The wait for the meal was too long and it was average

Again get tea with no milk ,no hash brown with meal ,how can someone not take an order and get it right if I ask for tea I need milk ,every order there's something not right

Dreadful chicken goujons and chips. Very very poor. Little chicken in the goujons and what there was was chewy and stringy - poor quality and chips - frozen rubbish . All in the bin!

Great spot in the square. Staff are always really nice and the young ones are well picked. All polite and clued in. Bonus - Dog friendly

Chips hard, chicken goujons decent, asked for a cheeseburger and got a plain burger with onions. Boys serving handling money without gloves as then preparing and serving food. Sorry won’t be back!

Called today with my husband..he ordered the beef dinner I ordered the Penne Bolognese. I asked the girl who was taking our order if I could have a few chips instead of the garlic bread. She looked over to another member of staff and she said no. Quite abruptly, the girl had tattoos on her arms, a face on her that would turn milk sour. When she came down with my Bolognese I asked her could I have some mayo and she said it was ,15p per sachet and walked off. So I shouted after her to forget about it. I think this particular girl with the short hair tied up and the tattoos needs some training in customer service. We won't be returning.

Never had a bad meal, always prepared fresh. Excellent value for money

Waited 1hr 45mins for an online order . Chow mein sauce was thick and tacky, actually couldnt eat it .rice was cold, chips glued together with soggyness with been sat in the paper bag. The chicken balls were laced in grease . Loyal customer generally .. but for what u pay nowdays for a treat . I wont be making the mistake again .

Popped in to buy a take out scone. There were only 3 left & the server said they were waiting on more coming in. I asked for a raisin & also asked if they were ‘bought in’ & she said no they’re made by the chef on the premises. But she just told me they were waiting on more coming in??? Perhaps it was the wrong choice of words ?? Anyway the scone may as well have been ‘plain’ there was 1 raisin in it, yes 1!!! Plus it was very dry. I prefer scones ‘home made’ perhaps this was, but certainly didn’t taste like it.

A lovely little cafe for coffee and cake. The staff were friendly the cafe was empty when we arrived. The seats were comfortable.

Portion size of chips is awful getting smaller.

Fast service. Drive thru queue much better managed now in the shopping centre carpark. Order by the app and get thru in 5 minutes! Fast and efficient.

Lovely evening meal here. The chicken skewers are great! Mini crumble and coffee to follow. Really enjoyed it. We had Toby serving our drinks and food and he was really helpful.

They have either changed their recipes or chef lol but definitely got better! 9 times out of 10 it's early and if an item is ever missing they roll bring it straight to you. This rarely happens though and I've been getting food from here for years and I think they've maybe missed sn item once, i got free prawn crackers too for the inconvenience! Tasty hot food, never delivered cold. Highly recommend!!!
