips . The food was ok but still not worth the wait.

It's completely poor service and customer service not standard,long waiting time for dinner to arrive about 1 hour or more waiting time, it's also too hot inside,and I didn't recommend

Lovely little authentic Turkish restaurant. Great food, decent portions. We popped in on a rainy day and we haven't regret having a late lunch here😋 Don't miss out the Turkish tea. It's delicious.

Lovely Turkish restaurant that serves wonderful food with friendly service in a charming little venue. It's bring your own bottle so it's not expensive. Been quite a few times now and always really good.

We stumbled across this delightful restaurant for lunch. Our food was amazing, reasonably priced and attentive service. If ever in Kirkcaldy again it will be a must stop.

Jedzenie pyszne, duże porcję. Obsługa kelnerska pierwsza klasa (kelner odprowadza gości do drzwi).Na miejscu nie można kupić żadnego alkoholu ale można go sobie przynieść i kelner przyniesie odpowiednie kieliszki. Malutki minus dość długo czeka się na danie, ale w miłym towarzystwie tego się nie dostrzega😊 Polecam!!!

This place!!! First time I've been and now won't be the last. Stunning food that brings you memories of sitting under the Turkish stars with the sound of crickets, though instead I was sitting in Kirkcaldy lol. The food was amazing. The lamb was melt in the mouth!!! The staff were super friendly, polite and totally accommodating. You know its good when you have a totally cleaned plate!!

Disgusting & Overpriced! Avoid this place at all costs. The food was horrible, no taste and the meat was like chewing rubber! They also have the cheek to charge 3.50 for a coke. Not a nice experience and if I could rate it lower than 1* I would Avoid avoid avoid and go elsewhere

Reached here pretty late in the night when most places around were closed but the restaurant provided excellent service and lovely food.

First time going, we had been out and passed, looked busy so wasnt hopefully. The waiter guy was brill, managed to juggle seats to let us 4 get dinner, wasn't disappointed. Great food, BYO for drink but wasnt fussed, was the delicious food we were after. Well worth adding to anybodys list of places to go.

I've been here a couple times, once for lunch on a weekday, and another on a Tuesday evening. Both times we were the only people in the restaurant - not sure why it's so empty! The food was delicious, I'm vegetarian and had the casserole and moussaka, both had a delicious sauce. I don't know about the meat but my companion said it was really tender and nicely seasoned. I would also suggest trying the baklava it was wonderful. The waiter and service were great - would definitely recommend!

Tasty, friendly and traditional - we loved it

The prices are unacceptably high and the food quality is below average. We spent £100 for three starters and three main dishes in addition to 1 kid meal and five fizzy drinks.The decision to visit this restaurant was based on my previous experience with Eda Restaurant in the same location which was good. However, Pasha disappointed us.

Went here today for a Turkish coffee very nice and amazing customer service had a very good chat with the owner and the staff today thank you I will be back for a meal next time as I can have a cheat day from my diet :) 10/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I went for lunch and had the Anatolian Sebzeli Guvec. It was full of potatoes and carrots, a few pieces of aubergine, no courgette and hardly any pepper. So basically root veg in a tomato sauce with mozzarella cheese on top. Definitely not worth the money, and not what it describes on the menu.Won't be back.

Food was delicious, hence the rating. There is no bar. Be careful about the corkage charges (£2 per bottle of beer that my friend had with her) and a 500ml bottle of Irn Bru cost £3.50.

First time I have waited for an order for 2 hours. The reception guy is very rude and unprofessional. Telling me to take back my money . Kindness is free, be kind to everyone. Every act of goodness is considered as SADAQAH.

Excellent food. Had moussaka, Adana kebab and lamb chops which were all fresh and tasty. Great ambience and excellent quality food. Amazing to have a great quality Turkish option like this in KDY instead of traveling into Edinburgh or Glasgow 👍🏼

Nice tasting generously portioned food. Staff polite and offered us a free coffee at the end of our meal. Clean welcoming environment. Strange having chips with every dish but the food was very tasty. Missed the large starter sharing platters that Eda offered though.

Best food I've had so far. Properly Turkish

The hummus was enjoyable served with good bread. Both kebab plates were badly thought through. Mine had meat with tomato sauce on top of bread, some fries, some rice and a huge scoop of something between sour cream and yogurt. Vegetables were limited to two chunks of char grilled pepper and two of tomato. My companion's was meat on top of minimal aubergine, drowned in a yogurt sauce. Served with the same fries, rice and limited veggies as mine. The kebab dishes were £17 each and were poorly thought through. All carbs, ridiculous quantities of sauce and no balancing salad or veggies. Seasoning was ok but there was little distinctive spicing or flavouring. This meal was far short of good and very expensive for what it was. We came based on the reviews of the previous restaurant at this address. Pasha is under new management from Eda and has a new menu.

Amazing no doubt the best turkish food ive ate, the food 10/10, the bread was freshly made on the go still warm i have no words its really good and i recommend anyone to try it, the staff where very polite and nice and the tables where clean very very good atmosphere when me and my family came in overall. 10/10

Great food, huge portions, really nice meze selection, the servers were polite, prompt and well presented. Best to book a table as it's always busy. No alcohol on menu, just soft drinks, tea and coffee etc but you can bring your own ( think there is a small corkage fee, but we didn't have alcohol so better asking).
