Pines Chippy in Falkirk

In for the first time tonight - sausage supper and a haggis supper - it was brilliant! The two fritters were comically different sizes though, and I asked for chilli sauce and got sweet chilli instead. Overall still really good

Great chippy tonight , full pizza crunch supper , king rib supper and portion of fritters Batter crispy , chips great and the king rib is back full of favour It’s now my go to chippy in denny area and the service is always friendly and just good food quality canny complain

Excellent service and great food

Used to be great last few times I've had a meal it's been rubbish gave it a few chances thought it was a once off fritters are thin as don't think the fryers have been changed oil in months

Last week was my 1st visit to Pine's Chippy and we enjoyed the food that much, I was back this week again for our Friday nyt takeaway. Would thoroughly recommend this chippy and I will be back again soon 👍

Home delivery. The food always arrives hot and freshly made. Fish is always fresh and well cooked. Batter crispy. No complaints at all.

Went in got small fish supper, large fish supper and spring rolls,service was first class thanks ,Food was 👏

Food was ok but cold by the time i drove home 5mins, this is a few times I've noticed this. Service is OK, staff pleasant and the shop is always busy.

Getting as pricey as everywhere else.

Only stopped in for chips. They were decent with no complaints about them. Service is a little slow as it can be very busy.

Was in at around 6.45pm tonight, ordered x2 haggis suppers & a single sausage. Wee guy serving me was lovely, waited over 10 mins for order, but ok as busy time. However the attitude of the short dark haired woman who was dishing the food into cartons was terrible! When my order was ready I was asked again what condiments I wanted on my meals, advised I wanted everything on 1 supper & only salt & vinegar on other, to which the dark haired woman shouted loudly and aggressively at me “there’s already SAUCE on one do you want sauce on this one!!?? Last time I checked my name was Diane not mystic Meg, how was I to know they had already added condiments to 1 meal? Really do not appreciate being spoken to like that by anyone & especially not in front of a full shop of customers!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour, no excuse!

Waited over an hour and a half for delivery. No salt/vinegar on the food and food was cold so highly wouldn’t recommend 👎🏻

Just bought fish supper suppose to be 1+1/2 pieces (not too happy about as should be 2) but smaller piece was was nearer 1/4 , still taking full price though, total rip off

Bought a fish supper and single chicken never again the order was delivered cold and as you can't reheat chicken it went in the bin the fish supper wasn't much better . This is the 3rd time I have had food delivered cold I have spoken to the girl who took the order and the last time it was delivered warmer but not time. It was just a total waste of money

Ordered a special fish supper, received 2 large fish & it was lovely. Sausages were nice to. Found the haggis a bit spicy but overall, I will buy again from the Pines Chippy

Good variety of chip shop foods, portion sizes are okay (1.5 fish with a regular fish supper, it used to be 2) and it tastes really good. Slight problem is the speed of service, it can be very slow and they really struggle around peak times. I'd have given a 4* review if the speed of service was better as the food is good when you get it.

Looking for a chippy on route to Inverness via Denny. Reviews were good and close by so decided to try it. Well we weren't disappointed. Very pleasant staff. Good service. Fish and chips excellent. Hubby decided to try white pudding and loved it. Would definitely recommend and deserving of 5 stars.

the chippy itself is great, foods amazing always top standard. The food took over an hour to arrive but its alright because I know how busy you can get!

Since change in ownership, we have had more fish suppers. The special fish suppers are mouth-wateringly delicious, we can highly recommend.

Got delivery tonight about an hour wait but they are very busy. My food was freshly cooked hot and delicious. Love this chip shop would recommend always

Visited tonight for the first time. Lovely modern, clean shop, staff were lovely, everyone enjoyed their meals and it wasn't expensive. Highly recommend 👌

Been food poisoned by their food. Can't tell it was the sausages or the chicken but I've been vomiting all morning. 👋🤒😷

Got a delivery last night and all the chips had to go in the bin as they were undercooked not very happy as paying ove £20 for dinner for most of it to be thrown in the bin, won't be back

The food is excessively greasy, took 3 sheets oh kitchen roll to mop up enough of it that I could eat a little. There chicken pakora is nice, but I wouldn’t use them again. 2 orders were exactly the same.

If you pay with credit card you have to send five pounds that's why I've given four stars, but the food was good!

Hadn't used for some time and was delighted at the prompt delivery and the quality of the fish supper This will become a weekly treat now.

Just bought 2 fish suppers. Disgusting. Fish was Luke warm at best and so over cooked it was like chewing leather Chips undercooked Luke warm and very greasy. I have been going here since they opened but the last few visits have been very disappointing but tonight is the last straw that's me finished with the Pines chippy, from now on I'll be going somewhere else.

Food is always good, there's very little oil on the food products. Which is good. We always get a home delivery and even on a very busy night, the longest I've waited has been no more than a hour
