What happened to Pizza Hut? I remember when it was good! This was a huge disappointment. The staff were pleasant enough but not particularly involved. The food was mediocre and bland. Lack of sugary drink options. All in all, I found it a thoroughly unenjoyble experience. I doubt this would be exclusive to this particular pizza hut. I won't be eating at any Pizza Hut again any time soon.

Large take away order for a team day - 28 large pizzas and sides all freshly made , tasty and ready on time for collection. Friendly helpful team. Thank you very much .

pizza was a little burnt and cold same with the fries and arrived 1hr 30 mins late

I was quoted a delivery time of 30-50 minutes. The actual delivery time was 80 minutes. The pizza was cold and the ice cream was melted. This is disappointing because I have never had issues with this restaurant before

Pizza was fine. Onion rings not so much. Pepsi was warm.

Absolute rip off compared to ordering from the other Pizza Hut in Falkirk.

Never got food delivered so not great, just eat guy asked my address and then changed it to delivered and blacked my messages! Class

Food came a bit chilly, and once again- really appreciate those huge chunks of onion on my Veggie Supreme 😂 people save yourself some money and don’t order your pizza with sides which are small portions and poor quality.

I am furious about the portion sizes changing yet again! Back in my day, we used to have to take our pizza home because it was so big and filling. Now I paid £17.99 for an individual portion (9inch) that I finished in 10 minutes! And don't even get me started on the £3.99 bottomless drink of funky tasting draught. This is absolutely ridiculous! This was a second chance visit, as we went about 2 years ago with a bad experience, we wont be back, god only knows why people still eat here is beyond me, £60 for 3 small pizzas and funky tasting drinks. Instead of trying to finding ways to make profits, why don’t you find ways to improve service and quality, then you’ll make profits. Oh your toilet stinks too.

It was not delivered. I had to pick it up myself but was unable to cancel it quickly enough for the driver to move on to his next order and was therefore called by the driver asking for me to allow him to just say it was delivered and to give him the

Sat down to choose from the menu and was shocked at the prices. It was a Friday evening and the place was less than a quarter full. I’m fully aware that food prices everywhere have gone up, alongside other costs including staffing, energy, business rates etc. But charging £16 for a 9” pizza and £27 for a 13” one was the final straw. Told the manager so, then drove to Wetherspoon’s where we bought 11” pizzas for £8.99 each and a pint of bitter for £1.99!!

Food was freezing cold and juice was missing from order

Attentive and happy staff, food is really fresh and tasty. Only downside is that it is a bit pricey.

There was certainly pizza, though it's more of a building than a hut. There was salad too, quite a bit. Staff were on hand and helpful. The ordering of food was long as you do it online makes everything complicated. No cash, no amex just visa and MasterCard.

Food arrived cold due to driver taking another order.

Amazing place with a positive vibe. The service is so good. The staff (specially manager) is very helpful and cheerful! We tried new veggie Sizzler which was out of the world! New loaded sweet chilli cheesy bite bites were also really good. And the salad was fresh and stocked.

The manager was completely rude. He clearly hates his job. We asked for a table for 8 and he asked if we had a booking and was annoyed we didn’t. He said you’ll have to take a booth and we won’t fit even though the restaurant was empty and there were tons of tables to put together. Waitress was lovely but forgot one order. Had to wait quite a bit. When we asked the manager what the hold up was he said what was it you ordered and then without an apology said he would take it off the bill. Great. We then saw another large party come on and he proceeded to clean off an old table (making them wait) all the while throwing things on trays, mumbling to himself etc. when he could have put two clean tables together. Restaurant was not super clean (bathrooms included) and the salad bar was swarmed with fruit flies. Overall disappointing. Food was fine.

The food and staff are always amazing. Every time we've gone, it's been quiet. My youngest daughter and I go regularly. Currently, with the summer holidays, the two big kids have been enjoying it as well. The kid's meal is good value. The price difference is a £1 to include a side. Mini Monster £7.99 & Big Monster £8.99. Sure, it's children eat free with the buffet after a certain time during the holidays. They love the free colouring sheets and salad.

Pizza Hut got my order wrong they mixed up the bases for each order… couldn’t be bothered to compin as we know it would have took another hour for them to re-cook and deliver our order.

The food is always good ... very busy .. the waitress asked us to order on the app as its the way they will be doing things in the future.. we did not on this occasion as I think eating ouy is a treat to be spoken to etc... personally it will put me of .. its also cash free. The cookie desert is amazing

My recent visit to Pizza Hut in Falkirk was quite disappointing. We arrived at 8:25 PM with a party of seven, just 35 minutes before closing time at 9 PM. Upon arrival, we were met by what seemed to be the general manager, who was clearly agitated by our presence. The manager informed us, in a very rude and flustered manner, that the restaurant would be closing in 30 minutes and insisted that we place our orders before being seated. He emphasized that the salad bar and ice cream machine were already unavailable and that any offers including these items would not be substituted for other options. The overall attitude of the manager was unwelcoming and dismissive. His behavior made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. It's unfortunate that such poor service could overshadow what is generally a great establishment. It's also worth noting that this restaurant clearly isn't doing that great, which might explain why the staff are so insistent on closing right on the dot. The lack of customers seems to have influenced their rigid closing practices. This experience has certainly made us reconsider our dining options, and it is disappointing to see a member of staff turning away customers in this manner.

