Fantastic food and great price, fish and chips absolutely lovely.

£6.90 for a handful of potatoes with the cheapest orange cheese and a can of coke … that’s a joke! half empty T/A box…. Not sure what else to say .. very disappointed!

Delicious kebabs and added bonus of also being a chippy (although note my updates from below). On my most recent trip I got a chicken shawarma which was a nice treat given most places locally don’t tend to do it. The chicken was nice and it was just the right amount of food with not making myself ill or having to waste it. I also got a side of chippy chips and the portion was generous. Delivery was fairly fast, especially since I’m based out in Carnoustie. It was £5 delivery charge given the distance so not something I would do regularly but nice for the odd time I want something different. Updated review following second visit: I’m updating this from 4* to 2* based on my most recent experience (it would have been lower if not for my first experience). While they may brand themselves best kebab, they’re certainly not the best chippy. I ordered a fish supper and it turned up just shy of two hours. While smelling very fishy, it somehow lacked any taste and both the fish and chips were a bit soggy. It looked very good, but didn’t follow it up with any flavour. I will say however that the portion was very generous. I’ll probably try food from here again, but will be dodging the chippy side and sticking exclusively to kebabs. A shame really.

I ordered at 5pm. Checked on the order at 6:15pm to be told it was on the way. Called again at 18:45 to be told the order hadn’t actually even been cooked yet as they misplaced it. The man who received the call laughed when telling me about this. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. Will never order from here again.

Used this place since it opened. last year or so however the food has declined in quality. tonights pizzas were barely cooked and being honest have had better frozen ones. we have wound down the number of the number of purchases and after tonights we will be going elsewhere.......shame as it was really good !

Ordered a Combo Doner and Chicken Shish Kebab with a portion of Chips. Portions were really small and the meat was dry. Salad was all onions and only had one bit of cucumber and tomato. The only thing good was the delivery timing. If you pay good money you expect good food. I won't be back.

There's no excuse these days for not accepting card payments and out of principle I'll not be coming here until they do, everyone else should do the same else we'll end up with more places providing a sub-standard service. Of course, there's the elephant in the room asking the question why do they really not accept card payments!

We came back from holiday last night, thinking, just get 2 kebabs, this was at 6:20. For £28 the food was terrible, it was like it was reheated and the bread was burned, we will never be back!!

First time ever I've had to give this place a bad review. All food delivered after an hour was really cold. Calamari was inedible and tasteless. Mixed kebab was freezing cold, very chewy and put in the bin. Very unusual for this place and disappointing

Don't normally comment, but avoid using their website if you can. Been charged twice for food through 2 different vendors - no idea how. And manager says he doesn't know how it works either and he can't see orders or payments a week after. First time ordering from here. Food itself was dry - not to our taste, maybe different for others.

Been here a few times now, the food is very good. Very friendly staff who go out of their way to help. There was an error with my order, but they changed it to the correct order, and gave me extra items free to make up for the mistake straight away. The portions are generous, as are the staff. Good people, good food.

Aight so basically went to buy a kebab and it came with no bread lmao I also went for a regural which is like £8.50 but they charged me for large £11.50, I have checked some reviews are fake but yeah

Ordered here a few times and no complaints, foods always hot and great portion sizes for what you pay. Delivery is fast too :)

The kebab wraps from here are probably the best I have had, about a foot long very delicious and fresh highly rate 👌

So tonight I ordered a large lamb shish kebab and a chips and cheese. With a bottle of irn bru The lamb shish doesn't warrant the price knowing what it cost wholesale I think the portions can be bigger certainly for the price. But... It was amazing perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked it really was that good ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The chips.and cheese came with chippy chips my favourite and for once unlike other takeaways the chips were covered in cheese and actually.melted. Thanks guys amazing dinner il be back for sure

Just ordered from "best kebab" far from it ordered 2 chips cheese and doner came with chip shop chips also hardly and doner on both the chilli sauce was more like salsa and a adana kebab which was £8 and got 3 we bit of broken up burger it looked like shocking avoid.

2nd time using them.. - 2hours waiting time…

This place deserves more than 5 stars. Ordered a pizza for the first time and it was easily one of the best pizzas I have had recently. 10/10. Also, service was extremily quick! Very impressed.

Poor show Second time been there for large portion of ships and curry sauce. Well normal protein and very little sauce. See thier prices omg Fish Supper £9.00. Get a life and cheaper in there Ferry and also Arbroath. Arbroath even with the fuel home still cheaper. Don't Do it

Placed an order at 6.30pm, it’s now 9.10pm and I am still waiting! Eventually managed to get through to the shop after 37 attempts and was advised that it “would be here very soon”. That was 45 minutes ago! I live less than a 5 minute drive from the shop!! A dreadful experience and one that I won’t be repeating!! P.S maybe an idea to hire more drivers!! Edit to add: Eventually arrived at 9.35pm. Over 3 hours for delivery is an absolute joke!! Was also promised an extra cheesecake for the delay. Guess what? No extra cheesecake 😂😂😂

Usually love this place but a few issues tonight...over 2 hours to deliver, forgot our juice, couldn't get through on the phone as line continously busy, pizza very greasy and hardly any cheese in the stuff crust...not impressed and disappointed as it is not cheap ☹

Awesome Iskender Kebab and Chocolate Calzones!

Two hours since order was placed. Initially promised 45 mins. No food yet. First and last experience with this shambles of a takeaway.

Pizzas and halloumi fries are delicious. Custard and brownie or Nutella and banana calzones with ice cream are divine. Highly recommended.!

Brilliant kebab.. Donner meat very nice and love the flatbread idea.. Much better than a pitta.. Chilli sauce is horrible tho.. Watery with that lumpy mush in it. Not nice. 10/10 if chilli sauce was good..

First time ordering hadnt heard of them found them using the foodhub app, i ordered out chipshop section burger was good the chips were ok but reheated to much bit on dry crunchy side, son had pizza created his own he says was really tasty, my fella loved his bacon cheese burger he added bbq sauce make it a newyorker burger, fritters were good to, i would order again

First time ordering from here, but won't be the last. Food delivered (smoked sausage supper and battered pizza supper) within the timescale given and piping hot.

It was my 1st visit to Best Kebab and Pizza house tonight. If I could use 1 word to describe how good it was i'd say simply amazing, I had Donna chips and cheese all in 1 with a side of sauce, it was amazing, the donner and sauce were soo tasty and the chips and cheese were great as well. The lady at the desk was soo polite and friendly and I appreciate the great service I got. I will deffos be back, i wasn't even aware of the establishment until i was driving home from work but i'm certain I will be back.

3rd time here tonight, they accidentally got part of our order wrong but to give them their due they were down to my house with the correct food in 15 minutes. Fantastic service and the food is top notch. Best kebab in town, no grease and everything is fresh.
