Been here quite a few times great food...great service! Well worth a visit if you are looking for a change.

Family dinner today. Food was outstanding, quick service and very pleasure staff. Desserts first class especially my favourite knickerbockerglory. Highly recommended.

The Abbotsinch is an amazing restaurant and I have went there since I was wee. The food is absolutely amazing and the staff are lovely, the cleanliness is great aswell and toilets are cleaned regularly, I have always visited there with my family. I’ve also visited with 6 people and it only cost £70-80 which is good in my opinion. I would recommend visiting the Abbotsinch if you ever visit Grangemouth. I

Attended an event at the venue last week. Brilliant night. The staff were all lovely, decent prices, food was good esp since buffet for event. It did get quite hot in the venue and it was cool outside. The other issue is small carpark, so for a function be prepared to have to park nearby. These things were not enough to spoil what was a great night. Would recommend for a function.

Ribeye steak - was surely not ribeye , low flavour on the meat . To compensate , fries and onion rings were over salted . The peppercorn sauce was over salted and lumpy . The grilled mushroom was a disaster. The tomato was fresh and crisp .

Excellent service, food and atmosphere. A firm favourite restaurant in Grangemouth. So glad it is open again. We will be back!

Have been here twice recently for lunch and dinner. Excellent service with an extensive menu. Portion sizes are very large and the price is good. Our party found the quality of food to be high and will return again soon.

1st time for dinner. Arrived abit early, was seated right away. Orders were taken quickly. All staff attentive and polite. Portions were Huge! Would definitely re commend to family and friends. Will definitely be back!

Had a meal with work colleagues,atmosphere was good,service was excellent and very attentive,there was 6 of us and we picked at a couple of starters while we waited on our mains,we had haddock mornay,fish and chips,steak pie and a club sandwich,only two had dessert but the portions would have fed us all! so big as were the main course portions.We all thoroughly enjoyed our food and would not hesitate to return and reccomend. Quick service staff lovely so friendly. The only negative was the chips were awful look like I got the ends with just skin no real chip.

As always the food, service and overall time spent in the restaurant was outstanding. Our families favourite place to eat and celebrate. Even on New Year's Eve when it's fully booked and after a long break the service was impeccable and ran like a dream. So glad you are back 😊

Was delighted that I was able to get a table at short notice despite the place being mobbed. It wasn’t the cheapest but it was certainly worth it. I’ll be back

One of the best places I've been to. Very tasty food, very helpful staff. I made some very unconventional changes to the dish and got what I wanted. I will definitely come here again!

Good food with reasonable prices. Clean, nicely decorated and plenty seating. Service was very good too. Not much of an atmosphere, but it wasn't busy when we were there, so I'm sure that would change if it was a full house. No complaints at all.

Food blan gammon steak looked as if it was flattened to make it look bigger. Very little fish in the battered fish. If the burgers are made in house why flatten them and add a load of extras like large onion ring to fill the bun

Service was very slow, ordered small fish, never seen a piece of fish like it, soggy chips, gammon steak, flat mushroom n onion ring, strange combo🤔, had sweets very overpriced.😒

First time going and definitely won't be the last, lovely wee place , service was brilliant and the food was even better , hot and delicious, the portions are VERY generous!

Really lovely staff, great food and attentive service. Great choice on the menu. We didn't book but luckily got a table - would absolutely recommend booking if you visit and it was full on a Friday afternoon.

Best steak pie ever! Pea and ham soup was best ever! Service impeccable. Weve been coming here for years occasionally, but it's now at top of its game. Hats off to all staff here, cant recommend it enough.

Great find after a visit to Falkirk. Mac and cheese was enjoyed by my partner and I enjoyed the roast beef Sunday lunch.

Very friendly staff, very clean & organised. Popped in today & had the Balmoral Chicken. It’s the best one I’ve ever had, and trust me, I like a meal or two.. Great news that the Abbotsinch is back open after the refit. Keep up the great service.

Whow what a lovely find. Lovely staff, excellent choice on the menu and reasonably priced. Word of warning go hungry as the portions are big. They do a smaller portion menu as well. We ate here during our stay in the area and each time we were not disappointed. Thankyou.

A warm welcome with a really pleasant manner from the foh manager gave explanation on menu and what they were out of ,the girls serving table for food and drink again perfect

Enjoyed my daughter's birthday dinner. The mixed grill took a bit of eating (no steak which was a bit strange). However, food very nice. Cajun chicken and desserts were nice too.Prices higher post COVID but a pleasant experience with good service. Yes we'll return.

We had lunch on the 2nd June, it was absolutely beautiful. There were 4 of us and we had different dishes and every one was lovely. The food was hot and tasty and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We will definitely recommend and return.

after travelling the entire day, I was in need of a substantial dinner. I ordered the chicken balmoral and it was delicious. The chips where well cooked and the chicken was tender. It was the first time that I tried some haggis, and I enjoyed it very much. The portion was large, but I just couldn't walk out before leaving them with an empty plate.

