Food is amazing and very well priced. Large portions, ready made to order. Staff are lovely and helpful. Use it regularly for lunch. Panini box is amazing, they do a large burger thing as well and my partner loves it

Food was fine but seating area was cold and staff were shouting to each other and delivery drivers making it a very noisy environment. There was only our table and one other seated but we could hardly hear each other speak over the loud rabble Next time we'll order a takeaway and eat at home in peace and quiet as we did enjoy the food

I ordered a baguette but didn’t realise until I was home that they’d used what appeared to be a part baked long life baguette from a supermarket but hadn’t actually finished baking it, so it was absolutely revolting. It was stale inside but not crispy on the outside like a baguette should be. This was honestly the worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. My cake was also dry and stale. The whole order went in the bin after two bites. I like to support small independent businesses but this was just a total waste of £7. Plus I had to make my own lunch after buying it, as what I received wasn’t even edible!

Update: We've eaten here many times now for breakfast and lunch and it really is excellent. Personally, I prefer it for breakfast though. There are a few options for veggies and more for carnivores - especially on the lunch menu (I stick to the cheese toastie for lunch which is a good size, though I would love to see a veggie burger on the menu too. For breakfast, the vegetarian breakfast bake is something different to the regular offerings of Linda McCartney Sausages or egg rolls that you find pretty much everywhere else and the poached eggs on toast are the best I've had without question. The staff are attentive, though it can take some time to get seated at busy points of the day and you can need to be forward in asking for a bill at the end of the meal. We spend between £20 and £30 per visit for the two of us. Dogs are welcome and get added to a wall of fame and there is an outdoor area which is very popular when the weather allows. Parking is ample and there are fantastic walks/ biking routes on the doorstep for walking off the meal. Keep an eye out for deer in the field opposite and the occasional hare on the footpaths. If you head up to the viewpoint in Tamfourhill Wood between April and August, the Highland cows are likely to be in the field with their calves too! If you get a cake (much recommended) or coffee to take away, please put your litter in the bin in the car park though - I've picked up a few coffee cups on my walks of the woods.

We stopped by 4 Coo Wynd for a quick bite and were pleasantly surprised. The chicken coo wing tenders were really nice—looked and tasted quite homemade. The onion rings were definitely homemade and added to the experience. Everything was simple, surprising, and good. Looking forward to next time!
