Scarlett's Cafe in Falkirk

A small café with very nice atmosphere and excellent service, we enjoyed the staff, the food - everything ! We recommend a visit and a meal!

Fed up of playing the 'is it open, is it closed' game. A few times i've gone down when it says online its open only to find it closed. One minute they have delivery drivers, the next they don't. Delivery drivers seemed to leave within a couple of weeks. Finally managed to catch it open during lunch one day. Phoned and placed an order for a panini box meal thing. Woman on phone said it would be 10/15mins. So nipped down on my 30 min lunch break, for the man to tell me she had gone out to buy produce to make my panini and that she wouldnt be long now. (think i heard him mention to someone in the kitchen that she was away to tesco) waited another 25mins and she still hadnt returned so he kindly offered to make me something else. Woman who had taken my order finally arrived back, didnt even acknowledge me, started moaning about issues she had getting the items. Man offered to make me what i had ordered but wasnt willing to wait any longer so took the toastie instead, he was very apologetic but the woman couldnt have given 2 tosses. Havent been back since, and wont be back. food was average and i had to work extra as had gone over on my lunch break. A few of the locals have said to avoid as well as the woman can apparently be quite nasty if you argue or complain. Theres another cafe just around the corner, where the food is amazing well priced and staff are lovely. use that as my regular now.

10/10 scran Would 100% recommend to anyone who asked where is nice for food. It’s beyond amazing! Service was fast and friendly. Server was helpful and so accommodating to my allergies which put me at complete ease when ordering. Fast efficient service and with a smile and conversation which is nice The menu is huge and does not disappoint. Hard to choose but makes me want to go back to try more of the menu. It came fast and very hot Absolutely massive portions, tasty and so flavourful. Seen a lot of reviews where people said the nachos were terrible and barely any topping or cheese. This was not the case for me, the nachos were full of toppings and so much cheese which was just fantastic A small little cafe but absolutely incredible

Bought sandwich hardpushed to find chicken, cheap white bread used and soggy tomato. Over priced. Won’t be back

Popped in to have a coffee while our washing was at the laundrette, and the small frontage left us expecting limited fare and basic beverages. Instead, we were met with a fabulous menu presented by friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Hubby thoroughly enjoyed the Texan pulled pork club sandwich, I had the delicious American Toastie (minus the jalapeños!); both came with home made coleslaw which was creamy and the perfect accompaniment. Thank you for the friendly chat, welcoming and warm environment.

Look no further. Great wee place, great breakfast to start the day, fantastic food, great portions, friendly staff. Wee hidden gem of a place. We will be back.

First time visit for us,had the best breakfast ever. Quality sausage and bacon , not cheap rubbish,fresh fried eggs and fried bread that wasn't dripping with oil. Fresh made good quality coffee. A visit by chance that might just turn into a regular visit

I have been here many times and it is fantastic every since visit. The breakfasts are to die for as are the club sandwiches and the size of the portions are brilliant value for money! Photographed on my own plate is the falkirker breakfast. This is 2 bits of sausage (link or square), fried bread, 2 bits of bacon, 2 hash brown, and eggs (I chose scrambled but standard is fried). 10/10 would recommend every time!

Wow 😮 whenever you’re in or around Falkirk, you really need to check this place out. Food is absolutely amazing!! Chilli nachos was bursting with flavour and my friends large breakfast looked pretty awesome.

Sat in for breakfast, breakfast was cooked to order and it was superb, coffee was brilliant also, staff friendly and welcoming, great value for money, go on give it a try you won't regret it.

My four friends and I had the most amazing lunch today. Always heard about the place so decided to finally give it a go. Two friends had the kelpie breakfast to which led to smiles and thumbs up. 1 had a fajita style quesadilla the other mac and chips which was apparently the best ever. It was good but not as good as mine lol. I had the freshly handmade highlander burger it was absolutely delicious!! Kudos to this place and the staff. Blonde girl behind the counter is pretty hot as well Can’t wait to get back.

Looked at the photographs on line and decided to try this place. Walked in to a smell of old cooking oil which was the first off putting fact. Having seen the gorgeous cream and jam scones in the pictures asked if they definitely had scone. The reply was ‘we don’t do them any longer!! In my opinion, they therefore shouldn’t advertise them on their website (or have pictures of them in Tripadvisor). We decided not to stay and went to Tea Jenny’s just off the town centre in Falkirk and had a lovely lunch with super scones.