Food freezing cold and solid. Wrong food sent paid for stuff crust and did not get

Delivery was 10minutes late and pizza and fries were freezing, phoned the store and they told me my order left 30minutes before I received it when I only live a few minutes down the road. Very disappointed.

A great place for food with great food.

today i went here with 6 of my friends ands lets just say unwanted is an understatement for a starter they didnt have my booking which was just the start of this, the staff made me and my friends feel out of place here, we ordered our food at 12:55 and it didnt come out until 13:20, the staff tried to take advantage of us and treat us different because we didnt have an adult present overall my experience was about a 2 stars as the quality of the food isnt even thst good for the price of it next time ill just go to mcdonald’s

Youse need to either throw in dips or at least let ppl buy dips on the JustEat App ( I seen no option in the sections 🤷‍♂️ ) Nobody and I mean nobody wants to eat dry chicken bites & fries 🤪😂 Pizza was spot on tho 🍕

Really enjoyed my cheesey carb mound, followed by ice cream with raspberry spleggings. Staff really friendly, clean and calm atmosphere.

investing in hot honey has never been a bad idea. my stomach and wallet regretted it as soon as i’d finished engulfing the pizza and halloumi sticks, but they were still worth it to me. (also the pepperoni melt was incredible)

I didn’t receive this because just eat suck- I plan on taking them down- however Pizza Hut and their manager Paul did everything they could so they deserve to be noted for that! I don’t think you should use just eat anymore though! I’m deleting the app now but I’ve reported them to trading standards x good luck

THE BEST PIZZA I EVER HAD AND I ATE A LOT OF PIZZA

pizza arrived and was very squashed and looked as though it was carried on its side. Very disappointed. Ordered it for a birthday and was almost inedible.

Ordered a pizza and cookie dough desert. Pizza was lovely but a little small for the price, you get more for your money with Dominos. Cookie dough was stodgy and the vanilla ice cream was not good. It had a strange oily aftertaste. I don’t know how you can get ice cream so wrong. Would recommend the pizza. Ice cream, wouldn’t get again.

Full order was cold and couldn’t be ate all went in bucket waste of nearly £40.

We went in after the cinema and had a spicy meat feast pizza with unlimited soft drink. The pizza was lovely, but I should have gone smaller as I couldn't finish it. Very little contact with the staff as you are encouraged to order and pay via the QR code on the table. Don't get me wrong, the staff were lovely when we did speak to them, I just feel that it's a bit impersonal. It may be very helpful when it's busy but it wasn't busy at all. The salad bar was also out of order the night we were there. All in all, I wasn't overly impressed as it was just a bit too impersonal, as I previously said.

Went for the new weekend buffet. Honestly it's priced a little high for self service and doing everything through your phone....

The Mac & Cheese was hideously overpriced and presented. It came out in a long, thin bowlish plate (felt like a pig at the trough). I can only assume this bizarre presentation was to hide the small portion by spreading it out. Avoid Pizza Hut at all costs

Food cold when arrived very disappointed

For so long I have been looking for an establishment to dine in resembling a creche that serves supermarket quality pizza. I love the atmosphere created between the exhausted parents, screaming toddlers and free salad bar with unlabelled mystery sauces. My only criticism is that they only serve Pepsi max which is sugar free. Pepsi max is far inferior to Pepsi and should not be served in a bastion of fine dining and excellent formula workmanship such as this one. I had the spicy honey pepperoni pizza with mozzarella sticks. Never have I seen so many exciting shades of beige before. Bravo Pizza hut......Bravo

The delivery driver went and picked another order from somewhere and then delivered there's first. My meal had no heat at all by the time it arrived

Extremely disappointed. Me and my partner came here for a late lunch, the waiter who gave us our table may as well have been someone random off the street, ridiculous customer service. So blunt and could barely understand what he was saying. Seemed like he was in a rush the whole time, as if he was on drugs. Jumping about from one side of restaurant to the other, throwing things about. I went up to the waiter who gave us our table to place my order, I wasn’t finishing speaking and he cut me off and quickly walked off as if he was finished taking my order. I waited there as I wasn’t, and he came back up to ask if everything’s okay, I asked if he finished taking my order before quickly walking away again and telling me it was placed. I called manager over to let him know about order being not fully taken. He wasn’t fussed. Restaurant half empty yet service was so slow. Staff didn’t seem bothered about much. Food was beyond average, pizza almost tasted like play dough. Hair in the barbecue chicken wings. I’ve always loved Pizza Hut so was excited for going to the one in Falkirk, although it was my first time, it will definitely be my last.