Lovely pub. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Great variety on the menu and food was generally good. Most of us had roast dinner but only negative was the roast potatoes which weren't particularly crispy.

Absolutely amazing food. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Beware the portions are massive and are so good. Had chilli beef enchiladas. We were informed when ordering that it would be 10-15 mins before our food would be ready. This is great in my opinion as your food is freshly made and not sitting about. Been twice and will definitely be back.

Went here yesterday with some friends and it was by far the best tasting meal I've ever EVER had. I will definitely be returning. I couldn't believe the size of the portions. My meal itself was absolutely delicious I didn't need anything else to eat the rest of the day I was so full. The pudding was absolutely delicious best I've ever had. I'd go back for the dessert alone. I was going to order one to take away with me haha. I ordered the steak and onion wrap from their light bites menu. This was huge and stuff to the brim with slices of beef. The hand cut chips with skin on were excellent. Same with the coleslaw. For dessert I had the white chocolate & tablet cheesecake. Next time I'm bringing the family to the Abbotsinch and it may become our new restaurant for meals out. Five stars. Oh and the waiting staff were nice and helpful. And compliments to the chef absolutely spot on. Good value for money as well.

Dont eat before you go as the servings are large

We have been to the restaurant quite a few times. The food, staff and restaurant has always been great. We will continue to go back.

The food wasn't too bad this time, last time I was there I wasn't overly impressed by the food. It's good for functions however I think it would be better if they had an area that you could drink outside. What I can't understand is how 2 vodkas and a beer equated to £16 the first time and then it was £12 and when we bought a round for our table it only came to £35 for 8 people, something isn't adding up there. I also think that the drink is watered down, drinking nearly 12 hours and not being drunk in the slightest, by the end of the night I even said that I feel like I've not had any drink what so ever and could probably drive home (which of course I never done, already had a taxi booked and went on to an after party 😂). All in all it was a good night but would definitely advise drinking either bottled or canned drinks, that way you definitely know you are getting what you've asked for and it can't be watered down

Had my wedding at the Abbotsinch on Saturday. Was amazing the food was outstanding. Stuff could not do enough for the whole wedding party would recommend as venue for any occasion.

Attended a Family Wedding in the Function Suite here on Saturday. Fabulous place, staff very pleasant, food and service great.

Large menu selection for most people's tastes. Ample parking but at weekends it's well worth booking ahead. Two course meal approximately £20 per head plus drink.

Without a bout, this is in my top 5 places to eat, been going here for years with friends and family, and never had a bad meal yet. Had a few great nights in the function room too. The bar and waiting staff are always very welcoming, Russel, David and co will look after you. Craig who runs the restaurant always makes time to pop around the tables and chat with folks , as well as working in the kitchens. I can’t recommend this place enough go try it you won’t be disappointed , and if there’s any left ( as they go very quickly) try the rib-eye or sirloin steaks , forget Millar and carter’s, these are way better

Food is nice, very big portions, but the prices that they now charge are ridiculous, used to be a regular customer but with those huge price rises my friends and I will be going elsewhere.

Good pub grub and super quick service, very friendly too. Portions are pretty huge and the smaller Fish & Chips was perfect size for my girlfriend. BBQ chicken stack was cracking, now deciding on dessert :p

Been here a few times. Food quality is very good and consistent. Portions are probably too large if that's a complaint. Decor welcoming and comfortable. Price also good compared to competitors. Update...Feb 2023. Maybe trying to make some savings as quality of ingredients not quite up to usual standard?

Great food great staff and also need to mention the baby change facilities as a new parent the baby change facility is great compared to some places plenty space and even has a toilet for parents to go also unlike some places that only. Have the baby change itself

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, meals delicious, large portions, though smaller meals available. I would definitely recommend a visit for lunch or dinner, or even a few drinks.

Went with my wife for a Friday date night. To kick off 2023, we are trying different local restaurants, to see what we have on our doorstep. Food was fine, we had battered haddock and enchiladas, followed with vanilla ice cream for dessert. No complaints, the service was fine and dishes were as expected. I felt the premises was too brightly lit, which made it a bit soulless, it lacked warmth or a welcome, more canteen than candlelit. If you have older folks as friends or family, this place is a good option. Smaller plate portions are offered. For us, we are in no rush to return here ourselves but would consider bringing elderly relatives.

Food and service were both excellent. What was really disappointing was being charged £6.95 for a child’s menu meal. We asked for a small portion of macaroni for our 8 month old granddaughter. We received a small portion which was fine but did not expect to be charged the full amount for a child’s meal when she didn’t have any vegetables or the ice cream course that was included in the child’s menu. Was very disappointing and will definitely put us off returning here with our granddaughter again.

This was our first visit last night & what a lovely meal too.