Went for breakfast and I ordered the Camelon breakfast , my brother ordered the Kelpies breakfast... both were piping hot and delicious. The staff are lovely and friendly. I’ll definitely be returning to sample many other dishes from the varied menu. There is a good variety of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan dishes. Great tasting coffee too! Check out the menu online as there are many dishes from paninis and burgers to Nasi Goreng, a Malaysian rice dish.

I have been to this cafe numerous times and have to say this is one of my favourite places to go for lunch in Falkirk. The staff are so friendly and always go the extra mile. The portions are always plentiful and I never leave feeling hungry and also at a great price. The Kofta kebabs are amazing!

We were with 15 people, a rather big group for the café. But they managed very well to serve a delicious lunch. Very hard working and friendly staff.

Wow. Not the way I typically open a review, but wow. This really is a hidden gem. It's an unassuming wee family run cafe, in a back street, minimal signage, I live locally and had never heard of it. So we visited.The menu is extensive, not all of it was available, with a variety of choice that would not shame a much bigger more upmarket restaurant, far from a wee cafe. It's only 6 or 7 tables, clean, comfortable, friendly. The coffee is very good Italian coffee.The food is excellent when it arrives, batting well above expectations for such a wee place. It was quick, and friendly. My normal gripe of places is they give wee kids drinks in adult glasses, but no.... none of it. My daughter's drink arrived in a suitable kids tumbler with straw. Refreshing! The kids portions are a bit large for wee tots, but having said that both kids loved theirs and ate nearly all of it. A compliment extreme...I want to go back, I'm curious about loads of menu options... a great discovery. They take reservations, and advise you make one on weekend peak times.

Per toeval kwamen wij op doorreis bij dit mini restaurantje terecht. Het is een soort buurt restaurant, klein maar fijn. De dame en de kok zijn heel vriendelijk en het eten was boven verwachting. Wij hadden de chicken en pulled pork wrap, de clubsandwich en een hamburger. De borden waren royaal, zeg maar gerust veel eten, zagen er goed uit en het eten smaakte boven verwachting. De rekening viel verassend laag uit, kortom een hele goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Bought a chicken and bacon sandwich and couldn't believe the size of sandwich that arrived. Enough for lunch and dinner so Scarlett gave me a take out box. Only criticism is I don't like fat on my bacon, so had to hand pick it off but otherwise delicious.

Nice friendly staff, food was good and place looks nice. We went there after visiting kelpies, it's actually close by and easy to find.

I order from here quiet often but this time they forgot some of my order. Which is why I’m now very disappointed - Over an hour wait which is fine but When I phoned to find out what happened, I could hear the owner in the background saying there was no point sending out extras just give 20 % off ranting about it. The girl passed me on to her and before I could even speak she started to rant at me for about 5 mins not even listening to why I was annoying the hung up when I called back again she shouted at me about being busy and still not listening half my breakfast was missing and I could hear her talking about me in the background of the call!! - I hung up by this time it was clear she’s not going to listen and obviously thought she was totally in the right but she decided to actually call me back and shout and rant some more and then say she doesn’t actually care and hang up again. Very childish behaviour from an owner of a company! - I totally understand busy periods and mistakes happen but she escalated this way to far obviously can’t handle the busy pressure. The way this woman handled this and spoke to a regular customer total joke! Then I had the man at my door arguing with me about it!! Honestly never in my life been treated that way!

Locale molto piccolo con un menu ricco fin troppo. Abbiamo atteso tantissimo prima che arrivasse il cibo. Il personale entrava e usciva dal locale tornando con buste di insalata, pane a fette i buste ed altro. La patata super congelata che ho mangiato con formaggio e cipolla è meglio scartarla, scarsa la qualità della patata che sembra essere congelatissima. Il personale torta tutto il cibo con le mani senza utilizzo di attrezzi idonei. Forse è il posto per una colazione ma certo non per pranzare. Prezzo giusto.

Didn't enjoy my visit here sorry. Recommended by many friends as a great place to go for lunch, I was disappointed not in the food but the smell of fried food. Overpowering as the kitchen not separate from the cafe. Had to go home and shower again after our visit. Clothes re washed and smell clung to inside of my car.

