Food is amazing and very well priced. Large portions, ready made to order. Staff are lovely and helpful. Use it regularly for lunch. Panini box is amazing, they do a large burger thing as well and my partner loves it

We booked here for one night as it was close to our hotel but ended up going 4 times! The food here is delicious with plenty of choice on the menu. The portions are generous, especially the sundaes!

We stopped by 4 Coo Wynd for a quick bite and were pleasantly surprised. The chicken coo wing tenders were really nice—looked and tasted quite homemade. The onion rings were definitely homemade and added to the experience. Everything was simple, surprising, and good. Looking forward to next time!

Really like the Caffè Nero coffee. This store is great. Clean and comfortable. Staff are great as well. Lovely.

When I arrived, there was already a que of 5 people before me. I could tell immediately service was slow and there were only two staff serving, one of which seemed particularly slow, which seemed like he was training. There were multiple tables that required cleaning. Eventually, a third staff member who seemed slightly more experienced, possibly a manager, showed up and cleared a table. I had to change my original order due to a lack of ingredients. I ended up ordering two iced coffees and two toasties. I was told to wait by the counter (a little over 20 minutes) to receive both. The drinks took so long that the staff member making them forgot what he was making and ended up serving 4 people after me, then getting the order wrong. There was very little communication or interaction with customers, and what there was seemed like they were miserable to be interacting with customers. Other points I noticed were that there were no liners being used in the Merrychef oven (this is a cross contamination issue for vegan and vegetarian food coming into contact with meat). Overall, there was very poor deployment or cohesion of the team, and the manager did very little managing, choosing instead to fiddle around with a milk frothing tool. To sum up, it is essential to see improvement on health and safety to do with ingredient handling and using appropriate equipment to prevent cross contamination. Customer service needs improvement, no more fed up faces. Wearing of appropriate uniforms needs improvement, not all staff were in aprons. The speed of service needs improvement, deploy the team effectively, and ensure customers get served in time frames seen across other such businesses (e.g. Costa, Starbucks, etc.) particularly when there is a mostly empty Cafe during lunchtime on a weekday.
