McDonald's in North Down

Ordered longer than an hour ago and still haven’t arrived keeps delaying and won’t let me refund

Very quick drive through service. Pleasant staff. Order has never been wrong unlike another McD I can think of where they frequently forget to put an item in the order.

Can't say anything bad at the moment

Philly cheese stack was lovely but the cheeseburger with it went to the dog it was that unappealing and squished

I was at this McDonalds in Bangor and I bought 3 portions of fries and we only got 2 mediums even know we bought a large as well not recommended I was there a long time ago and they done the same

Ordered 2 hash browns with my breakfast and only got one. Annoying when uv drove home already

Very disappointing, food was late even though it’s a Tuesday, it was all stone cold and missing a large chip. Normally really good but tonight was an off night unfortunately 🙁

the McDonalds in Bloomfield shopping centre get the order wrong every time without fail.

My fries and burger are always cold. There is no reason for completely cold. They should be warm at very minimum. most likely cold before leaving site

Forgot milkshake and hash brown

I payed over £40 for food to be delivered and all I got was 2 milkshakes. and 2 chips. absolutely raging as I had to make my way over to the store as they wouldn't answer the food. got over there for them to say sorry we forgot to give your other bag. not good enough as this is happening more often then I get home with the order and surprise surprise they gave me the wrong order again.

Bag came crumpled and very poorly packaged given the wrong wrap.

it was left at the back step by the door he didnt knock the door so didn't take the reference order and the food was freezing.

Delivery was excellent, super fast and arrived earlier than expected. Food was good. Bit miffed I only got 3 dips when I paid for 7. 3/5.

McDonald’s seem to find it impossible to deliver a full order and good forbid you would like a straw. The excel at incompetence

Delivery driver was courteous and the food hot and tasty... Have been disappointed at late orders being cancelled previously but tonight things were on point, I recommend an earlier delivery to avoid disappointment and orders being cancelled loldisappointment

Most of my order was missing as always you would think they would check orders before they go out the door

hi, i ordered 9 selects and got 9 nuggets, how can this be rectified, because this is not the first time this happening. i just tried calling and there is no answer. i feel cheated, again😓

I didn’t get my smarties ice cream I got an Oreo instead so I ended up with 4 Oreo, 1 Milky Way and 1 mini Malteser

how hard is it for orders to be followed missing over 4 items even tho I stated on notes bangor McDonald's need to teach there staff how to read and count cause clearly they can't even do that

It is rare that any delivery from this place will actually include everything you ordered. They managed to forget all of the fries this time.

Wonderful food delivered early- so plenty of satisfied little customers here! Delivery driver went out of his way to help me find the confirmation code on my phone(as I had my hands full with baby!), so great friendly service—big thanks to him!!

Food was freezing I had to put it in the oven to warm it up

My food is missing and I haven't got the main meals that I had ordered I was waiting for quite some time and did not get what I had ordered I am very disappointed with everything as I had ordered some yesterday and it came just fine

Wrong order as per usual, they really don't know how to take an order and they weren't busy at all at 9:00 am. No one in the restaurant that must say something. Won't be back to this MC Donalds ever.

Delivery fella is a credit to just eat. I've gotten this fella a few times now and always has a smile on his face, and always talks to you. 10 out of 10 for him. Pity all delivery people where not as nice as him

The one thing you can love about Mcdonalds. You know what you're after before entering the door. One word. Regardless of it's location you it will be familiar.

We enjoy a McDonald’s once a week, the Staff are very helpful ,the food is good and Tasty.It is a real Treat, the Atmosphere is always good with the young Children enjoying thier we treat.I must take a photo next time, i was just to Hungry tonight.

Absolutely terrible service once again. Food cold. Wrong order. Wrong drinks delivered. Wrong burger delivered and instructions not followed eg add lettuce- no lettuce added. Cheese burger came plain. Chicken nuggets missing of order also.

Fab. Just my drinks had leaked all over bag other than that good.

When the order arrived it was in bits, the bag had ripped because the drink and McFlurry had spilled.. so I had half a drink and half a McFlurry.. I also never received an item that I had ordered.

Food was cold, both smoothies spilled all over the bag, straws all soggy. I wouldnt say he tried to get food to me quick either as it was cold so not sure whats happened. Besides the delivery sucking, the order was correct

The restaurant didn't give me my cheese bites, they gave me nuggets instead which I don't like and I wasn't given info that maybe there were no cheese bites. But if there is cheese bites, your workers gave me the wrong thing! The delivery driver knocked the door when I said specifically (on notes) NOT to knock the door! And he made the dog bark and wake people up, which is what I told him would happen...in the notes. I am VERY unhappy with my order! And for future reference- READ THE NOTES!

Absolutely diabolical, ordered 2 mcmuffan meals,received 2 hash browns No way of contacting them as they don't pick their phone up.i can't afford losing money like this just before Christmas,it was a treat for my little girl,she is devastated.

I ordered a large fries, double cheese burger and a share box or nuggets. I didn't get any fries,no nuggets and a bap with 4 slices of cheese in it,plain with no meat. Absolute disaster! On the plus side I got my 4 dips! Place would be better employing chimps as Staff!

My order was not even delivered. my order was placed at 11.32PM. at 2 AM the status changed to delivered. not received any order. no call from restaurant or the delivery driver. Where is my order?????

£4.25 for delivery and it was stone cold! Delivered spot on time. But the food was so cold. I would have thought when paying £4.25 for delivery it would have been of better quality