The food is great & service is top quality. Had late lunch together with my family the personal are very helpful & kind. Can recommend 😃

Been a few times, left happy each time. The food is cooked and presented to a high standard. The staff are lovely. The only criticism I have is it feels a bit cramped, although having said that the owners have tried to use the space as well as they can. Prices are a wee tad high for a cafe but again the food is delicious.

Visited Scarlett’s Cafe with my wife and daughters at the weekend after numerous recommendations and we was not disappointed. The food was fantastic, freshly cooked and tasted delicious. Service was first class and fast. Will definitely be back would highly recommend.

I have been to Scarletts twice in 2 weeks and have been very disappointed on both occasions. The 1st time with natchos. Very small amount of cheese, had to dig deep to find it. Teaspoon of dips, cheap natchos and cold. 2nd time had a breakfast. The beans must be heated up in a microwave. They must have forgot to do this, as they were stone cold. Food also tastes of cheap brands. On both occasions had to wait a while, and we were the only ones there may I add. Poor service, not asked if food ok and did not appear bothered about complaint. Will definitely not be back. It's a shame as never had a bad meal before, and been on numerous occasions. I will be sharing this with all my friends and family.

When Scarlett's first opened a few years ago it was great, basically the first vegetarian, vegan friendly place with lots of options,the food was delicious, sort of like the boutique of cafes. It's now been open for sometime and I'm not sure whether a new chef has taken over but it was severely disappointing. You expect atleast when you go out to get food that you are served to the standard that you, yourself could be able to cook at home if you cared enough for cooking, but I guess you don't care therefore you come out for food. You don't expect a 40 minute wait (being the only two in the shop also) for a sandwich paired with cold chips and a plate of nachos with a dashing of cheese, burnt tescos torila chips and a pesky side dish of sweet chilli sauce (the one that every house at some point has kept in their fridge) no guacamole,no salsa, no jalapenos. I mean if I had wanted a packet of crisps and dip I wouldn't have paid £5 or however much it was. It was successful at one thing I may say, which was creating the new council house dinner idea. £1 bag of tortillas and your all famous blue dragon sweet chilli with the corner of cheese you have left over when your mum hasn't done the shopping yet. No one came to ask how our meal was. After having to bring our own food up to the counter we were showered with wise words from the chef "oh we are very sorry you should have said" little did I know that from then I suddenly was informed to take on the role of waitress. I mean maybe I was just hangry and really craving good nachos but safe to say we won't be back.

We had a lovely tasty and filling breakfast at Scarlett's which set us up for our visit to the Falkirk Wheel. It is only a short drive away and there is good parking facilities nearby.

It’s a small place but the service is good and the food is great. I particularly like how they have things like soya butter. I’m dairy intolerant and small touches like that are so appreciated. Everything is cooked fresh and cakes are very good! Definitely recommend.

I visited Scarlett's cafe last month and I was not disappointed. Today I placed an order for home delivery and it was just as good as eating in. Highly recommend this cafe. Simply delicious!

We were very impressed with the meals here. This place punches above its weight for Falkirk. The service was very friendly and all 3 of us were delighted with the food served. Portions were generous and very good value. I really enjoyed the Quesadillas they served me. Delicious and accompanying garnish was clearly fresh too.

First time here for a lunch. Had vegan quesadillas. Vegan choices here go right across the menu and the staff are very helpful indeed. I thought I died and went to heaven over such a simple meal that carnivores can take for granted. Portions are great too. I would recommend trying this lovely little cafe.

Pleasant lunch on day out..Food was very tasty and the prices were reasonable prices. Seemed busy with plenty of locals and visitors.

We were in for a brunch and doscovered the cafe was under nrw management. It was a good cafe before but today the service was excellent and fast, the food was tasty. Most important to me the coffee was great. I would definately recommend a visit to see for yourself.

Called in on way to Falkirk to have breakfast we had the kelpies breakfast very good portions it was the best one I've ever had good value for money service good staff very welcoming would recommend to all , well worth it would defiantly go back when up there

My first visit to Scarlett's was an amazing experience! My chicken quesedilla was twice the size I expected we had chips also so was like a dinner and so delicious. I will be visiting again soon. Only disappointment was too full to have desert so won't have chips next time.

