It's a little noisy but the staff are great and the food & coffee is always nice too

Chicken kungpo wasn’t nice very tough chicken and special fried rice tasted very stale

A bit inconsistent - sometimes the food is great and sometimes not. We get a take away once every couple of weeks and we do like Kung po chicken, szechuan and salt and pepper chips. The service is usually friendly and efficient. (We pick up as the quality is never good when delivered- regardless of the place) However they appear to have a new member of staff who was rude to the point of being obnoxious. She need me sacking

Terrible place to order from, ordered a pizza and it took 2 hours to arrive was inedible and no partial refund offered absolutely shocking place. I'll tell everyone I know to avoid heavily. Hopefully they go out of business soon. As for your cheeky reply mate unlikely I'll ever be homeless, you might with your shocking service, I did actually ask for a refund when you eventually answered the phone. Shocking service. Arrived at the time the app told us only to find the order wasn't anywhere near ready. Staff then proceeded to ignore us and the other customers for about 20 minutes while they chatted. I've a large family so was a large order. Most of it cold with one warm pizza. Complained only to be told 'well you'll need to wait all over again' if you want a warm one. Got home and called the manager to complain and try and get some money back as stone cold order, and after waiting 10 minutes for an answer, then he hung up on me. I'll be taking this further.

Just used the drive through, food was ok, service was prompt, no issues.

Unfortunately the guy that was working behind the counter was being very rude and was complaining in other words of huffing and puffing when we had asked for the gluten free option, it made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome as it can be very hard finding places with gluten free options. This is happened a few times when we have gone in the last few months, this is very unfair as the food is really good but has been let down by your staff member. But this being said, for the female staff members who are very considerate and helpful when being asked to make gluten free this makes the experience better.

Reading Evelyns review below is very very disappointing yeah you work with the NHS you chose to work there what about the people that were OUT of work due to the corona virus that weren't getting paid and lots off business that went to the wall I'm pretty sure people were very happy with the great discounts this company offered but no they should have given all the emergency police fire brigade nurses doctors and the list goes on free pizzas no I don't think so I would rather family's that were left with both parents out off work were helped it's them that struggle not people in jobs that weren't effected

Brilliant night last Friday, turned up with my biker brothers up from England and could not be more welcomed, I'm scottish and used to our ways but every one of my brothers couldnt believe how welcoming everyone was. Will most certainly visit when passing again.
