McDonald's in North Down

The bag of food had the chips thrown in, we had to empty them out of the bag and divide them up. The bag with drinks dripped all over my front door steps and mat, 2 of them didnt have the lids on and were only half full by the time we got them.

Waited over an hour food freezing McFlurry melted didn’t get straws also disgrace

Not all the ordered was delivered

every thing was hard and freezing. no sauces and no straws for drinks ..

Said delivery would be 30 min, it ended up being 2 hour. If we had known we would wait 2 hours we would have found an alternative solution. When the food arrived it was cold, and our dips had not been included. Not intending to use service again

Bacon missing from bacon chicken mayo and no garlic dip. Always seems to be something missing from order

driver did other drop offs, unacceptable. food made at 1311 and recieved at 1432, everything is cold and I cant give this food to my children. unacceptable on all levels and a want a full refund of this!, delivery driver just shrugged when questioned

How do I get food that’s missing

Delivery was quick enough don’t have anything bad to say, got abt 20 chips in my large fries, would have been better getting a small

with every McDonald's delivery I've ordered, I'm yet to get one straw for my drink or my ketchup dip that I order. Very frustrating!! With the happy meal- you ask for a toy, you get a book. you ask for a book, you get a toy. Small things but really annoying!

Delivery man got order no mixed up & delivered someone else’s food. Now our whole family is still hungry after waiting 90 mins. No food & paid over £30 for the privilege!

I didn’t get my chips with my order and not happy about it as it meant people were still hungry and didn’t meant expectation as fried were meant to come with it

Order was a completely wrong mess. I ordered a large 9 nugget meal which came with only 6 in it wrong sauce sweet curry requested and given sweet and sour with my milkshake not having a straw to drink it.

Waited an hour and a half for my food to show up only for my meal to have been taken off the receipt and not sent, my meal is showing as submitted on my receipt online and I will be claiming for all my money back

Food was not good at all chips where cold and undercooked and meat tasted weird

Seriously, whoever makes the chicken mayos, get them anger management, my girlfriend opened her mayo and it was looking like Chris browns wife. Also chips were severely undercooked, so raw I’m convinced they just whispered ‘fryer’ to them and hoped for the best.

Good and coffee was in edible and drinkable as all freezing so had to go in bin

This is the 3rd/4th time that our order has had missing items. The food that did arrive was cold and soaked in grease.

McDonald's forgot to pack one of the items ordered. Delivery was swift and in good condition.

The only problem I had was the meal was cold. They need to find a way of keeping the food warm until handed over. That part was disappointing.

ordered 1x double sausage mcmuffin and received 3x mcmuffins, cheesy bacon flat bread, pancakes, 4x hashbrowns and a cappuccino. Writing in honor of the poor people who got my one item instead of all the stuff they ordered.

Driver was revving his car engine extremely loud at almost 10pm on a Sunday night, in a quiet street. Left his car door open with music playing loudly also.

took about an hour from ordering to delivery and was luke warm in fact cold and judging on the map and the way the drive went I'm not surprised 😑

the food was cold they put cold apple slice in with the hot food the delivery driver was somking e cigarette when he was at the door so when I opened it the smell came in the house