Very impressed with this place, the staff and the portion sizes are brilliant and really good for catering to all needs. The vegan menu is fantastic and really nice. Even a non vegan friend tried some off it and loved it. Good coffee and nice traditional teas. Have recommended to a good few people.

Went here with my partner and our friend the staff are all very friendly and the food is high quality well priced and portions were so large I had to take my Club Sandwich home in a box for later on lol. This is a wee hidden gem of a place and you simply won't be disappointed with tje choice of foods and beverages which cater for most needs like Vegan or Vegetarian for example! We will definitely visit again soon! ☺

Had many visits now and love bringing along newbies. I love it when their order is brought over and they are amazed at the portion sizes and quality of food. Club sandwiches have to seen to be believed. Staff so friendly as well and nothing is too much trouble. See you all again soon. ☺

Had a nice lunch with the family. Enjoyed a pulled pork dish, and it was nice and cheesy. Highly disappointed to learn that the all day breakfast ends at 11:30am such us what we were there for in the first place.Also waited in excess of 40 minutes between ordering and food arriving.Sad to say will not return in a hurry as there is limited gluten/dairy free options in most establishments locally.

Can u imagine haggis quesadillas? Look no further, coz the Scarlett serves that and more. Traditional Scottish fare, but so innovative and tastefully presented! Go very hungry, as the portions are HUGE! The club sandwiches can easily feed 2.Wash it all down with good auld Irn-Bru!Yes definitely worth the detour!!

I decided to try Scarlett's cafe as I had friends recommend it, and the pictures online looked amazing! I was not disappointed! What a fantastic find, the portions are HUGE and delicious, and well worth the price. I had the club sandwich for lunch, and was unable to eat dinner that night! My fiancée had the breakfast sandwich and he too was unable to finish it and was unable to eat dinner also and we can eat! Would highly recommend and they also have a wonderful terrace for sunny days and the servers were polite, friendly and helpful!:)

Small cafe a bit off the beaten path but worth the short drive to get there. Car parking across the road was handy so not even a walk to get there. Small cafe with about 7 tables in 2 areas, plenty of space for wheel chairs and/or buggies.It was busy when we were in but the staff were all very polite and pleasant to deal with, the menu is extensive and very reasonably priced. I wish we lived closer so I could go and try more of the food.When the food was put on the table it was very well presented and I couldn't wait to dig in, it was all utterly delicious, the three of us cleared out plates and were stuffed. I recommend the chimichanga, the quesadilla and the toasted wraps. The food was freshly prepared so there was a bit of a wait, but the food given at the end of it was really worth the wait. Next time we are int he area we will return! a hidden gem within 4 minutes drive of the Falkirk Wheel....if you're going to visit there you should go to Scarlett's for lunch!

Chef is rude to staff. Handles her food with her fingers all the time even raw meats without washing her hands. Rip off for milkshakes . Too dear

We visited here for lunch one Saturday as it had great reviews and was apparently good for vegetarians / vegans. The cafe caters for both carnivores and herbivores and there is separate menus with an extensive range. I am pretty sure they can do a vegan take of anything on the main menu. The waitress did point out it could be a wait as everything is cooked from fresh. We waited maybe 20 minutes but it was definitely worth the wait. We couldn't believe the size of the portions especially as it wasn't particularly expensive. It was almost like a man vs food challenge!

Just had a delicious lunch in Scarlett's cafe... well this is a hidden gem.. freshly made food, good service, excellent pricing and immaculately clean.. will recommend this homely cafe to anyone and I'll certainly be back soon.. my friend loved her cupcake too

I had breakfast here with my friend and i got a large cooked breakfast. The service was friendly and everything was cooked fresh to perfection. Menu looked great planning on returning to try some of their lunch dishes in the future. Highly recommend if your hungry and have a big appetite then this is the place to go.

Went to Scarlett's cafe on Saturday morning after traveling 160miles just to go there and was not disappointed the breakfast was amazing and the hot chocolate was to die for! The staff were friendly and polite and made the trip well worth it and will be going again next month! Keep up the good work guys x

Decided to try get a table here with my wee girl! I knew the place was small so went on the off chance and managed to get a table! Ordered breakfast for me and my 2 year old it was delicious and hot! It came very quickly and staff were fine and attentive! Liked the my wee girl got plastic cutlery for her too will defo return

I had planned to sit in for lunch but it was too busy so I would book if you plan to sit in. The staff were very apologetic. I ordered a vegan roll and sausage something I have never been able to get just walking into a cafe. Oh and also a lovely vegan cupcake. It was delicious!

