McDonald's in North Down

We enjoy a McDonald’s once a week, the Staff are very helpful ,the food is good and Tasty.It is a real Treat, the Atmosphere is always good with the young Children enjoying thier we treat.I must take a photo next time, i was just to Hungry tonight.

Got terrible food poisoning, I keep trying to ring them to let them know and they just hang up

Absolutely diabolical, ordered 2 mcmuffan meals,received 2 hash browns No way of contacting them as they don't pick their phone up.i can't afford losing money like this just before Christmas,it was a treat for my little girl,she is devastated.

Drive thru...food was tepid and looked and tasted as if it had been sitting around for a while. Won't be back to the Bloomfield site!

the order was 30mins late. food was cold & soggy. boxes damaged food falling out.

We ordered four meals with 4 extra burgers and received only the drinks when we asked the driver he said it was all in the one single bag so we brought the unopened drinks bag to him and opened it infront of him to show that it was only drinks and all he did was shrug his shoulders seriously McDonalds we have had some mistakes from you but to not send any meals at all is appalling

Should have known better, the only thing that was warm was the chicken nuggets, won't be ordering from there again.

Popped in today to fill up before our Christmas shopping, clean restaurant food was hot and tasty, staff were helpful and friendly.

Missing Terry chocolate orange, and the dips for sharebox & no straws for drinks. If I am ordering something which is included (like dips) I should be receiving them.

I love my weekly McDonald's orders However this is the 3rd or 4th time I have not received sauces that I have paid for. its a small thing but when it is consistent it starts to get alittle frustrating.

ordered my food for a specific time, and also ordered an hour in advance to make sure it was on time and now I am very disappointed.

I order a Big Mac that said extra Mac sauce on the receipt and then turned up with ketchup on it, no lettuce or cheese, and the fries were freezing and no straw sent in with the order

I had ordered this to my home address rather than my work address as you can see i reordered it... why did the driver not ring as my house was in darkness and they would of needed the code in delivery.... i come home to the food mauled on my drive

Just used the drive thru at McDonald’s bangor. Two lines opened as usual, I picked the right hand lane. 2 cars came after me used the left hand lane and got served before me. I waited at the speaker only to be greeted with what can I get ya. I take hello was out of the question. I drove to pay for my order, slightly redeemed himself by confirming my order and price. Paid and moved on. Next window was hilarious 4 young staff members 3 with there arms folded and one who give me a drink, then turned his back to finish his conversation, didn’t look in my direction to hand me my food his head was turned towards his crew the whole time. I was that angry I actually sat on for a minute to see if he would notice. He did not. I don’t know if I have done the crap service any justice with my review, but it’s done now.

Food was thrown together asked for double Big Mac and got single. Freezing and chips hard as a rock really unhappy with that order!

Fairly average experience of a McDonald's

3rd time ordering and third time missing a burger meal and all our dips.

Pancakes cold and hard, hot chocolate was like water and only half full..

First time ordered here and just perfect. Still warm and got everything what I ordered✨

have not recieved my order. watched the delivery driver just drop it off at a random address and mark it as delivered.

Delivery delivered with out my sauces the McDonald's AI is a joke can't deal with your query and the Bloomfield shopping centre branch doesn't answer its phone so I've just been ripped off with no way to complain !

I ordered a sprite and didn't get it and the wrap I ordered had no cucumber in it even tho it's what I ordered. Milkshake was burst in the bag and the food was of poor quality.

Missing food from delivery again. Three days later still trying to get my money refunded for a whole meal that was never available, but payment was taken. This is without a doubt the worst macdonalds, I've ever seen.

we were told 5 to 5.10 for delivery it came at 5.32. it came with a guy on an electric bike who also called at KFC on his way to us to pick up another order! all of the food was freezing. an electric bike is ok for local deliveries but not 2 miles away!! He apologised for being late but we paid good money for our food to be delivered freezing!!
