Subway in Dundee City

Had requested for x2 subs to be toasted. Sadly they were not toasted and all the food was stone cold.

Food was cold as I waited nearly 2 hours for it, I phoned the restaurant and it had been sitting waiting for ages before a driver picked it up

Couldnt have messsed up the order more. Ordered a foot long and a 6 inch, was charged for those items. They decided to cut the footlong in half and put the different toppings on each side. Bearing in mind the only managed to put 1 topping on one side when it should have had 4. The other side was then toasted beyond eatable. Horrendous

I asked for sweetcorn and crispy onions but still never got them on my footlong I also asked for snack a jacks salt and vinegar but I got walkers salt and ginger instead really disappointing not getting what I’ve asked for.

The food was stone cold and burnt was not given chipotle or onion was also given the wrong cookies not happy with this service at all definitely not worth it at all

An hour late and not the bread I ordered

Rolls were not honey oat as ordered. Neither sub had cheese or toasted as requested. Wrong crisps sent. Not really acceptable that for one order three things would be wrong. One I would have just ignored. Just eat advised this was just variance despite them all being specific choices and options available to the customer. Poor service from subway - they got lots of the order wrong. Poor response from just eat in response to the complaint too. Wont be using just eat to order from subway again.

Delivery time kept getting pushed back

I was disappointed that the order arrived over an hour late and I could not cancel. I will not order here again! The food was cold when it arrived.

Still waiting for the food as they delivered the wrong food and they won’t replace it have to get a refund through just eat. Waste of time

Came in about 3 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon looking for a 6 inch sub. A staff member was stood behind the counter, no idea what he was doing, didn't say a word to me for a full 2 minutes. The shop was empty. After a while, a lady dressed in normal clothes came out and told me that I can only have a wrap or salad box as the bread is only for online orders. A sandwich shop that refuses to serve customers a sandwich and favours online orders than a customer in their shop.

Didn’t even get our meal saying it was delivered and no one has came with anything and can’t even get a hold of the shop

This was absolutely shocking i never got my food and was told it was delivered ive looked all outside and at my neighbours and its not there fuming wont be ordering from here again

I ordered tuna mayo but they called to say they didn’t have that so I chose ham instead and they also sent two cookies free as an apology. Great service. It was only late as they said it was a 15 min delivery time but knew that would be too quick

Missing items, sandwich not toasted

Unfriendly staff and did not feel welcomed. Not a great experience.

Delivery was amazing but items were missing my cookies my crisps and my juice I’ve already had a terrible day please try fix this for the future x

A good meal however the bread on one sub was hard and should really have been fresher.

The staff was very quick in service . It took me just 5 minutes from ordering my sandwich to the paying part . Would definitely visit again .

I m delivery driver of just eat and i waited for 1 hour the girl in staff is very rudely she just talking with the fat girl and standing i said is my order ready she said in anger 😡 just keep patient so rudly bad staff

My Wife went in for a meal on Tuesday 23rd April 2024. I went in later to join her on entering I sat down for a while as I am disabled. While wondering what I was going to have, a person was smoking in front of the open doorway resulting in the smoke entering the premises. I asked the person to move away. They instead declined and continued smoking and saying the door could be closed. I asked a member of staff if this person was an employee and they said they were. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they were the assistant manager. I then said this is not acceptable to allow an employee to smoke at an open doorway. They then informed me that it was the manager smoking at an open doorway. I was also told I had no right to sit there as I had not bought anything. That's fair enough if that was my intention. But I had intended to buy something after sitting for a short while. Due to my disability I cannot just get out of my mobility scooter and immediately join a queue. However due to the interaction between a number of unpleasant and rude staff, I decided to leave and forget about any meal or drink. Due to this issue I will not be back at this outlet. I also have an issue with a blatant disregard of Scottish anti smoking laws, which clearly states smoking at the entrance of a building is not allowed. In the case of the infringement, the manager was actually standing of the street and at the threshold of the premises.

Store in Broughty Ferry, staff were friendly and helpful

Sub was fine, but the service was so slow, even though not overly busy. And the girl who served me didn't have her shoulder length hair tied up, would have thought it should have been.

I used to really like this store, but recently the quality and standard of service has gone right down. Subs aren't made with the same care and consideration, and items being forgotten from orders have become common practice now. Shame, used to be my go to subway in the area.

Haha, here’s me the local London bloke coming here to visit! End up finding myself in a sandwich shop nowhere near the subway! Or what the locals call the train station!

Stopped doing breakfast menu. Egg is the best part of subway in my opinion.

2 young bloke's serving, both so helpful and polite. Patient when my elderly auntie who'd never been to Subway was unsure what to order. Sandwiches and salad were packed with tasty, fresh ingredients and the place itself was clean and tidy. Restored my faith in Subway after the utterly awful experience at the one at Gretna Outlet Village - Useless staff, minging food and NO COFFEE??? Well done Broughty Ferry lads 👍

Only one table, but we got it.. shame queues formed so close to it.

A very nice and reasonably priced selection of sandwiches and coffee, served with a polite and really unexpected aplomb manner by the eager young person who saw to my every need. Will find in Subway again 😅

One of the better fast food chains. Good selection of sub sandwiches with fresh fillings which you can choose from. 6 inch deals from £3 and foot long deals from £6.

Subway on brook street broughty ferry DUNDEE Pathetic service from staff in this store, asked for a salad but didnt get asked what i wanted in my bowl didnt feel welcome had to tell them 3 different times what salad it was i wanted and didnt get given cutlery i had to ask for it which is ridiculous definitley wont be back and cleanliness in store was ridiculous also