Been a few times at this cafe and I'm well impressed. Loads to pick from a varied menu.Staff really friendly and helpful. Decided to take my son, who's birthday it was( in his twenty's) and my daughter also twenty's for a wee treat for lunch. The servings are huge can never finish it but get a take away box. Will certainly be back again soon.

Where do I start, it's compact well worth booking in advance as its a busy place with limited seating capacity, but the cost of the meals are excellent value for money and portion sizes are huge and of superb quality definitely worth a visit

We'd been here before, but not for a while, and it's as good as ever. The choice for vegetarians / vegans is excellent - really good breakfast. The (vegan) cakes we got to take away were very good too. The food was the highlight but the service was friendly and efficient as well.

My family and I, two vegans and two omnis, are quite familiar to this cafe and eat here often. There is a great choice of dishes, both for vegans and carnivores. What I really like about this cafe is that they veganise almost all the dishes with meat, so a vegan does not feel poorer in choice. Prices are very cheap, although the quality and quantity of food is very good! The place is quite small, so I suggest to book in advance, either by phoning or contacting them on Facebook (they reply very quickly!). You have to wait a while for receiving your orders, but this is proof that they REALLY make the dishes, and these are not pre-made. Despite the waiting, it is really worth a visit, or some...

Called for a delivery at 14:10 today..still waiting although was advised at time of order it would be half an hour? Just called back and told it hasn't even left the shop yet. Hoping the food is worth the wait-poor service.

My partener and i had club sandwiches which were served fresh and quickly by a friendly waitress in a small cosy and clean cafe the food was amazing and not to expensive either the portion sizes were excellent and we both were given foam containers to take home what we could not finish at the table....dont be put off by the word cafe as i have dined in worse reasteraunts.....its a must visit if your passing....i for one will defenently be back and have already recomended it to family and friends 10 out of 10 for me....

Was in for lunch today 8th sept with my friend and son. 1st time visitors the cafe was quiet but weather was miserable outside. We both had the nachos with a choice of fillings to suit all. Wow portions were great and the taste matched. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will be back to work our way through the menu. Keep it up

We've been here a few times as a family and the food has always been excellent. My only problem is that I always have the smell of food on my clothes when I leave, not the most conducive when going to work. If the extraction could be sorted then it would help greatly.

We've been to Scarlett's Cafe a few times now and have never had a bad meal.It's all freshly cooked on the premises and very tasty.Unique Falkirk themed breakfasts like 'The Kelpie' and others, clever idea.Always plenty to eat and cooked with care. Plenty of sitting space and staff are great.Btw, try their freshly cooked cakes for taking away later.

Nice friendly people working there, large choice of menu and well cooked flavoursome dishes. Clean, bright and friendly. Worth visiting. Certainly won't leave here feeling hungry!

Went a couple of weeks ago, small but lovley place. Got to sit where we wanted and got time to check the menu (there's a lot but you always want a choice!) I got the American Club sandwich and it was MASSIVE! Good hearty portions and we could take away anything we didn't eat (was quickly munched believe me!) BF had pulled pork burger, massive portion but very good and fairly priced. Couldn't fault the staff, they may be young but are very friendly! Will be back :)

Very small café but food was amazing & large potions. Was busy when we were in but I wouldn't say it was a long wait on service/food. Waitress was very apologetic about the length of wait so the staff I encountered were lovely. Good selection on the menu including kids meals. Very reasonable on price as well. We went there today after hearing great things about it. We got there and the place is small and cosy, packed to the gunnels and since it was nice we sat outside and have our food. We told the waiting staff we were sat outside, had to go in and get our own menu, got our drinks about 5 mins later no problems, sat for 20 odd minutes with no one coming to take our food order, 20 odd minutes after our food order we got our food.The portions are huge i will admit this, my boyfriend had a panini which he loved and i had a "jocobite" chicken burger - basically just a chicken burger with haggis, no need for the name.It was dry and could have done with a sauce, i went to pay the bill and was asked why i didn't like it, i said it was dry and the lady cooking it wasn't impressed with my answer and suggested I get mayo - because mayo with a haggis and chicken burger is super sensible?She said she couldn't make a sauce because their kitchen is too small, yet they can make chimichangas, makes no sense to me.Their menu is extensive again agree with this, they could do with halving it at the very least, hiring good staff and making what they make well.First time here and last, would not recommend, spend your money elsewhere - we did get money off our bill to compensate us for the food and service but didn't make it better.

