New Union Chippie in Falkirk

Quality wee chippie, fish was done fresh right in front of us. Crispy and not greasy, very tasty. Sound staff also.

After a few bad reviews decided to try for ourselves.do not listen to them try them yourself. Food was delicious and hot. staff were really nice and pleasant will definitely be back

just hade haggis supper daughter hade sausage supper the best haggis I ever hade the shop nice and clean Jim and the staff really friendly 👍

First time We have tried the chippy tonight having used another local chip shop and have to say We now prefer this one,will definitely be back. Great Food,Friendly staff would recommend to others 100%

Can't say I've been there many times but when I have they were quick and efficient. Now because of health problems I get delivered at least twice a week fish good, chips excellent, delivery brilliant. Recommended.

We were warmly welcomed, and served with enormous portions which were reasonably priced and tasty. One of our friends, English like the rest of us, discovered pizza crunch for the first time.

usual let down. asked for a large fish supper. jim asked if i wanted 2 fish. i said yes. got home to find he hadd cut one of the fish in half. thought i heard him say that but wasnt sure. small chips with it but ended up cost more than a fish supper. another couple had paid and guy worked out they had been overcharged, but his girl told him to be quiet. usual rubbish service. wont be back.

This chippy is one of my favourites, though I always forget about it because I usually order of just eat, but tonight I decided to Google chippies open. Put it this way I called at 20:48 I received my food at 20:58. Tell ye I've only took a few bites and mmmmhmmmm delish as always 😋

A proper fish and chip shop, fresh made and expertly made. Lovely batter slightly chewy on the inside with an epic crunch on the outside. Proper chips with the right thickness to be fluffy yet firm. Staff were brilliant......just go here and try it, you'll miss out if you don't!

I think this has to be one of, if not the nicest Fish and Chips I have had in Scotland, was absolutely fantastic... Fresh..... blimmin hot :)...perfection. must also add comment to who I presume is the owner, A real friendly guy and a great ambassador for Falkirk and the area in general. Thank you sir....I will be visiting again when north of the border !!!!

prperly cooked food the black pudding is to die for the fish in batter is realy good as is the special fish sausage is spot on its always cooked fresh and delivered hot the staff are always very nice on the phone and if you go in to the chippie over all a great team great food them that say it was poor food they must have been else where as it was not the union chippy thay were getting food from

Great chippy but paper always on wrong for food not to stick and fritters very thin and very greasy.

Fantastic! Food always freshly made, and service is excellent. Wrapped and popped into a free carrier bag! Couldn't ask for any more! Defo one of the best chip shops around Falkirk.

Just visited for the first time for ages. Ordered a sausage supper - delicious! A nice crispy batter on tasty sausages and chips were just right.

Enjoyed our first helping so much on our second night in Falkirk ... went back for seconds on our third and final night ;-)

Got a fish n chips at lunchtime.. the menu is cheaper at lunch so the portions are a little bit smaller as expected. They did offer a larger portion but I already saw the portion size before ordering...it was nice n hot crispy batter and I was too full so I couldn't finish all the chips.. staff were great and the owner was a cheery guy with a welcoming attitude... cant ask for more than that... il definitely be changing my chipper to this one.. oh I forgot to add.. Nice freezing cold cans of coca cola straight from the fridge .

Bought 2 large fish suppers last night with mushy peas! Got them back to our caravan ( 2 minutes) and when we opened them the fish had blended into the chips! Batter very, very soggy and disgusting! Mushy peas had virtually no peas in it, just liquid ! £16.00 ish Need to find a new chip shop! The server was very pleasant! Shame about the food!

Had chips and curry sauce was good and a nice sized portion. Right around the corner from myself never tried before but will definitely go there again.

Phoned and ordered a small fish supper ready with in 10 mins and it was so yummy loved the batter on the fish and chips so tasty !and for it being a small one it was a fair size for the price excellent value! Will be back !!!!

One of the best chip shops in the Camelon area, sticking to the roots of what makes a scottish chipshop good, the prices are fair for this day and age whilst the quality of food is great. Would recomend if you find yourself in the area.

My husband liked his just didn't like the taste of the batter was very greasy not sure what they fry things in. Being fair chips were nice and better than the last people's who ran it

Just had the Square sliced sausage and it was delicious. The staff are always very Friendly and their prices are very reasonable.

my son got a haggis supper there was so much grease on it it came through the bag and on to his new trousers went back to complain and got nothing but dogs abuse of them

We both visited this small, very busy takeaway food shop, the shop appears to to be extremely clean, staff very attentive, and can I just say I would have no hesitation on recommending this place to anyone, as the food was very very fresh and tasty.

This has improved loads since the last time I visited, very nice chipper....

Good chippie quite easy to park near great variety of fast foods,all cooked while you wait,no seating take away only.

Fue bastante gente, lo cual es una buena señal, las dos chicas que sirve fueron amable y hablador mientras la comida estaba siendo preparada. Had a few black pudding suppers, and very good compared to others in the area. Everything seem fresh and the chips are good. Recommended.
