McDonald's in Belfast

Waited 20 mins they lost my order then didn't read the instructions when I got my food

Ordered a plain 1/4 pound burger. Came out with everything on it. Ask to to have it canged to a plain burger, came out with cheese on it. Had to ask to get it changed 3 times. Took that long all the other food fries etc were freezing. Woukdve been quicker to raise the cow and prepared it myself. Kids starving. Told the staff this might as well have told the napkins. They just looked at me and said...uuh...Dime bar.

Ordered a large work order last night order was missing items

They accepted delivery, waited 45 minutes until they closed, then cancelled. Wasted our time and made it incredibly difficult to get fed after waiting

My driver spilt drinks and promised to bring back new ones and didn’t come back also the drinks were spilt onto the food so my food was soggy

Food was good, well what we got was. We tried the Minecraft meals and ended up paying £66 for a family. We added a note asking that they ensure that the toys are included with all the meals and recoved one out of 5? also missing a full meal without reimbursement.

ordered mc muffin duo meals, one muffin missing. consistently missing items the last 3 times I ordered, wondering if they are determined to lose business. I'm paying for items on the menu and they are constantly omitting items.

I didn't receive the small chip that was paid for and the chips we did receive were half full.

I Ordered 2x Minecraft meals and did not receive my Minecraft movie meal. Kids where dissapointed!

i asked them to do my double bacon and egg mcmuffin without cheese and they put cheese in both but no egg

They didn't send the collectable that was promised with the meal and the food that was delivered was sub standard.

Delivery time kept getting changed to longer. Wished we hadn't ordered after half an hour waiting. Chips were freezing, no condiments salt etc. No straws for the drinks which were only 3/4 full anyway.

I ordered the happy meal for the minecraft toy but I recieved a grinch happy meal with a booklet instead.

Ordered 3 x 6 chicken nugget meals and only got 1 box of chicken nuggets

Came here for my gf to get a wee creeper and they gave us some stupid book? Place is in absolute shambles. Really going downhill. Not a safe place for anyone. STAY AWAY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT

I can count on one hand the amount of times that these idiots in the Shore Rd McDonalds have actually brought the right order. There doesn’t seem to be anything to encourage them to do better. Apart from not use them. They either don’t care or are absolute morons.

Scammed me I told him to knock and give to someone at door he told me someone was er and I gave him code then he drove away with my food

order was placed at 10:03 and did not arrive until after 11pm. it was a small order and I live less than 10 mins away from the restaurant

My coke was half empty, it was obviously lying on its side as the bag is filled with the other half

totally disgusted with shore Rd store paying for large drinks get half empty carton no ice warm orange and tea half filled no milk or sugar like they charge enough actually more than other McDonald's outlets yet never get orders right sort it our no wonder no one wants to use it they make too many mistakes why no ice who wants to pay for warm drinks and paying for large should mean large

I ordered a fillet of fish sandwich, but it had absolutely zero taste, even with the dressing and cheese.

This order wasn’t delivered to my address and I would like to know where it got delivered to?

Would have been nice to get the dips which were meant to be part of the meal !!

Three of us ate here yesterday evening and all three of us have never been so ill after. The one who didn't eat anything was fine and we were all ill within an hour of the food. Cramps, sickness, and hard to control exits from all areas made for a horrible evening and restless night. I try to avoid fast food places but with work and travel, they're sometimes your only option. I think I'd rather deal with the hunger than every purchase from this branch again.

Got all the dips unlike the McDonald’s in Belfast city centre and the ballygomartin one. Much faster service too.

Great speed on order and was warm when I ordered out of one of the furthest one, defo will be coming back to this rather than Donegal place or ballygomartin

I would go here sometimes for lunch. Food is fairly reasonable, prices good especially if using the McDonalds App where you can collect points and get wee deals etc, but my main reason for the review has been the helpfulness of the staff, there is one paticular guy there who is more than helpful and goes out of his way to make sure everything is right. He helped me with a problem I had on the app and had a really nice way about him and resolved my issue. I had been in the resturant a few other times and seen him helping others. Need more staff like this young man. If I get his name I will add it to the review. Never got the guys name, pity as he was very helpful as are most of the staff in there. Only one issue has come to light a few times and it seems to be ignored. The disabled parking bays or being completely abused ever day. Van drivers using them then eating their lunch in the van while using the space, other people just plain arrogant and using them when they want. I have brought it to the attention of the staff a few times and they said they are responsible for checking them but yet I see no checks and them being regually misused. People like myself who need to use them cant and if you saying anything you are the worst in the world, not to mind the risk of abuse or worse. People need to learn some resect.
