one of the best 1/2 batter pizza, sausages and chips we have had in a long time!! was hot, fresh and large portion sizes! will definitely become our regular chippy now!!

food was good, delivered quickly, but driver opted to try hammering his way through my front door instead of using the doorbell. sounded like someone trying to break in. not happy.

Chips slightly under done, potion size could be a little bigger. But over all not a bad box of food

Ordered a fish supper for my Mum , paid over £13 thinking a regular fish was what everyone else in Fife gives you, chips n 2 bits of Fish, no that would have been the large fish i should have ordered totalling £16 plus delivered!! I know things are hard just now but that is just pure greed, even the delivery charges are steep for only living a mile away, thats the last from my family, and lots more in the future at these outragous prices.

order cancelled with no reason given only found out when checked app after 90 mins with no delivery. Have been happy customer for 10 years. .NEVER ORDERING AGAIN

Seriously be prepared to be left hungry. Suppers are childlike portions at above local average adult prices.

Okay but skimpy on the chips. Fish was tasty but batter could have been crispier.

Not worth the money. Portion sizes are very small, Paid £5.70 for a sausage supper and got literally a hand full of chips & curry was cold. Also Long delivery wait. 👎

Received a notification at 16.55 to say food was on its way. It turned up 25 minutes later. Sausage was look warm and chips were stone cold. We live five minutes away. Given this is the most expensive fish and chip shop in the area and charges £3 to deliver. You would think it could at least be delivered hot. Won't be ordering again.

The food was disappointing to say the least. I also asked if it was possible to have salt vinegar and tomato sauce on everything only to be handed bland suppers with nothing on them. The food is expensive enough as it is without having to pay extra to put abit of flavour on it

Delivery was earlier than expected. Food was hot and fresh. Will use again.

The chips weren't cooked properly and the portion size are small for what you pay.

Fish was soggy, batter fell off. Chips were slightly undercooked too. The prices you charge are too much for what you get.

Whole order arrived with no sauce on anything, driver told me at the door they charge for sauce. Would have been nice to be called and told this instead of being served dry chippy food

Asked for the batter on the fish to be extra crispy it wasn't it was soft. Whole box was dripping with grease. Very poor quality fish for the price charged.

I ordered a few singles and one supper but got 3 suppers cost me almost 30 pounds was shocked when driver told me price

Arrived in time frame given, but that was an hour and a half from ordering. Fish was very small and greasy. Ordered a “large” portion and there was only a handful of chips with the small bit fish.

Literally the greasiest Chippy I’ve ever had there was so much oil it dripped out of the wrapping all down my work tops it went in the bin no way you could eat that

Loved the batter on the fish, unusual taste and very nice. The chips were only luke warm, which was a shame as they tasted nice just couldn’t finish as got cold very quick. But the fish itself was also very tasty. It was an excellent portion sizeof fish & chips. delivery driver was pleasant and i would order from them again.

As usual, everything has been done fresh. Puddings are tasty and moist. Best Atlantic Fish around. (Slightly less Chips than previously: glad we beefed them up with nice lightly crispy Fritters.)

Ordered an Icelandic fish supper. Got a very small bit of fish that was extremely greasy also ordered a half pizza in batter and when I bit into it the grease ran down my chin and the taste was minging. . Certainly won't recommend this place to anyone. .

For a large Icelandic fish I’d hate to see your small? Fish was dry and chips very poor. No crisp batter and not very hot. Had to heat the spicy haggis in the micro. I don’t even think it was Icelandic either as it was so thin and dry. Why can’t you put the sauce on either? Won’t be back!!!

Order wrong did not receive kids Fish which I ordered was not impressed as its the only chip shop I use

For paying almost a tenner on a supper the portion size was so little, like a handful of chips, felt like the kids meal had a lot more chips than the supper, food was slightly cold and soggy as well

Omg,just had an Icelandic fish supper . absolutely deeelicious. Fish so moist,batter crispy was in St Andrews a month ago so had a fish supper there . Not a patch on Wallace 's.

Great, surprised at how quick it came, have ordered before but first mouthful of steak pie was not a chunk of beef but fat which I hate, not restaurants fault, but pie maker. Other wise perfect. Will stick to my white puddings or other.

So the owner is slightly bemused as to my Just Eat review saying the portion size on a pudding supper was very small. Well let me spell it out to you. The price charged is more than any other shops locally and you get about half the amount of chips. Surprised you are bemused as I'm not the first person to mention this.

We ordered a fish supper and scampi supper. Both were tasty and good service. However both felt that the chips portions were a bit stingy for the price paid. Not the cheapest .

I've never seen such a small bit off fish in what's supposed to be a large fish supper it was pitiful. Every large fish supper I have had came with one and a half or two bits off fish . Cold soggy batter and cold soggy chips First time ordering from here and it will be the last . Very very disappointing

Won't be ordering again.. due to emergency couldn't get our order we order from this takeaway for over a year weekly! Surely have no common sense to realise that maybe that there was an issue now declines business.. fair enough will support another local business..

Not the type to slate places but that was abysmal. Chips tasted like dung, sausage was burnt. Pizza..... Don't really know but judging by the girlfriends lips, greasy. Not impressed and the main reason for the review is so I see it when I go to order again one day and avoid. Not one decent chippy in this area.

Value for money is terrible. £18 for 2 suppers and the food was poor. Really small icelandic fish and soggy batter. Had to buy my chippy brown sauce. Was really looking forward to my meal but disappointed as Wallace’s was a great chippy few years back

The Icelandic cod was shocking, I chose to have it breaded, big mistake. The oil was needing changed as it burned my fish and the wife's smoked sausage. Not the first time either decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Never again. Please do yourself a favour go somewhere else. I've been to leven fish bar three times now and been happy every time so far.

I didn't know what to expect with fish bites as usually have the fish but they were so nice and easier to eat and tasted awesome!!!!

Gillian has blown this place out of proportion, not trying to offend in anyway BUT delivery time is very long and after the waiting and waiting I devoured my food as I was starved. Food would have been lovely I'm sure but the oil in your fryer desperately needs changed. It makes the food cook faster with burnt oil so everything is overdone and seeps into the food so it's clogged with grease and taste of fish (no fish ordered) will try again at some point as your menu is nicer than any other chippy in this area and you only charge delivery once.
