You go through a wee arch and it then opens up into a lovely restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

During our vacation travels, we were looking for a great dinner stop. Noticing the parking lot was nearly full, we thought this might be a good indicator. Our delightful dining experience was proof we made the right decision. Holly and Linda, our servers, instantly made us feel at home, very engaging and genuinely welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised at how varied the menu was and how reasonably priced. Our meal was served in short order…nicely presented, delicious beyond words, and at just the right temperature. What caught our attention was how attentive both servers were. In a most unobtrusive way, they inquired if everything was to our liking and if they could get us anything else. This was done in a most caring and helpful manner, and made us feel special and most welcomed - truly a class act! We highly commend them for their exceptional customer service and their watchfulness. A shoutout to Aiden too for his helpful services upon our arrival. We were also very fortunate to experience the same exceptional service the following morning for breakfast. If ever you are in the area and get the opportunity to dine at this wonderful restaurant, you too will be treated to an exceptional dining experience. The Bell Tree restaurant has our highest recommendation…first-class service, quality, and pricing.

Acabo de estar en Mitchell con un amigo y tuve una experiencia maravillosa, como siempre. El café siempre es bueno, tienen una gran selección de pasteles y tartas y el personal siempre es tan acogedor. Fiona, Hannah y Kay eran súper amables y cálidos, volveremos pronto.

A wonderful home cooked meal. I had peppered steak melt with potatoes and veg, my better half had steak pie and chips....we couldn't fault it. Visiting from.outside the area, the best meal.in Broughty Ferry to date 😋❤️

We order a delivery nearly every weekend and the pizzas always arrive quickly, always hot and are always very good.

Great bakery with scrumptious pies, traditional pasties, and fantastic morning&butter rolls! Definitely good value for money!

First time using 'Best Kebab' and probably one of the best fish suppers ever. Fish fresh and batter crispy and the chips were amazing. That along with value for money will make me a regular now. Well done.

Este solía ser uno de los lugares favoritos para ir a desayunar. Hemos sido habituales una vez a la semana durante unos años y, por lo tanto, hemos contribuido en gran medida a este establecimiento. Hemos notado fallas en el servicio básico al cliente anteriormente, pero nuestra última visita en marzo de 2025 nos ha dejado con la opinión de que no frecuentaremos Willows con tanta regularidad. Visitamos un sábado por la mañana. Fuimos los primeros en entrar y mi marido comentó a los dos empleados frente a la casa que era tranquilo. Ninguno de los miembros del personal dijo buenos días, nos dijeron en qué mesa sentarnos a pesar de que no - nadie más estaba allí, ninguna opción dada, ninguna sonrisa, ninguna bienvenida, nada. La joven que nos atendió tomó nuestro pedido sin levantar la más mínima sonrisa y prácticamente arrojó nuestro recibo de pedido sobre la mesa. Somos clientes habituales y esto no fue reconocido en absoluto, aunque todos los clientes deben ser tratados adecuadamente. La sorprendente falta de bienvenida y servicio al cliente nos ha hecho renuentes a gastar otro centavo aquí. Algunos de los empleados son encantadores, pero hay un par que requieren recordar que un buen servicio al cliente resultará en visitas repetidas. Tan triste y decepcionante. Visitamos establecimientos en Crail y Pittenweem recientemente y el contraste fue notable. Sauces - por favor no tome a sus clientes por sentado, en particular aquellos que han apoyado el negocio a través de los años.

Pedido 2 x cenas de pescado estándar a £ 10. 10 cada uno, una botella de Irn Bru a £ 2. 30 y una botella de agua a £ 1. 80 que suman £ 24. 30 y se le cobró £ 26. 10 . ¡No nos dimos cuenta hasta que salimos de la tienda y sumamos lo que compramos! Así que no es genial ser sobrecargado £ 1. 80 ! ! El pescado era muy pequeño y bastante insípido por el precio y el color y textura no era blanco / grueso como el pescado habitual que obtenemos. Las patatas estaban bien. Pero después de esta experiencia no creo que volveríamos a comprar fish & chips allí.