Feel scammed. Didn't realise how small the individual pizzas were and got sold two of them for £25 and that's supposed to be with a 25% discount. Had to order more food as we were all still hungry after this expensive miniature pizza!

I think the move that management of Pizza Hut have made to go card only, order your own food at the table with little to no interaction from staff has turned what used to be an enjoyable family experience to a cold depressing one. Pizza Hut is well known for its expensive food which isn’t normally an issue if the service is top notch. On quite a few occasions of visiting the Falkirk branch the food hasn’t been particularly great and sometimes quite greasy. On the times we’ve had the buffet, the pizzas have sometimes tasted like they’ve been sat for too long before being replaced. The lack of engagement from staff creates an environment where it feels like no one really cares anymore about how you’re enjoying your meal (and why would they? There’s no incentive to work for tips as it’s already paid for before serving) On this occasion the ice cream factory was broken but this wasn’t relayed at the start before we ordered. All that happened was our menus were thrown in the table and the waiter walked off without saying a word which once again I would put this down to being short staffed and having no reason to want to help customers. The standard of service is certainly lower than it once was back in Pizza Huts’ Glory days which is a shame and it would be nice to see it return again.

Over two hours late, cold and dry. Won’t be ordering here again.

Arrived at just after 8 to find it was takeaway only. A 14" sharing pizza with 2 toppings and some garlic bread was £37. No wonder it was dead. Was also up all night going to the loo with a dodgy stomach.

Excellent customer service and food is always so fresh and tasty.

Unfortunately good cold on arrival looks good but needs reheated and this just ruins the food itself.

Pizza was poor. Personally it tasted like it had been coated in a horrible tasting grease. It might be because the ovens need cleaned.. Salad looked tired and not very leafy. None if my group finished what they were given. We were all unsatisfied with the visit.

Having a great server really made our night out much better! Muhammad was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole service. Can't fault him at all. Made our first time a guaranteed first of many visits! Was very attentive and sorted out a new pizza for my daughter after she covered her first one in salt. Food was lovely, service was outstanding.

Pretty poor quality overall, I've ordered triple cheese and pizza actually looks very normal (with big amount of onions obviously), garlic bread looks so sad that I'll never order again.

I received a bottle of pepsi which went out of date in March 2023. This is almost 6 months out of date and is totally unacceptable

Thin base pizza was see through and pepperoni had almost no cheese on it. Great value when spending £35.

Charge an extra £12.00 for a "14inch" pizza that serves 2-3 people but its basicaly just your average large pizza from anywhere else. Its like 30 quid for a pizza lol. Not even cooked that great, would avoid.

Food wasn’t as good as last time

Good food, buffet lunch great value with lots of choice. Service from staff really friendly especially lady with blonde hair in ponytail.

Food was expensive, but good. The staff were lovely but just not attentive, possibly due to the restaurant being understaffed during dinner service. All food is to be ordered via the app. This was fine, until it was a problem. We finished our pizzas, and we sat for about half an hour waiting for our plates to be cleared up and for our desserts to be brought out. At this point we just wanted the rest of the food we had already paid for so we could leave. The wait time between the main course and dessert was a joke. Definitely wouldn't dine in again, just get delivery or collection. Overall 3 star experience.

Been a while since I last visited here. They don't accept cash and no longer have milk shakes! Besides that we enjoyed the buffet and the guide dog was given water. Pizza nice and fresh as was the salad. Will return.

To spend over 40 pounds, for 2 large pizzas, 2 sides, 2 desserts and a bottle of juice. To receive 1 medium pizza, fries and garlic bread.. delivery driver won’t take ownership, Pizza Hut won’t take ownership and just eat, well never get back to you. Absolutely disgusting service.. will put a dispute through pay pal to get my money back as no one can help with the mess they made!

Absolutely disappointed 😞 says its open till 9pm, arrived st 8.10 and lady refused to serve us, even when we said we want a quick bite and home home will be done way before 9pm, place had 1 table inside. No wonder.. with everyone struggling you would think they would be happy to see customers.

Bit of a shaky start young male waiter full of attitude when we walked in. Taking a bday cake out candles went out before he got there he was miffed at tht but we all would be but flung a lighter from the till over the bar where it bounced 5he otherside. Asked for highchair again attitude watched him grab a highchair aggressively and kick a chair had 3 kids with us complained to the manager who had a word with him. He came back later on and apologized and all fairness he had the guts to and looked sounded sincere. On way out he was so much calmer poilte and friendly. I'm putting it down to a bad day stressful and busy. Would still return

Ordered a sharing pizzas and didn't receive one of the pizza called the restaurant and was told to put thro a refund or go and collect one from them instead - we ordered online for a reason and now I can't have any dinner
