McDonald's in Belfast

Poorly run for a long time now - the place always seems disorganised both inside and at the drive thru, it usually results in an annoying ordering experience and a problem with my order

No Milk No sugar with my tea i left a note saying this ''Sugar and milk please guys :} Thankyou'' BRAAAAAAA

every order theres something missen my order camr there with no chips yday wad jo drinks and icecream beyond a joke wen its not being repkaced and im outa money

Drink was wrong and was missing the syrup for the pancakes.

came on time second order in a row where the frozen lemonade is spilt everywhere and 2nd order in a row with no sauce also no chicken selects came just 20 nuggets and 2 chips which where soggy and cold which wasn't like that the last time I am disgusted

Absolutely freezing chips where almost frozen burgers where dry as a sand pit drinks where as flat as a pancake kept pushing delivery time back absolutely disgusting 30 pound spent and absolutely nothing ate able and nothing will be done of course stealing people's hard earned money for disgusting food won't be ordering again

Bad crack not getting everything you ordered

This McDonalds gets the order wrong easily 3 out of every 4 orders. Missing burgers, drinks, ketchup NEVER provided even when selected with nuggets. It’s abysmal. They should start by sacking the managers and work their way down from there. Absolutely no pride or effort put into anything.

It was pretty cold on arrival, but tasted ok once heated up. most disappointing thing was zero sauces for my 20 nuggets... ordered 4 received 0.

Delivery driver didn’t bring it into the Lansdowne he waited in the car and called me every other driver brings it in lucky I seen my phone as was working or wouldn’t have got my food at all

After waiting 2 hours to find a driver then to wait another hour when app said it was on it way so 3 hours waiting and didn't receive my food or a refund 🙃

I accidently put in my neighbours address and I think they took it, I'm annoyed at the app for not notifying me when it arrived

Who knows, maybe one day I'll receive every part of my order......

I always give benefit of the doubt when ordering as I know maybe short staff or training new staff but the last few times I’ve ordered and left a note it’s been ignored ! I asked for my muffin to not be over cooked it comes like a brick and it was also freezing it seems like the quality of their breakfast has gone down hill recently

the driver was brilliant, very polite and well manured, the order was wrong but that wasn't his fault

driver ordered 7 drinks instead of leaving me any food very careless as obviously not looking at orders before delivering.. and now I'm being refused a refund and had to go to mcdonalds and pay for my order all over again.. just eat are no help just want to take people's money

Food is always cold, been to this place (drive through) on and off for 4 years and it has progressively gotten worse. The double cheeseburgers… why are they always cold? I live 1 min away and i have to put it in the microwave to actually half enjoy it? I don’t get it.. I thought something like this would have been notice by management by now. Food quality needs to match the price… If you want good McDonald’s, go to Abby centre.

Definitely one of the better McDonald's locally. Food is always hot and crispy and the right amount of salt. Staff are friendly