Had a carry out from here this week to our office, the sandwiches were lovely and delivered on time, my only complaint is when I went in the previous week to get a menu to take away was told they do not have any and would need to go onto facebook to see the menu. Not everyone has facebook or even the internet so think they are missing out here.

I must admit , I probably would have passed this place has it not come recommended .. Didn't even know it was there despite being local. Lovely menu , my daughter needs dairy free which is catered for , the portions were huge ! Great value for money and friendly staff . Would definitely recommend .

Hugely extensive menu with something to suit everyone. Well cooked and presented food. Massive portions which can be packed up and taken home. A real gem of a place.

Loved our second visit to Scarlett's . Service was excellent and food was plentiful , good value and huge portions. Have a look at their Facebook page if you haven't been before as the photos of the offerings from the menu are exactly like the dishes served. We can't wait to go back .

Right where to start, portion wise Scarlett's is way ahead of anywhere in the Falkirk area, so if it's plenty your after this is your stop. The definite down is the staff side it's chaotic at best with 2 different staff dealing with us, they are well mannered & polite, but slow being an understatement. For a place so small it should run better. That being said I would still go back to Scarlett's as its good value & freshly made. Tea Jenny's take note of the portion size.

We booked this for a small gathering of 12 people after attending a service at the crematorium. The staff were so nice when I called to book and very accommodating when the numbers changed slightly. The food was great and came out fresh and tasty. Local folks were also coming in for tasty cakes and filled rolls so obviously a popular place.I noticed the menu was huge and catered for all food allergies and choices. I had a vegan dish - mushrooms and onions on toast, yum. Thank you so much, we will be back.

What a great cafe. The food is freshly cooked and the portions are very generous. You must try the home baking, it's delicious. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. I contacted them and explained that I was going to pop in with my child who has autism. They allowed me to pre book book both our meals, our lunch was ready as soon as we sat down. Amazing service.

I have had both take out and delivery from here. Let me start by saying yes you wait a little longer than you may think on food. But that wait is certainly worth it. The food is fantastically fresh. And so very tasty. I would recommend the breakfast wrap!! It's a must try. And the amount of food you get is just unreal. I don't think I've ever finished mine. The service has always been friendly as well so no complaints there

I can not get over the people moaning about the time u wait on food .its all cooked from fresh that's why u wait longer .personally I would rather wait on great good than get food that's half cooked and reheated .its worth the wait the best food in Falkirk it's amazing.the portions are huge and delicious no matter what u order .as for the staff and the boss they are lovely can't fault them .she always comes over for a chat and 2 ask if everything was ok she even gave my son a free cup cake that made his day lol . So I really can't get over the comments made about Scarlett's boss and staff .all I can say is no matter what u do and even though it's amazing there's no pleasing some people .keep up the good work Scarlett's I so look forward 2 my visits and my mouth allways water at the thought of your delicious food x

Firstly I would say Scarlets food is good, but having good food isn't an excuse for poor customer service or manners.I've been many times, the cafe itself is small and crammed in, you'd think now with the level of business that scarlets get they would have found bigger premises as they clearly can't handle the demand they have. I have used the cafe in a few ways, telephoned orders for delivery/collection and sit in. So my review is for mixed uses not a one off visit.The wait you can have for an order is too long, people are wanting a take away to be quick and save them the hassle of doing it themselves, anything over 30 minutes is too long. On one occasion i tried to phone my order and the line was constantly engaged, i went into the shop and asked is there something wrong with the phone, no it has been taken off the hook as we are too busy, how long will a breakfast be? 45 minutes to an hour. - no thanks, i'll go else where. Another time i've been and waiting for an order at the counter area and i can see what is going on, the kitchen area looks small and cramped, too many people behind the counter getting under each others feet and the way the owner speaks to the young people behind the counter is ridiculous. Her attitude has put me off going back.Good food doesn't compensate for bad service and rudeness.
