McDonald's in Belfast

Food is as expected, McDonalds but my complaint is that they are consistently short on orders with items missing and or wrong. Someone needs to explain that happy meals need to have EXACTLY what was ordered as kids can be extremely fussy and disappointed. This impacts your youngest customers experience of your brand. Three experiences of this in a row. Won’t return.

Great food, freshly made. Staff were lovely and bent over backwards to make surethat everything was just right as far as the service.

Worst service, I ordered the grilled chicken wrap, it’s not cooked properly, I just raised a complaint but she replied i know very well it’s well cooked ( one of the useless manager I have ever saw)

New Manager working today. He vastly improved service and uplifted the demeanor of the staff. Brilliant experience, big change.

Person taking our order took an hour an still got it wrong ,all 3 orders were wrong ,chips were like sand paper , got my burger an it looked like it was threw against the wall an wrapped , Ronald McDonald would be so assumed right now he would be turning in his grave

This was the worse mc Donald's I have every had. We spent 31 pound and it all got put in the bin. Burgers freezing amd that dry there was no sauce left on them

Don't bother. Same mistakes over and over . Every single time I got to this McDonald's the order is wrong . Went this morning and it was a pick up order which I ordered through the app. Yet again I got it home and there were missing items. Waited ages on it as well because staff are too busy messing around in the store. I don't care if anyone has a laugh but they really aren't paying any attention when they can't get something simple correct. No hash browns , no sausage with the pancakes . No syrup . Diet coke instead of full fat coke. It's not like it was the first time I've got an incorrect or incomplete order from here. I have complained before but what's the point because its keeps happening. Go to another store because you're wasting your time and money here.

This McDonalds isn’t that great. The staff don’t know much about what services McDonald’s offer etc. Cleanliness needs major improvements and access for those who are disabled needs major improvements. Food was okay but not cooked to perfection. Let’s hope this branch of McDonald’s can improve.

Ordered 2 Large Big Mac Meals. Given 2 small fries along with rest of meals.Fries and burgers stone cold.Second time this has happened.Need to take a bit more care.

Called on my way to work this evening and ordered a bacon double cheeseburger. When I unwrapped it and took a bite it was cold. I brought it back and the girl said she would bring me another. She stated that all their food was straight off the grill and she couldn't understand how this could have happened. I was on my way to work and opened the second burger to find it was also cold the bacon in particular was very cold. I wont be back.

Veggie Meal 12/01/21 Ordered via Drive-Thru. Veggie Wrap stone cold. Slapped together. The smallest 1 piece of crispy veggie tender I’ve ever seen. Chips freshly cooked lovely and HOT Not worth the money

Not giving a review on food but on customer service. Middle aged man was lying outside it after a fall. Two young girls were attending to him. I stopped to help but was grateful when 2 employees from the store came out and took the lead. They were really calm and friendly. Checked the man out to see that he wasn’t badly injured. Offered to bring the man into the store and get him a taxi home. Lifted the man up and proceeded to do this. Restored my faith in humanity. Young people often get a bad press but these 2 lads were exceptional in the way they helped. If they are as good in the store as they were outside, McDonalds should be proud of them.

So I waited 30 minutes and what do I get no Big Mac I ordered a large Big Mac meal and didn’t get it how

Convenient situation. Near to Belfast Castle and Crusaders Football Ground. Lovely staff and quick service.

This McDonald's is really handy to me but unfortunately every time I go the food is freezing. I don't understand this as when I got to the drive by I'm often redirected to the parking bay to wait for something yet when I check the food on driving away it's freezing cold. Tonight I reluctantly went. I explained this to the girl when she told me to wait in the parking bay. She charged me for 4 sweet curry dips and I bought 2 happy meals for my son's and low and behold I got home... No curry dips as usual despite paying 50p each for them and no toys in the happy meals which equalled two very unhappy children. The other food had to be microwaved. I live a stone throw away. To continue to have issues at every visit is extremely disappointing.
