Amazing food, great price, great service

We travel regularly all the time from portadown as we love the food so much - we have spent a fortune at boojum. Staff are so rude - we use the app regularly and the last 3 times in store when I have asked for the t shirt - which is owed to us according to the app we use it so much. A staff member shrugs and rudely says “we don’t have any” why are you offering t shirts on the app if your store never has them? 3 times over months and they never have them. I don’t understand why the staff are so rude don’t say hello, smile or nothing. Has put me off going back due to this. Such a shame as the food is amazing

Food was nice and definitely a lot for money

Had a really unfortunate experience. Despite normally receiving decent food and service, tonight poor packing mean our takeaway order was partly inedible. Burgers in boxes packed "opening side" faced down, tipping the contents of the box into the bag. Noone wants their food like this. Please take care and think it out when packing and order.

Food was absolutely amazing very delicious. Would recommend this store as it has great customer service, very clean and welcoming.

I walked in the 3 worker did not look as if they wanted to be there eating the food I looked over noticed cooked chips in the tray watched her put them bk in the oil to heat them up instead of binning them and cooking fresh ones the chicken was terrible very bad experience we won’t be bk

Terrible experience. Food was cold and the worst is their hot chocolate is so blunt. It tastes like just hot water. TASTELESS. Even if you put many sugar in it, it just tastes lang hot water with sugar. Never coming back here.

Me and my sister ordered food and were starving then the delivery guy shows up w a drink like what goes in this stupid establishment cand handle a single order I'm ready to sue for improper delivery of food this is a disgrace had to go to bed starving bc McDonald's don't know how to handle a single Order properly so so unhappy

Every time we have visited in the last 12 months, and that's through the drive through or going into the restaurant, we have asked for a strawberry milkshake and every time have been told 'we don't have milk shakes today's whether it's lunch time, dinner time before or after midnight it's always the same. We know one of the managers and have asked them the following day to be told that it was most definitely a lie at least on the previous days visit and most probably a lie at other visits

I know that this is just a wee chinese takeaway shop on the lower part of Ormeau Road (Belfast, NI), but their food never failed me. I, myself working usually til 1 (sometimes 2 am), I live off late night food. And this place has been great to me so far. They are quite happy to change your cheesy salted chilli, etc. chips for a portion of rice (I'm always looking for less fats and cleaner carbs), and if requested, they make adjustments to other meals, too. I strongly recommend their "SPECIAL SZECHUAN" for the ones who love Spicy HOT Food (my personal favourite). Ordered and tried so many times, and I'm still super happy with it. The food is great and they're open til 3am. What else do you want 🙂🙂🙂

Stinking! Not even kebab meat! Yellow meat if you’d even call it meat!

nice mc'donalds but at drive through you have to ask for napkins they never put them in the bag nor ketchup- maybe that's at owners orders (cost saving) but still a messy burger in your car with no napkin ain't cool.

Called last night and ordered 2 ten piece buckets. When I got home there was only 6 pieces in each. Tried phoning but they didn’t answer their phone
