Premier Inn Falkirk Central hotel in Falkirk

I stayed here at the weekend on the run up to my wedding . On arrival at reception the young lady there was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and very spacious ( we had a family room) and bonus it had air con !!. Tea / coffee facility was well stocked too. On the saturday of my wedding i cant thank the cleaning staff enough , they went above and beyond to help keep my day running smoothly again very friendly and just amazing !! On the saturday The two young ladies on reception ( you know who yous are sorry not good with names) were very friendly and again went above and beyond especially when my veil decided to go some flying lessons around the carpark 🤣 thank you so much for rescuing it i appreciate it. Again these ladies and cleaning staff went above and beyond ensuring our room was sorted after we left and made it feel special for me and my husband arriving back ( thank you for the wine 🤗) it just finished our night . Honestly i cant thank yous enough . Id definetly reccomend to stay here for any occasion so its definetly a 5 star from me 🙂 xx

We were acomodated in room without windows and fresh air. It was imposible to get good sleep without ventilation.

Room was lovely and spacious let down by a tiny tv. Breakfast was a huge disappointment didn't realise we had to order it rather than helping ourselves at a usual buffet. Took ages to come and was lukewarm like it been sat on a hotplate. Such a shame as we have always enjoyed these hotels

Rooms decent. Nice staff let down by one member who could really do with a customer service course. Restaurant closed. This business of offering early check in for £10 is a mess.

Checked in late night but excellent service at the front desk. Rooms are ok at best. Lots of stains on the walls

All you can eat breakfast for 10.99 and it was lovely.

I was very disappointed and inconvenienced by my recent stay at Premier Inn, Falkirk. My wife and I had been on a walking holiday in Scotland and arrived without transport and very tired at the hotel to find that the attached Beefeater restaurant was closed for evening meals. We had the “Meal Deal” option booked as part of our stay but the restaurant was closed. We had no prior warning of this. There was a list of restaurants available at reception but these needed a vehicle to get to, which was not possible in our case. We eventually found a fast food establishment within walking distance but it only took cash so we had to hunt for a cash machine. I am still to be reimbursed for the evening meal that I booked. We subsequently found that the restaurant has been closed for some time. I now find that you are still advertising this hotel “Meal Deal” to still be available even though the restaurant is shut in the evenings. False pretences, I think! Perfect for what we needed. Staff were brilliant. Very friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Food was excellent.

Bloody card are rubbish 4cards I had never work from one day to next,lift there in main building but not working and only a few disabled rooms in annexe but not enough shower room s for disabled people which I thort terrible for a big company

Main building has older rooms but clean, annex building has bigger tvs and more updated decor but windows do not open. Bothe buildings lovely and quiet.

Not a bad little place. Not sure why one can't open the windows tho. Staff all excellent

They said to me that they would keep my ring because I left it and they said they would post out to me and they never I went back and they said they didn’t have it I am really disappointed because the ring cost a lot of money all I got from the two staff were saying they are really sorry that not good enough for me

I've just spent a week here and enjoyed it. From quick and easy check in, easy access to my room, and food and drink options on site. Would I stay here again ? Yes, I would.

Lift broke down had to walk up and down six flights of stairs 3 or 4 times a day
