what is it with mcdonalds shore road giving you warm drinks and half empty cartons no ice anymore drinks are always warm and not filled up plus no milk sugar for tea and half empty also sort it out we pay enough through this app for our stuff without getting half the items really putting me off ordering from here now

Can never get an order right. You'd expect it to at least have everything you order when it costs you £35 for three meals. Useless.

The order was incorrect - without dips x 4, and without 5 chicken strippers of the 10 ordered. In addition a vanilla milkshake was missing. Around 40% of the food delivered was wrong. It really is an appalling place.

I am disgusted by the behaviour of the McDonald’s worker and manger we were ordering our food and paying for it and a person in the car has Tourette’s syndrome and is very self conscious about it and we explained to the worker that we did not say anything to her and we did not bring the Tourette’s up because again very self conscious and the worker didn’t give us our food and gave us a refund but I still feel like the manger delt with the situation very poorly and unprofessional and made us feel completely and utterly horrible about ourselves

Order came with different drinks but with my receipt fs! Didn’t get the fruit shoot for my child’s happy meal and then missed my drink, McFlurry and dips! Dips are important please may more attention to a receipt order it’s not hard.

I would go here sometimes for lunch. Food is fairly reasonable, prices good especially if using the McDonalds App where you can collect points and get wee deals etc, but my main reason for the review has been the helpfulness of the staff, there is one paticular guy there who is more than helpful and goes out of his way to make sure everything is right. He helped me with a problem I had on the app and had a really nice way about him and resolved my issue. I had been in the resturant a few other times and seen him helping others. Need more staff like this young man. If I get his name I will add it to the review.

Missing food. Every single time there is something missing. What is the point in special instructions to make sure to remember the sauce when you ignore them and not only forget the dips but no cheeseburger either?

I recieved notification my delivery was close by and still took 45 mins to be delivered. I had to text and ring delivery guy to give him directions. My food was cold. I wanted to turn the delivery guy away knowing food would be cold but I had three excited children awaiting their McDonald's. Very didisappointed.

This place is awful, the managers are rude to their staff and don’t care about being professional. They full on screamed at one of their staff in front of customers because she made a clueless mistake. They did not even apologise for the scene that they caused while the staff was trying to be very polite and constantly apologising to us. Never going there again

driver didn't even come through gate shone his phone from outside in my window as if I had to come out. Went out and he damaned code I asked why he didnt come to my door said nothing and demanded code again. I said that I wanted my food first before code and he refused until I give him the code. I shouldn't have to go out my front door for a delivery to collect my food the whole point of a delivery is to your door that's why I pay delivery service.

First time ordering from this McDonald’s on just eat. Delivery time changed a number of times while waiting & it changed when it got close to when we were expecting it. When it arrived it was freezing & chips just tasted terrible, must have been cooked when it was ordered nearly 2hrs before. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Received my order but courier left someone else’s package as well. I’ve tried ringing McDonald’s Shore Road to ask if the courier is going to pick up the package but they’re not answering the phone.

awful service items missing, just eat refused to refund for missing items. this is not the first time this has happened. if they mess up your order, don't expect any refunds or help!!!! shocking

we had to wait over an hour from placing our order for it then to be wrong. my husband got a burger with cheese which he is allergic too.
