Picture 1 is what I ordered. Picture 2 is what I recieved. It was supposed to be an M50 upgrade burger of some description. It was tiny, The 99p saver menu at Mc Donald's cheese burger was bigger. I looked at the Burger and actually said to the waitress, that's not the burger pictured and she replied its a double burger. I was charged £15 as I made it a meal. A rip of I'll never set foot in the place again.
Compare the photos. I think they tell the story.
I am a resident of the apartments in the Square the bar is currently located in, and I find the lack of consideration for residents absolutely disgusting. Heavy bass, over the top loud music for a “bar”, shouting, screaming, banging, and abuse to properties after closing, borderline noise pollution levels have gotten far worse as of late. Not a single person in these apartments can get to sleep before 1 o’clock in the morning on weekends, and it needs to stop. The staff and bouncers need to be more aware that this is a residential, as well as commercial area…. Every other business had consideration of this fact apart from this bar.
I implore the management to consider some options to hopefully make a change to this, as people have to work, and would like to be able to sleep in their own homes without such a disruption and lack of regard.
You could see the lasagna in the hot food counter had already been pre-cut into portion sizes.- then when we ordered THEY CUT THE PRE-PORTION SIZE IN HALF
Cheeky 25 quid
Bit cheeky like 25 quid for child size portions - And you can see from the picture how small it was and then a handful undercooked chips
I’ve been twice in the last couple of weeks. To be fair, I’ve no real complaint about the food but on both occasions I’ve felt like I was imposing on the staff by daring to place an order.
On my first visit, the food took so long to arrive that I had to go up and ask 3 times. No apology and nothing but scowls from the staff. My son is 2 and it was very difficult not having table service if you have to wait 50 minutes for eggs. He kept following me up to the till and there was no help offered to carry the food down to the table despite me having to carry my son back in one arm and food in the other. After keeping us waiting so long, it would have been appreciated. The kids chicken and chips was incinerated but I did not complain as if just seemed like too much trouble. All of the staff seemed extremely unhappy.
Despite being irritated, I went back with my husband and son today. Straight away, we were met with a very impatient girl who pretended not to understand our order. (A chicken salad - hardly confusing). Then, after getting an eye roll for asking the young French girl to apply the 10% discount per our annual membership, I thought to myself, never again! I asked her if was ok, hoping that she would realise her behaviour was not appropriate. Without looking up, she says ‘yeah’.
The food is fine but it’s expensive, which you don’t mind paying for if the experience is good. It’s isn’t. The staff are clearly unhappy and it makes for a very negative customer experience.
Food took nearly 2 hours to get to us and because they are trying to save money there was a number of stops for deliveries before the driver eventually got to us and at that point the pizza was Cold. When ringing to find out where the pizza was the staff hung the phone up and when I Rang back they claimed it was a phone issue. The driver was also very rude when dropping the pizza off.
then Accepted the order and I waited for a hour for my order to come then I called them and then said we aren't going to you it's to far the man on the phone was very rude. definitely wouldn't be ordering from here again.
Coffee with my elderly aunt, TW0 weeks in a row we went to M & S for coffee and a little treat. The middle aged man who was on the till unfortunately was there again this week, last week he was so busy looking after his friends getting their tea and there was a girl there to do teas , he also spent time looking at their photos whose real older people waited. Unfortunately I walked in today and he was there again with his grumpy face I went to the first till no one there I thought the girl was behind the coffee machine and he was standing looking at me . I ask him was the girl away he said that till is broken , he hadn’t the decency to say it was broken he is a horrible rude man
I just called asking does the chow mein have sauce or is it dry. The Chinese person answering the call was very rude. I have just moved to upper cregagh road. I order Chinese minium of twice a week. But not from Boston.
Horrible food and terrible service. Would give no stars if possible. We were lucky we got a starter as it was the only edible thing we were served. The cog burger was disgusting and inedible due to the mean being so dry and low quality. Garlic chips were drowned in garlic and soggy. Nachos also soggy and lacking crunch.
Waited 20 minutes after finishing for a server to come round and collect plates etc. The servers were too busy talking to the chef and on their phones so had to go up and pay at the bar. Avoid this place

Ordered chicken Goujons with chips, battered sausage and curry sauce. Chips really lovely but the chicken goujons batter was really greasy and not crispy. The batter on the sausage was too thick and also really soft as if it had been left out for far too long. Good chips and good curry sauce though and also arrived 10minutes early.
